Mine were honey garlic. Give them a try if you ever see them, as for the waffles they were blueberry.
I haven't drank one of those in a long while.

Written it on my grocery list so I know to look for them! I'm cooking a homemade soup right now: rice, carrots, turnips, rosemary, salmon, and reduced-sodium chicken stock. No real recipe: just my own little concoction. I think next time I'll attempt to cook it in my pressure cooker, maybe minus the rice.

Toast with cheese, two strips of turkey bacon, and corn flakes with banana slices for breakfast. Had Burger King bacon burger for lunch, and for dinner right now: White fish (can't remember the name) with sour cream and garlic sauce, carrot sticks with ranch, and broccoli. I'm also going to take some Keto weight loss pills starting tomorrow, and they're three months worth, just about. My mom bought some for herself and I to try.

They're horse pills, though, so I've cut them in half and take four of two halves. You're supposed to take the pills on an empty stomach, but despite that, I've had three cups of coffee this morning afterward. So far, the coffee isn't causing issues with my stomach at all, and I'm the type who can't drink coffee without eating first. I wonder if the pills have anything to do with that.

Cheesy scrambled eggs and turkey bacon from the pressure cooker, toast, coffee, and sweet tea, which I'll make more of later today.
1-21-2020: Blue cheese, spinach, and sausage omelet after finding my pan this morning, and coffee. Used the last of my eggs and sausage, so I'll pick up more next time I go out.
2-3-2020: Steamed broccoli, chicken with paprika spice, and two pieces of salmon, for lunch today.
I've lost 6 pounds since I've started following my Keto cookbooks two weeks ago, but for all I know, my scale could be screwy. No way a person could lose that much in just two weeks, diet or no diet. If it IS true, then good, that either means I'm doing something right, or those Keto pills I'm taking are working. No progress on my stomach, hips, and thighs, however, and those are the ones I REALLY want to lose. My mom said you'll first notice the weight loss in your face, and there is NO difference.
So my mom took a pic of me so that we can compare before and after pics at a later date. Cool, looking forward to that.

Her weight seemed to have dropped right off during her diet, though, even I could tell a difference. Meanwhile, I'm still trying to rid my stomach.
Lemon garlic chicken from one of my Keto books, and steamed asparagus, was my dinner last night. I aim to eat at least one or two meals a day from one of my books, and see what that does for me. Today for lunch it'll be fried salmon from my air fryer book, with carrot sticks, once I get off my lazy ass to fix it. XD

Air fryer stopped working in the middle of cooking, so I'll be having baked salmon instead, using my little convection oven. Hopefully, the fryer is dying, because I wanted a smaller one anyway...even though according to my mom, it hasn't been used much and it was expensive as hell.

Air fryer still isn't working despite letting it cool down. Again, I'd like a smaller one anyway, so it's no loss, I guess. At least I still have my deep fryer, even though that kinda ruins the purpose of healthy fried food. I'll TRY and see if I can find a cheap costing one at WalMart or something.
Two sausage links and carrot sticks for dinner, because I ran out of ingredients for my book recipes. I'll be having burritos tomorrow since I have ground beef and taco seasoning in a slowcooker right now.
Feb 10 2020: Brisket cooked using my charcoal grill! Turned out much better than I expected!

That does look good! You rub it with spices or anything? Again, we're not allowed a grill, so if we want something like that, we got to use the oven. I had a ceaser salad for dinner. Not much else to say.

Spices, yes, but not much. I rubbed it with spices when it was halfway thawed, then put it back in my fridge, with tinfoil, for another couple days until it thawed completely, then took it out to let it sit for a while, then fired up my charcoal grill with woodchips wrapped in tinfoil and set on hot coals. It was good and all, but wasn't quite as I expected and hoped for. I remember an ex-neighbor from the year 2000 always cooked brisket for their family. We got a taste of it a few days before they moved, and I wish I can replicate that same smokiness they did. First time trying brisket back then and it was wonderful!
I wish I had a smoker, in fact. My mom has one, but doesn't know how to use it. I was kinda hoping I could buy it off them one day, but I don't like the size. Still, a smoker's a smoker. Oh well. Anyway, I made some homemade soup for dinner last night, and I might have leftovers for dinner tonight. Carrots, turnip, spices, chicken stock, rice, and salmon. Cooked it on my pressure cooker this time, and it turned out pretty good. I think I might make soup like that more often, give my stove a break. lol!

I had leftover spaghetti from my pressure cooker the other night for lunch earlier. And again, I'll be having leftover soup in a bit. If I'm still hungry after that, I'll cook up a small peice of salmon or something. I'm trying to get back into my Keto diet...but I don't have enough ingrediants for whatever's in my cookbooks.

Just snacking on a bowl of almonds right now. We haven't come up with anything for dinner yet.

