Speak for yourself. I can use both kinds of creamer depending on what's cheaper the day we buy it.

I'm kinda jealous. lol! I like to try different flavors of coffee creamer, but sugar-free is NOT one of them...

Have you tried sweetner?

What's sweeter?

Course the 'n' doesn't work...Sweetner.
It doesn't have to be use for coffee but it's a substitute for sugar at least.

I've completely replaced sugar with Splenda or the Great Value's version of Splenda. I'm talking coffee creamer. Even with Splenda, I still can't drink coffee black or with sugar free creamer. Believe me, I've tried, and it still tastes like hot water.

What have you tried so far?

LiquidPowderThe powder doesn't dissolve well and doesn't improve the taste. The sugar free liquid tastes like crap!

Have you tried this. It's an example.

Never tried it. Is it made with Splenda? I can't quite read that, but I'll look for some next time I go shopping! Thanks!

Yup, like I said, it's an example. You don't have to have hazelnut.

Hazelnut is my mom's favorite, but I'm not that fond of it, though I like to try different flavors of creamer. Brand wise, International Delight and Nestle are my top picks. Coffee itself, I'll try anything, because the creamer usually overpowers the coffee flavor anyway. Well, anything besides decaf. I understand people drinking decaf if they're very sensitive to caffeine, but to me, decaf ruins the whole point of coffee.

Barely had any time to look for the creamer this morning because my mom needed to go to work. I don't think Crest carries them anyway. Hell, my mom had never heard of it before, either. Maybe I'll try and look for it when I go to WalMart next time instead. In the meantime, I bought more french vanilla creamer, the regular stuff this time...because I can't take anymore of that sugar-free crap! (My mom said something about it that pissed me off, but luckily I don't remember what). I also got more salad, blue cheese for omelets, and chicken breast, as I used the last of my old bag this morning with the last of my salad. I keep telling my mom I'm trying when it comes to dieting, but she still thinks she has to lecture me on what food I buy and eat. Chili: I've cut back and only eat half a can now! Pasta: also cut back on it, but she doesn't believe me. Rice: I hardly eat it anymore because I'm tired of it. Fruit: "too much sugar and not for us because of our body type and blah blah blah..." Sorry, but I'll never give up eating fruit! It's the base of my Nutrishakes, for crying out loud!!

I keep telling her that I'm trying to follow the recipe books she gave me, but her constant nagging is making me not want to keep it up! I also wanted green grapes, but they were expensive at Crest, so we might get them from Aldies tomorrow morning. Still want cashews to make cashew butter out of, but they're high dollar, too!

Exactly! Healthy food costs too much, yet society is always pressuring people to be healthy! Well how can you eat right if you can't afford to?! So far, I've... -Quit soda cold turkey due to my teeth, instead drinking different kinds of juices, water with flavor powder, and sweet tea -Switched sugar with splenda and don't plan on ever going back -Currently trying to replace condiments and sauces with no sugar/low-fat variations Besides giving up chili and spaghetti which I'm having a hard time doing, I don't know what else my mom expects me to do!

You know what's sad? My mother was telling me of friend of hers years ago...and she was just big. No diet had worked and she eats very little, every day and a extremely slow eater. How slow? 2 pieces of toast and it takes an hour to eat them. I don't think it's what you eat...it's the body's make up.

Yeah, my mom told me that earlier today: 'we just can't eat certain stuff because that's the way our bodies are'. I don't know what the heck she's doing, besides being on a diet, that made her lose so much weight. Me? I guess I have problems knowing WHEN to eat. I eat when I feel like it, especially when I'm bored or stressed. My mom said every two or four hours have a small meal or snack. Yeah great, except I rarely have any healthy food in the house because of how much they cost, thank you!
I'm not much of a slow eater when I'm by myself, but sometimes if I'm wrapped up in something like a project or a game, I don't eat much. Sadly, lately, that hasn't been happening.

If not eating much because you've been busy, then count yourself lucky! Though my game room could keep me busy, but not when I'm bored with everything I have: another reason to save up for a system I don't own yet. If I have time tomorrow morning, and I doubt I will because my mom and I are going shopping, I'll make a blue cheese and turkey omelet with spinach cooked into the egg. If I don't have time, then a bowl of cereal will do, what cereal, I don't know yet.

No, it is more digestive problems.

Ohh. I wonder if it's the same as my dad: can't digest certain food anymore due to stomach problems. Like, he can't eat the peels of fruit and vegetables or eat them raw anymore or they'll sit and rot in his stomach. Maybe, and I hope, that your issue isn't as bad as his... Just had my omelet, along with sweet tea.

Stomach acidity issues then? Do they have medication for that?

Haven't yet...that and my MS medication might be to blame too. Or MS in general. It's like I hit close to the throw up trigger, forcing me to stop.

Do you take anything to suppress it? I think you've told me this before, but I don't remember what was said. Think a doctor can figure out what's wrong? I just got home from more shopping. I got ice cream, green grapes, and almond milk for my smoothies, which I'm having now: frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, spinach, and almond milk. I might be having a chicken salad tonight, if I don't change my mind and have something else.

They think it's the same problem as last time....the MS. I take vitamins to counter it, or at least try.
Right now, waffles with sausage.

Oh, great... I don't know what else to say about that... Mmm...I haven't had waffles and sausage in a long time. The sausage I buy isn't breakfast sausage, though, but fresh sausage links with no spices added. I got one link left that I don't know what to do with yet. I have a Belgian waffle maker, but never use it because I forgot how thick those waffles are. If anything, I like Eggo waffles, but haven't bought any in a while (I forgot to today). Heh, I remember my former neighbor use to eat those frozen! lol! My bro and I tried it and we saw why. They taste better cooked, of course. Smoothie isn't satisfying me tonight, so I'm making braciole with the last of my thin cut steak, because it had been in the fridge for a couple days and needs to be eaten up.
