Well, for one thing, you guys can add a Member Profile or New Member topics (Not just by posting 'Introduction' in a random thread, I meant by its own....title, or whatever the heck you call it!) because I have no idea where to go to introduce myself, so I geuss this will have to do, but you can move it if you wish.
Oh, and just so you know, I'm the same Melee Master (The Melee Master) from the old board. I wish Proboards would let people space their stupid names!

Hey! Welcome to our new message board - I'm glad to see you made the leap from our old forum.
I will talk to Pommy about setting up an introduction section, thanks for letting us know.

I'm also thinking of a chatroom for both the website and the forum. Will those work?

No, chatrooms don't work that well, and no one visits them.

I use Chatrooms all the time in my Global account and many people are there everytime I enter! There's also two boards I go to where there's a lot of members and the Forum Chatrooms are always busy. The more members that come here, the more chances a Forum Chatroom will be successful. Keep that in mind. Isn't there another thing to interact with other people? I can't think of any at this time! By the way, what does Karma mean? Oh, and I wasn't trying to argue, so....please don't yell at me. Or kill me, for that matter.

Alright, I need your help to pick some avatars here. I can upload as many as I want I think, but I don't have very many. So if you guys have links so any avatars, smash bros related, post them here, and I'll try to get a bunch up for members who need to use them. Thanks!

Actually, on second thought, I'm going to wait till I know what characters are in SSBB, and I'll get avatars for each. Maybe I'll get some for the ten we know so far tho.

Whoa, let's not be too hasty. There's only 14 members so far, so you can't expect all the the boards to be in constant use. I'd say give it more time and wait for more members to sign up. I'm sure more people will arrive once SSBB is actually released. It's only freaks like us who like to talk about it before anybody has actually seen it.

LOL. What can you say, we just love Smash Bros. But yes, sadly we're going to have to give it a bit of time for some members to join, but the launch of SSBB will bring in tons I'm sure, cause Vej and I have big plans for this site. Don't worry though, the SSB thread will be used, and more will be created as we move along. We just need a bit of time for those people staring at their ceilings at home, to get on a computer and join in the discussion.
P.S. Thanks you guys who are participating and who "talk about it before anybody has actually seen it"

It's ok. Usually more people come in the summer, but most SSBB fans have already seen everything from the official site, so the launch of the game will bring new things to the table, and of course tons of info to Smashnet.
What do you guys think of a music page in the future like the SSBM Galaxy has, that allows you to listen to music while browsing the site?

I would suggest Using Smash Bros. Or Smash Bros.-Based music. You can get the Trailer Music off of the main sites, and I have the Orchestrated soundtrack for SSBM, if you want it.

Well, we do have a lot of SSBM music on the SSBM Galaxy, as well as on the SSBM Simulator page, so I'm still not sure If I'm going to try and put all the Smash Bros music on, but Brawl music for sure will go up. I have the main theme on my computer, but I haven't found a good place to host it yet, that has lots of bandwidth. I'm thinking Photobucket, but they only accept specific files, and I'm not sure how to change music file names or save them as something else, yet.

I use to know how to do that, but I forgot. Do you remember what you used last time for the old website? Maybe you can use it again.

Last time I remember having to download a bunch of music files to angelfire, which doesn't have very much bandwidth, but with my dial up it took me hours to upload one stupid file. Now I'm trying to find a host with more bandwidth, like Photobucket, but they only take specific file types, so it's going to be a real pain. It's too bad I can't just find one amazing host that will host all my stuff.