I love almonds, though I like to snack on cashews when I have some. They're expensive over here, otherwise, I would've had some a long time ago. I have some almonds in a plastic bin and I don't know what I want to do with them yet. I'm having a blue cheese omelet right now. Edit: Premade three nutribulet shakes to finish off my almond milk and spinach. I'll have one for dinner later, and the other two, maybe tomorrow. I'm probably gonna start making more than one just so I can eat nutrishakes more often to help with my (slow as all hell) weight loss, my mom wants me to lose weight so bad...I want it gone, too, but it keeps going up and down, even with those Keto pills. Lost 2 pounds since last Tuesday when I weighed myself, but I'll bet it'll all come back within a week. Edit#2: frozen mixed berries, spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and almond milk, in case you were wondering what I've made the shakes out of. Edit#3: I changed my mind. I'm having salmon with sour cream sauce and canned corn instead. I'll save the three shakes for tomorrow.
Edit 4: Ate one shake and a bowl of pureed corn for lunch, and having pressure cooker soup for dinner using the last of my stock. Chop up carrots, turnips, and whatever other vegetable you want, into little pieces. Put some butter in the cooker and set it to Saute, let the butter melt but don't brown it. Toss vegetables in and stir around until softened, then pour soup stock in. Throw some rice in if you want a thicker soup, but not too much, otherwise, it'll absorb the stock and turn to mush. Lock lid and set pressure lock to seal. Set cooker to Soup/Stew and let it cook until the timer beeps. Release pressure (or use natural release, whatever you want), until the vale drops down, and enjoy! Nothing more to it!
You can also use a multipurpose rice cooker with a saute and soup feature. If using said rice cooker, use the soup/stew feature and NOT the rice feature! Otherwise, the rice will absorb the broth completely!! Rice cooker and Pressure cooker are both good for one pot meals, especially if you don't want to mess with the stove.

Stores in my area do NOT carry honey garlic sausage. I look every time I go out, and I never see them. Not sure what I'll be having for dinner tonight. My mom was going to take me out for an early birthday lunch, but a quick change of plans were made, so I'm just sipping on a nutrishake I made from mixed berries.
Edit: Cajun breaded fish, carrot sticks with ranch, and french fries with ketchup...kinda drifting away from my diet a bit.
Feb 26 2020: Zaxby's for lunch courtesy of my mom. Just chicken fingers and slaw. Now I'm having a nutrishake for a snack: Strawberries, banana, kale, honey, and unsweetened almond milk. Tonight's dinner will be Olive Garden, and I don't know what I'll have there yet. I'll jump back into my diet tomorrow.
Edit: Angel-hair pasta with chicken and sausage link, salad, breadsticks, and a free mousse cake for my birthday.
Feb 29 2020: Made chicken lazone for dinner last night, which was more tolerable than last time because I added more seasoning and less olive oil. I'll make a chicken salad in a bit for lunch. Right now, I'm having a nutribullet coffee/breakfast: kale, coffee, oats, strawberries, honey, and almond milk.
3-1-20: Lightly breaded Cajun fried fish, carrot sticks (sliced from a whole carrot), sliced kiwi, and sweet tea, for brunch. Trying to keep it light today after eating a heavy dinner last night: chicken breast, rice with cheese, and garlic bread: a family favorite dinner, really. Still can't make it as good as how my mom makes it, though.

Everything but the onions, I can eat. Printing the recipe to use in the future. Thanks, and thanks for the site! Although I'm not sure what I'll have for dinner tonight. I might polish off my leftover chicken and rice, despite needing to go back to my diet.

Again, thank you!
Bacon wrapped scallops. It's pork bacon, though, as I bought it together frozen. I'm use to turkey bacon, which I have, but still... Went shopping for more food, more so an air fryer. It's one of those basket ones rather than the tray ones I had before, and it's a bit smaller than my old one, but that's what I wanted anyway. I've tested it on a few pieces of popcorn chicken and it works wonderfully, so much better than the old one, too!
I am getting weary of my mom pressuring me to keep up the diet, though. The only times I can buy other things, like candy for an OCCASIONAL treat, is when I'm with someone else, like one of my aunts. They, along with my dad, don't know that I'm on a diet, though it's only a matter of time before my mom tells my dad.

I had a baked chicken breast and mixed vegetables. I dry rubbed it with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder, and cooked it in the oven. The vegetables were premixed frozen in a bag, and I just popped that in the microwave.

Cabbage soup in the pressure cooker last night. Cut up cabbage, butter, minced garlic, and chicken stock. Melt butter in pot and toss in garlic. Saute for a minute, then toss in shredded cabbage and stir for a minute. Season with salt, pepper, and pour in chicken stock. Lock lid and press soup button, release pressure once finished, and enjoy. Nothing more to it!
So now I have half a head of cabbage left. Anyone know what I can do with it?
Edit: I'm having a banana, oat, and peanut butter coffee nutribullet right now.
Edit#2: air fried salmon, sliced kiwi, steamed broccoli, and sweet tea, for lunch!

I don't mind you posting several times in a row as long as you stay on topic. Didn't I mention this before? Oh well. Finish the cabbage off with another batch of soup! From what I've read, cabbage soup is a good weight loss meal. That's a dish I'm going to make myself sometime this week, as I picked up a head of cabbage yesterday. Is that all you put in yours, is garlic, butter, and stock? No carrots, onions, or additional seasoning? We had potroast for dinner tonight, so we may have the soup for dinner tomorrow. Is it possible to cook that stuff in the slow cooker?
