People from different countries are welcome here. As there are people from Brazil, China, Mexico(I think), and Germany!

People from Mexico are also moving here as well. I think Canadians are moving here, too, but I can't really tell.
We also had people from Japan moving here, and some from Jamaica, and people from Africa. I can understand why some of them are coming here, but if it keeps up, the President is probably going to ban outsiders from coming here as long as he's in office.

He'd better not do that or people are going to be at his head 24/7.

That'd be a funny thing to see, although they might go overboard and tick him off. I've updated my Deviant art account in case any of you are interested, which can be found in my Profile. I still need some ideas for my fanfiction on Fanfiction.net, and I want to send something for this website, but I don't know what. Fanfiction is out of the question due to writers block, and I want to send another art piece, but as I said over a million times, I can't as long as my previous art isn't put up. I'm going to have to ask what's taking so long! They can't be THAT busy because its still summer break, unless college students get a shorter break than others.

Sometimes students want to start college right after school, but not me. One of my older cousins want me to start right away, I thought "You're joking right?", thankfuly my mom pointed out that most kids want to get their summer out of the way first. Sounds about right for me, except I'm still not sure to go or not.

I'm still thinking on whether to go as well. However, I actually have nothing planned for when I get out of High School, and I don't want to do a career because nothing interests me as of yet.

Same here. But why go anywhere, because again, it's too expensive.

Yeah good point. I'm thinking of getting a job when I'm out of school. I WAS going to get a summer job, but I decided to spend my summer at another state. I don't want to get a job while I'm still in school because it'll be kinda hard for me to focus on both at the same time.
Or I might just stay home when I finish school, move out when the time comes, THEN get a job. I'm getting the impression that my parents don't think I can handle a job, and living on my own when I finish school. I proved them wrong several times before, and I'll bet I can do it again!!!

It's funny at my school they had a program, they call OPP, that allows you to go to work, while school is on. All you do is work and you get graded each time you show up or how well you do the work.

I don't think my High School has that, but I wish they did!

I never took it, and it was a new course that was just put in. Even if you skipped a few classes because of it, you're not going to fail.

Man, I'm going to have to ask about that if they got that at the school I'm going to, but I doubt they'll have it!

Just becareful though, you might want to start it after your major courses are done, a lot of my friends did that. I don't know what you have, so ask about what you need to pass before you go for a course like the one I said about.(providing you have that choice)

"You can really shine if you put your mind to it."
These are the words of my father that I hear everyday, I treasure his advice and remember it during the school year when I feel like I am about to give up,his words have guided me this far.Never give up, never give in, especially in school!

My defence to that saying: "How can you put your mind to something when your mind is sinking like a stone in the river of doubt." Every time I hear something like that, it makes that stone sink faster(sorry to say).

Teh, nobody tells me things like that except teachers. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't!

Most of the time with me. They say those things and I say "Wait for it, something will go wrong when you say that."

They never say that to me.... I only have a couple more days left. I have to get my stuff ready tomorrow, and I think I leave either Saturday or Sunday to go back home! The month went by pretty quickly if you ask me.

Yeah, and I go back to school early August, I think.
All month long, I NEVER got the chance to sleep in (Sometimes, I like sleeping until 12:30, but I always had to wake up at 9:00!), I always had to turn the TV or computer off and be in bed by 12:00, (During the summer, I go to bed at 1:00), and everytime I disagree on a tiny thing, they always have to make it a big deal!!
And we had nothing but rain the past month!! Someway to spend a summer vacation! Next time I'm allowed to take a vacation by myself, I'm either staying with my aunt or I'm going somewhere else. My grandparents here are too scrict!

It was sunny and hot here. I wish we had some of the rain you got, because it's pretty dry outside and I'm not putting one foot out there.

I think it's real dry up where I live. My parents said that it was real hot the past few weeks. Sometimes, I don't mind warm weather, but whenever I get real hot, it seems to drain my energy all the time. I always feel tired and lazy when I'm out in the heat, and sometimes, I don't understand why.

I haven't been doing much lately. The only thing I've been doing through the whole summer is be on a computer! I was planning on spending less time on it this summer, but there was nothing else to do. But when school starts back up, I'll have to lay off my computer every once in awhile because I might be busy. and if I don't....my parents will ban me off of it like they always do! Everytime I get in trouble, that's the only thing they ground me off of. and yet, I don't blame them, because I'm on my computer almost 24/7, mainly because there is nothing else to do, and I have no real life outside my own house! And that's fact; no one I know lives in my neighborhood, and I hardly call anyone because we never have anything to talk about! And I never invite my friends at my house because...I'm too lazy to clean it!
However, my dad called me the other day and told me that he was cleaning both mine and my brothers rooms, and if we don't keep them clean this time, we'll take our computers out of our rooms. I can tell he was being serious because of the way his voice sounded. My brothers and I are a bit careless when it comes to chores like that. But still, I don't know why they always want our rooms clean. They hardly come into it, and its not their room, so why bother?
Don't get me wrong, I like keeping things clean, its just that....my laziness usually interferes with it. Being lazy is a bit of a problem for me because I never do anything anymore!

I usually ignore stuff my parents say to me, but when they think that I'm not listening, they MAKE me listen by threatening to hit me! They still treat me like I'm 7 or something when it comes to that kind of stuff. One time, I backtalked my mom because she was wrong about something, and I was right, and before you know it, she slapped me!
I HATE getting slapped in the face so fricken much!! A student in my 6th grade class even slapped me hard in the face because I backtalked her! We were arguing about something, and if I remember correctly, she stuck her tounge out at me, and I said 'Stick that tounge out at me again and I'll--', and that's when I got slapped. Both of us got in trouble for arguing, however, but not serious trouble like I expected.

Your parents shouldn't do that, that's not right. One of my friend had the same problem for years.....till she sued them for a type of assault.
