Used some of the cabbage to make more soup in my multipurpose rice cooker, for an early dinner tonight. I'm gonna try to space out the cabbage to make soup out of it for a few days. And nope, just stock, salt, and pepper, as I said. Not sure about using a slow cooker, but if you guys don't have a pressure cooker and think about getting one, this is what I have, except mine's a 3 quart: www.walmart.com/ip/Programmable-Electric-Pressure-Cooker/144569205

Chicken and spinach pizza with sriracha sauce squirted on it, in the oven right now. Breaking my diet for this, but oh well. It was either that, or chicken lazone, and I didn't feel like doing much cooking tonight. I'll have the lazone tomorrow instead, if I remember.

Breakfast I had a cranberry granola bar and a banana. Part timers at Best Buy don't get lunch breaks, so I made myself another salad after I got home: dill vinaigrette, mixed greens, hard boiled egg, chicken breast, and dried cranberries.

Jumped back onto my diet with blackened salmon, steamed broccoli, and carrot sticks...then ruined it by having a piece of chocolate for a treat. I've been feeling weird today: feel a bit sick and my energy is low, and I just feel like overall crap. No, it's not the virus, as I looked up symptoms and I don't have any of them! It's possibly just early signs of Keto Flu.

I don't drink enough water, no. Juice, Vitamin Water, and tea, are about all I drink anymore. Of course, I know Vitamin Water can't be anymore good for you, but Vitamin Water Zero is another story.

Personally, I recommend drinking a big bottle of water every time you eat something, even if it's a snack. Try that for a while and see what it does for you. Edit: Had a turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch and will be making some bacon wrapped chicken breast with microwavable peas and carrots for dinner tonight. Neither of us feel like doing any major cooking or going out.

Had coffee this morning, and a piece of salmon. My dinner tonight was lemon garlic chicken breast in my pressure cooker, fried broccoli in my air fryer, raw carrot sticks, and a big bottle of water. I'm keeping what you said in mind, Shadow, about the water. Might be having some popcorn later, too.
March 21 2020: Egg and cheese chaffle, a big jug of water, and 4 cups of DeathWish Coffee. Basically, it's a waffle made of egg and cheese cooked in a waffle iron, and I have a belgian waffle iron.

Isn't chaffle just another word for 'cheese waffle'? lol! And...FOUR cups of...just how strong is that coffee? Surely, you don't need four cups of it, do you? If the coffee is as strong as it claims to be, then I'd be careful if I were you. I don't know what I'll be having for dinner yet. Think I'm just going to make a ceaser salad, have a beer, and call it a night.

Good eye on the name! I didn't think about that! lol! And the coffee...I'm taking a break from. Even after having four cups, I don't think it's working as well as I'd like it because I've been drinking it a lot, so I'm back on sweet tea for now. Beer does sound good, but maybe later tonight.
I didn't eat breakfast, as I got up too late. I'm having fried salmon and carrot sticks for lunch right now. I'm curious Shadow, what kind of beer do you drink? I'm more into Rolling Rock and Blue Moon myself.
Edit: Naked air fryer chicken tenders, as my air fryer book calls it, with ranch dressing.

Budweiser and Heineken are my favorites. The one I had last night was a Heineken. I'm snacking on popcorn right now. Not sure what I'll have for dinner yet, probably make myself an egg salad sandwich or something.

I've pan fried a spicy sausage link and steamed some brussels sprouts for lunch just now. I don't get a lunch break at work anymore due to my hours, but I don't miss it.

Sausage does sound good right now, but I don't have any, even though I was sure I bought some last time I went shopping, or the time before...? I don't remember. When I worked at Vanway Dining Hall, I didn't get a lunch break, either. I hated it...
I had a nutribullet for lunch: Greek yogurt, honey, oats, strawberries, kale, and almond milk. I made two of them last night, so I might have one for dinner tonight, if I don't have air fried fish and broccoli instead.
Edit: Chicken salad for lunch using the last of my salad.

My brother and I had broiled salmon and brown rice for dinner a few hours ago. Take a good sized piece of salmon, rub cajun spices all over, and broil it in the oven. And everyone *should* know how to cook brown rice, so that doesn't need explaining. Just cook it, add some salt, pepper, a bit of butter, and you're good to go!

I'll be making a burrito with ground beef, cabbage, and taco seasoning, after the beef thaws, as I want to save the chicken stock I have for other soup recipes now (and I'm tired of cabbage soup).
April 26 2020: Breakfast: Bacon, egg, and cheese frittata with greek yogurt, green grapes, and my 4th cup of coffee.
