I don't know. I was just following the book. It doesn't really call for a specific brand of butter, so I think any kind will work, and I don't buy the 'fat free' stuff or anything, if that's what you were wondering.

No, not that. It's just I wonder if the type used make a difference or not.

I don't think so. I buy and use CountryCrock butter in the tub, as it's a good brand to me, and easily spreadable, more so than stick butter. Blue Bonnet butter doesn't melt as good as CountryCrock, either, so if I had to recommend you a brand of butter, tubbed CountryCrock is foolproof, in my personal opinion! It MIGHT cost more than stick or other kinds of margarine, but it's worth it to me.

Like I said, we don't have that here.

Oh, well darn. Again, any kind of butter will work because it'll be melted anyway. Are you thinking of giving that recipe a try? I wish I knew what to do about the dry crust, though. Maybe it's supposed to be like that.

Not cheap over there, huh? Butter tends to be an OK price over here, more-so stick butter, but I hardly buy that. Tub butter is easily spreadable, is why I stick with it. Blue cheese omelet, again, from my Keto diet book, a small bowl of grapes, and a cup of coffee, is my breakfast. Blue cheese and eggs surprisingly pair well together.

It's not the butter I'm talking about.

Oh, you mean like basil leaves and such? Yeah, they're not cheap over here, either. If I don't have an ingredient, in my case basil which I love, and bell pepper which I hate, I leave it out. ...And right now, my stomach's hating me for eating that blue cheese/egg/grape combo. Guess that's something I won't be eating again for a while.

It'll go away soon. I'm still snacking on green grapes in the meantime, and about to have another cup of coffee, providing that wasn't the cause (I love my new K-cup maker ).

Gone, so it was probably the omelet. Too bad, it was actually really good. Still snacking on grapes, so that might have helped, too.

A chili cheese omelet is my favorite anyway. Chili, cheese, maybe a little sour cream...and with some toast. Haven't had that in a while because I took a break from chili. With the chili, besides spaghetti, I like to pour it into a bowl (after being cooked on the stove, of course), and add shredded cheese and snack on tortilla chips with it, mostly those tortilla scoops.
Even while on a diet, which I'm not at the moment despite all those books, Wolf Brand chili is my weakness and the one thing I refuse to give up.

You're telling me... Blue cheese omelet with turkey slices, and coffee, for breakfast, this time using my omelet pan I bought several years ago. I think I found a favorite Keto breakfast...providing I don't get tired of blue cheese quickly. Jan 4 2020: Why is it that when we have different tastes in food or don't like something, we're viewed as 'picky'? There was a comment on Tasty's Facebook (yes, I follow them to get recipe ideas) saying something about us being picky just because we prefer burgers over portabella mushroom burgers. Well, I wanted so bad to reply to her, but it seems every time I voice my opinion on Facebook anymore, I get screamed at by Wokes. I did reply to one comment just now, though. Meat is for poeple who don't evolve now. Poeple without internet or without heart it's one of these for sure My response: Animals eat other animals to survive. We're animals, too, whether you believe it or not, so we have every right to eat meat as much as the next creature. Are you going to try and stop every animal in the world from eating each other next? Because that's the impression I get every time I see a ridiculous vegan post like yours... Grow up. Could just be looking for attention, too, judging by the spelling and grammer. Well, either way, it's one thing to be vegan for health reasons or even religious reasons. Seriously, I won't argue with those, but why do they insist on pushing their lifestyle onto others? I don't care if you're vegan, but you're NOT superior no matter what your messed up brain tells you, and you WILL NOT convert others to be vegan no matter how hard you try!

As for the 'picky' part which I know turned into another topic: everyone has different taste palettes! Not everyone enjoys the same food! Not every food in the world tastes the same or tastes good to most people, and if anyone can't accept that, then they have more problems than us 'picky eaters', and it's them who should grow.the.f*ck.up!
Anyway...I had cajun breaded fish and pea soup for lunch just now: the fish because it had been thawing in my fridge since last night, and the soup because it was there.

It was good! There's also a parmesan-crusted tilapia recipe in one of my cookbooks that I'll try for dinner tonight, using the last of my white fish filets (I forgot what the fish is called, but it's not tilapia). If it turns out well, I'll post the recipe here! Four strips of air-fried turkey bacon and toast with melted cheese for a very late breakfast. I ran out of eggs, or I'd have them, too. Jan 8 2020: Salmon, toast with melted smoked Gouda cheese, and scrambled eggs, for breakfast.

I am the lead developer for SweatyQuid, a freelancer market place online site after I have grown tired of Freelancer shutting my accounts and stealing my hard-earnt funds. I would be grateful if somebody may offer me some suggestions on my website: what is lacking and what things you would enhance. Thanks very much guys!

How about f*ck you instead?!!
Honey Nut Cherrios for a late breakfast and hot chocolate
Jan 18 2020: Chicken salad with zero-calorie dressing, and a grilled turkey cheese sandwich, for lunch. Not much else to say. Will be having tacos tonight, with the meat cooked in a crockpot since last night.

Pork or beef roast? That sounds lovely either way! I need to look up how to make that!
I had a zucchini boat, though I think it's disagreeing with my stomach, so I'm about to cook some popcorn hoping that'll help settle it.

I think it was pork. The plum stuff you can get for cheap. Sweet and Sour work too.

I eat more red meat and chicken than I do pork, mostly because I don't know what to do with it, but I do buy pork chops (or whatever they're called). I flatten them with a meat tenderizer and fry them with panko crumbs. The popcorn helped my stomach a bit. Oh, and sugar-free liquid coffee creamer is a big NO unless you like your coffee to taste like hot water. I've been trying to switch to sugar free stuff for taste comparison. I can cross coffee creamer off the list.
