The draconic gang were surprised at the look of Nemesis.

"Wow; tall, burley, and ugly," thought Brian, keeping his distance.

Zali didn't seem to be afraid, however.

Nova got ready and made note that his foe was carrying his weapon on his back right now, before the monster roared and charged at him.

"Get back inside!" the clone said, "This is something you don't want to get caught in!"

"He's not kidding. Better stay back for the moment," I said.

"Alright, alright," Ayden said, staying inside.

"Too bad, I was going to enjoy this," Maxwell said.

"Only for the moment."

"You don't have to tell me twice," said Tristan as he ran back inside, along with the rest of the gang, not wanting to argue over it.

Seeing this, Nova charged as well and both man and monster swung their fists and made contact with each other with them, making a loud explosion from the hit. They start slow at first before fist and feet go flying, the ground buckling under them.

"How in the name?" Athena said.

Nemesis got a hit in, causing the clone to go flying a little, but he caught himself as he landed and slid. Nova tries again, charging in, and the monster was ready, but was caught off guard when Nova went low and dove in, feet first, to trip his opponent before the clone got up quickly and grabbed Nemesis's legs, holding on to them tightly and started to spin before throwing the creature away and off the castle grounds. He then ran and jumped off the platform to give chase.

"We can come out now," I said, running out.

"This is crazy!" Athena said.

"Normal around here," Link said

None of us said anything as we follow out.

Nemesis lands as well on his feet, before starting to get his rocket launcher and fired at the clone. Nova stopped as one rocket heads his way, and sidesteps it, showing his speed. A second one was fired but this time the clone caught it, before throwing it away.

"Wow, this man...he said he wasn't human, he wasn't kidding..." Athena said watching this.

Maxwell didn't say anything on this while Ayden growled at the speed.

None of us said anything as we continued to watch, with the gang becoming more impressed with Nova the more they watched him fight.

Nova then got into a running stance before charging again, the monster firing once more. This time, the clone on purpose ran at the rocket before jumping on it's side and jumping again, now higher in the air and fired energy blasts at Nemesis, hitting it and causing dust to fly. Ganondorf lands on the ground as watches the cloud, before bending back far, as tip of a tentacle almost stabbed him and missing the tip of his nose. He caught himself before rolled to the side and getting up, to see the creature start walking toward him, with the very thing sticking out it's right palm.

"At least he's away from everyone," Nova thought.

"Now what?" Brian questioned as he continued to watch.

"Just hold on," Luke told him.


{Wasn't paying attention tonight. I'll see you later.}

Nemesis tries again only for Nova to slash the limb off when he made his swords appear. He spins them in his hands, ready for another go.

"What are those swords?!" Athena asked, "They are massive, but he's holding them like they are nothing!"

"Swords an old friend gave him. Swords of Demise," I said, "He also has a trident of the same name, though it was different before: Shadow Strike"

"He's scaring me now."

"Come on, Nemesis. Don't be like this. Don't be like my other problem...I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, right?" Ganondorf asked.

"Whoa!" Brian commented, "Nice set of blades!"

"Wait, what?" questioned Luke.

Nemesis fired another rocket at Nova only to be cut down the middle and passing him, exploding harmlessly out of the way.

"That answers that question..." he said.

There was no ammo left, but Ganondorf knew better that the monster can still use it as a battering weapon too.

The rest of us continued to watch, however.

Thats when Nemesis jumped hard into the air, back to the platform we are on and this made Nova panic, seeing we might be danger again but spots the rocket launcher was left behind and ran to it.

In an attempt to distract Nemesis while Nova goes after the launcher, Ed takes out a knife from his back pocket and throws it at the monster.

He doesn't even dodge and was hit the chest, only for it to be pulled out and tossed aside. The creature spots Ed and started to walk toward him.

Nova grabbed the launcher and used his phazon power to add ammo to it. He carefully aimed at Nemesis at this point before making a whistle to get his attention. The monster turns just as Nova fired the weapon at him.

Ed was ready for the creature, but needed to get his knife back! As soon as he sees Nemesis turn to Nova, Ed made a break for it, running and snatching the knife's hilt upon passing, and managing to escape the crossfire of the firing weapon.

Nemesis dodges the rocket, but it turned and headed for the monster again. Nova was controlling the rocket with his mind and it hits the monster from behind and sends him away from everyone, without it exploding.

We watch the rocket push Nemesis away from us, Brian grinning as he wave, "See yaaa!!"

It finally explodes and the monster fell elsewhere. Nova jumped back to the ledge and dropped the launcher on the ground and said, "Smart move, Ed."

"Where's your swords?" Athena asked.

"Oh these?" he asked as he made them appear again, "Sweet aren't they?"

"It was nothing," Ed commented.

"Yeah, I'll say they are!" Brian replied about the swords.

He stabs them into the ground for a moment and said, "I had to do the same thing years ago, though I on purposely missed throwing the knife at the guy. Well...I spooked him more when he threw it at me and I caught it out of air with my bare hand. Learned that from a friend and colleague too. You would have liked him."

"I remember that," Bowser said

"I'd like to learn how to do that," said Sparky.

"Piece of cake for me," said Brian, "all it takes is focus and quick reflexes."

"He can teach you. Goes by the name Jack Krauser. Don't let his size fool you. He's a good fighter as well an old solider. Took him a while to do the same thing and his old army knife never misses a mark either," Nova said, before turning to Sophia, "Which reminds me...have you seen him around?"

"He's been looking into the same thing as you. The hospital event I mean," she said, making him think.

"Would we have time for that, though?" asked Brian.

"Probably not," I reply.

"So then I'll learn as we go," said Sparky, "not a problem to me at all."

"I think that's a good idea," Zali told Sparky.

"I noticed that knife you used. A favorite or just one you use the most?" Nova then asked, "I have one as well, but it's nothing fancy as I don't use it much."

"He's more of a sword guy of course," Link said then teases, "And those great swords are the top."

"I'm still learning when it comes to them too, you know..." he said with a smirk and taking them out of the ground again, and looking at them for a moment, "Least you know which hand is more favored."

"Oh, this thing?" Sparky pulled out the pocketknife, flipping it open to reveal a large blade, "It's a birthday present from my cousin. This thing has saved me more times than I can count. I'm not much of a sword guy, though."

"Took me a while to get use to mine," I said, taking out my sword and looking at it, before putting it back.

"Guns, knives, claws, and teeth, are all we need," Luke told them, "always gotta be prepared in the streets, ya know?"

"I know that too well. I was always on the run from my foes...as you saw. Fists help too, and that's the most used weapon if you think about it," Nova said, "Well feet too."

"I wonder how much those swords weigh..." Athena wondered.

"I don't think about it, I just make them appear," he honestly said, and made them vanish into darkness, "I still won't use a gun though."

"Like I told Eric; a gun can and will beat a blade all day any day," Sparky told Nova.

"And I'm still not use to 'em," I replied about guns.

This made Haku glad he had magic on his side, but he didn't get into the conversation.

"Well now," Zali sighs, "if we're done with that monster, maybe we can focus on what else needs to be done?"

"Watch out for someone that knows how to disarm a person's weapon faster then the trigger is pulled," Nova warned, "Just fire at a distance."

"Jack told me you did that years ago," I laughed.

"yeah...it's hard to explain there, I just learned it that day too..." then when Zali spoke and said, "Yeah, and lets hope it doesn't get attention of someone else I know that's a thorn..."
