Heavy nightgowns, especially, is a must for me in the winter.
Had a guy come over to look at a leaky front faucet, but can't do anything about it today. He's gonna wait until it dries up from the rain earlier, so it'll be a few days. Oh well, no rush. Though dad did wake me up via doorbell to tell me that.
Other than that, same ol' same ol' with me.

Heated up some leftover homemade curry this morning and got a few bites in, then my bother calls asking me if I wanted to go to Buffalo Wildwings...because of course... I said yes because I love that place. Wound up throwing away breakfast after I got back. Good thing I have two more in the freezer. I'll try again tomorrow.
Took a shower no thanks to his smoking, and got laundry to do in a bit. Pretty sure I'll be interrupted if I do anything else, but f*ck it, I'll risk it.
Edit: paid for my own meal, so I guess my card isn't going to be paid off this month.

So my Compaq desktop is completely dead. I tried to turn it on and it keeps clicking and the inside sparks a bit, so rip I guess. Don't have the heart together rid of it though.
My Compaq laptop, however, suddenly decided it wants to work in my art room. Battery is completely dead though, so I guess if I'm to use it, it needs to be plugged in all the time.
Although, there's no internet for it. It's not compatible, so what's the point?
Edit: plugged in the desktop's hard drive and...yeah. Hard drive is gone. Lost everything in there I didn't save to my other drives.

It shows up on my laptop as an external, but it won't open. Keeps saying it's corrupted and unreadable, even though I was able to use it before without issue.
At least I gave it a shot. I'm gonna open my new external drive and make a 3rd backup of my other externals now that I have means to do so.
So yeah, my 1st laptop works when it wants to, but I have no internet, so what's the point?
Edit: well let's see how well broadband wired connection works with it since I have a new modem anyway.
Edit: won't connect to broadband anymore. Nice...

Electronics trouble, mm? Not much going on with me. Finally got a new Xbox controller (had to cancel the order I made on Amazon because it got moved back to December  ) Was playing some Sekiro to test the controller out, but now I got hooked on watching Death Battle again as well as watching people's reactions to it. |

Yeah. Gaming PC is dead, and as I found out today, so is it's hard drive, so I lost everything I didn't backup. Can't get online with my old as dirt laptop, not that I know how much longer it's gonna last anyway. The battery is completely dead. I have to keep it plugged in to use it. It seems to be fine one day, then refuse to turn on the next.
So I don't know what to do.

I saved what I could before then, at least, just don't know what all I lost.
And then I have a 3rd external which I may use as a 3rd backup. Still haven't decided. That, or use it to experiment with Wii or WiiU roms, if they'll fit into a 1TB drive. I don't think the external drive I have for the WiiU can connect to a PC anyway.
Edit: I wanted to do something related to homebrew with an external drive, but I can't remember what. Think I'll wind up using it as a 3rd backup, but even I think that's too much.
Edit: well it's not enough to fit everything. Don't know what to do at this point.

Went with dad to get his weekly shot, then to Walmart, and some kind of vintage place. Bought a pack of underclothes and a lighter from Walmart and that's all. Vintage store had a lamp I was interested in, but I purposely left my cash at home. Plus I didn't have anywhere to put a lamp anyway.

I didn't want to use my card. I've used it enough this month...and I haven't went grocery shopping yet.
A guy came to fix my leaking water faucet on my front yard. Turned out he had to replace the whole thing, because of course. So that's done, and now I have no running hot water, because of f*cking course something else has to go wrong... So I'll have no hot water for a few days because everyone will be out of town. Good thing I showered last night, and I can use my kettle for hot water when I need it anyway.

In the meantime, dad and landlord left on two separate trips, so I'll have to go down to care for the dogs all this week anyway, so I'll just shower there. Haven't been up to anything else besides spending all day on Pokemon Scarlet.

Got up early to take care of doggies. Turns out I forgot to lock them up last night, so I had messes to clean up.
Least I won't have to worry about interruptions until Thursday, but it being Thanksgiving week here, I'm not so sure.

Yep, this Thursday. I'll be spending it at my mom's again.
Finally decided to destroy my pawnshop laptop and throw it away. Took a hammer to it and broke it up pretty well. Why? Cause I wanted to. It was taking up space in my art room, and since prying it open to get the drive, it wasn't going to work again anyway. The hard drive, as expected, was also unsalvagable. That's how the problem started anyway.

Went grocery shopping today. Got $40 from mom which I'll keep in my wallet for now, will put in my laptop fund later. Bought a ton of stuff as I needed to go real bad. The honorable mentions:
-Two bottles of wine because why the f*ck not?
-A small turkey, as I want to learn to cook one
-A ton of coffee as it was cheap
-A ton of tea as it was cheap
-snacks
-other food
-two cans of Monster Zero as I can't find Gfuel cans anywhere anymore

Normally I'm not a wine drinker, but since I can no longer find my favorite bottled beer (Rolling Rock), I'm forced to try other things. Well, I can confirm that rose wine is my favorite wine. It's not as strong tasting as many others I've tried. And I'm not going to bother with dinner tonight. It's too late, and I had two shots of wine to help me wind down, so I'll be going to bed soon. I bought stuff for breakfast anyway.
Edit: In fact, why is it that every time I have a favorite of something, stores suddenly stop carrying it shortly after? Places suddenly stop carrying Gfuel and Rolling Rock, yet my brother's favorite stuff: Barefoot wine and Monster, are found in EVERY grocery store in our area! Guess it's another one of my bad luck strikes...
