Lol, that's definitely fake. That is a terrible picture of Sonic, and the background is like 8-bit color.
And nintendo hasn't said anything, so it can't be real.

No doubt. You can tell the box art is fake though by where the it says Wii at the top. On real boxes, it's in the top right corner, not the top middle. Still, there are some really talented people out there with a lot of time on their hands.

It's very nice. I like the open box style. Although there are a bunch of mistakes on it, like the Wii remote logo at the top, like g-diffuser mentioned for the pic before, and that nintendo doesn't rate its games with 7+, it would pronanly say T for teen or something. Also, there are grammar mistakes on the back of the box, AND the comments about the game that were written by various people and 'companies', suck.

Seems fake to me, and by the way, that's not dutch! I went to translate it, and it wouldn't work. I don't know what language that is, because it wouldn't translate into English, no matter what language I've chosen.

I've read a lot of rumors that Nintendo has put Sonic in Brawl. Why do people want him so badly anyway? I know he's a well-known Sega mascot, but there's no reason to go crazy over it... Personally, I don't care if he makes it in Brawl, as I rarely play video games, to tell you the truth.
