"I'm fine with using my sword," she takes out said weapon, a double edged blade, and looks at it, "least in this form, it's all I have." She slides it back in it's holster for now.

"Maybe one day," Sparky said about the sword, then attempts to get it to change into a hand gun for now.

"I've learned from big guy that you are a weapon too, and he's right," I said, "Human hands can be scary."

Sparky looks at the newly transformed Soul Edge and sees it had indeed turned into a gun.

"Not bad," he replied. He made sure his finger remained off the trigger as he stores it away for now.

Athena wonders more about my team and asked, "How was it made?"

"It was cloned...in secret," I said.

"Mostly to help her if she gets in trouble, and Nova isn't around," Andrew said, "A little side project from me. He helped her train with Edge for years."

{Cervantes's pistol sword comes to mind, but maybe a smaller version.}

"That's smart," Sparky said to them, "Oh, and thank you."

I smile, "Now you can your hands dirty a bit and fight with us."

He smirks, "I look forward to it."

"Then save it for that dumb clan," Zali told him.

"Don't worry about me. I'll be fine without Edge. Oh, if you lose it, don't fret, he has another form but only if things go bad."

"That's a...relief?" Sparky blinked.

I laughed at his response.

"Oh I'd love to see that," said Tristan.

"Not now," Zali told him.

"Yeah. Wait a bit," I agreed.

"Same here," Andrew said.

"Might be a good idea," I told the gang.

"OK, OK, fair enough," Tristan shook his head.

I laugh to this and said, "Least should they attack again, we have back up. Now best we train, just in case."

"That's good," said Tristan.

"If that sword of yours can change into any weapon, what's the use of me training with it?" asked Sparky to Ganondorf2, "I already know how to use guns and knives."

"Might be different than what we're use to, Shawn," I told him, "just give Soul Edge a chance and you'll see."

"Not that I'm not thankful or anything-" he then sighed and turns to me, "can I not make an observation here without being criticized for once?"

I didn't reply to that question, however, "Need a sparring partner? I'll be happy to show you how to use a sword."

"I think I'll learn as we go, but thank you."

"Suit yourself," Melee told Sparky, showing that she, too, was willing to teach him if need be.

"I have a back up weapon anyway," I said, "I'm glad Edge gets along with Aegislash."

"Aegi-what?" Athena asked.

I laugh to that and said, "I'll call him over. Aegislash, could you appear?"

Sure enough, a flying sword and shield creature appeared, standing by.

"That's good," said Zali about Ganondorf2 having a backup weapon.

The team sees the weapon fly over, making Ed and Luke back off, "The hell?!"

"Another living weapon?" asked Zelos, "Sheesh, you have quite the odd friends, don't you?"

"Interesting," Haku smiles as he looks at Aegislash.

"Except this is a Pokémon. I dare the enemy to try and take him, unless they want to be cursed," I said, "I'm pretty sure I say they can look like anything...right?"

I couldn't remember, sadly. Sometimes I think I did, when finding out I didn't. Bad habit.

"Looks cool!" Athena said to see it blush.

"You might have?" I spoke, sheepishly scratching the back of my head, "I don't recall myself."

"OK, at least I know I forgot. Sorry about that," I said, slightly embarrassed. The Pokémon stayed beside me, as I continued, "I keep five other good ones with me. The others for major threats."

"No, it's fine," I told her, "I really can't remember if you've ever mentioned it before or not."

"That doesn't help," Ed replied.

"Either way," Brian chimed in, "it seems that thing will be a great ally against those vengeful idiots."

"Let's hope so," Sparky sighed.

"He's got two different stages. Attack state or Defense state. Different attacks for each, but there is one attack he can use that doesn't matter which state he uses. I'd show you, but I rather use it as a surprise," I said.

Aegislash uncrossed his arms and held on the shield for now.

"Plus, Aegislash are knows to protect royalty. Your very own knight."

"Offense and defense, hm?" Melee smirked, "A double edged sword at it's finest." Yes she was aware of the possible pun, thus the smirk on her face.

"What a riot you are, missy," Ed huffed at her.

"Oh lighten up, Ed!" Brian lightly elbowed his friend in the arm, making him back off, but didn't say another word.

"Yeah," nods Zali, "I'm sure he'll come in handy, all right. We can't afford to spare any expenses in this case, got it, everyone?"

"Use everything at our disposal," Luke said, "yeah, got ya, leader!"

I chuckle to all this.

"I'm not even kidding," Zali told everyone, "they'll throw everything they have at us, so we need to do the same."

"With all due respect," Haku said to Zali, "maybe we should let Brandon dictate our next move."

"Well," Brandon sighed, "things are a little on the quiet side right now, although in this case, I'm not sure if that's a good thing."

Haku shook his head, "Never assume anything. You either know or you don't. With all due respect, Your Highness, the wrong assumption in situations as serious as this can and will get you killed."

"Sorry Brandon, but Haku's right," I said.

Brandon nods, "Fair enough, then what do you think we should do, Haku?"

Haku blinked, "Me?"

The prince smiles, "Your instinct of this sort of thing seems pure enough. Therefore, I have trust in your judgement."

Haku shook his head, "I'll have to pass."

"Coward," whispered Ed, making Kyle elbow him.

"Knock it off," Zali told them.

"OK, ok. I tend to share leadership with big guy as well as some others. I'm not really sure what to say here," I admit, "We act like a hive mind in a way."

"You're scary in your own way," Athena said.

"Not everyone is here too. Some are outside."

"Then why don't we go round them up and talk plans?" suggested Tristan.

"There's a reason...population. There's one group that we had to place in a new area because of their queen," I said, "Another Nova is using as a special base."

Athena started to think.

"What the hell does that have to do with my question?" Tristan asked with confusion, not meaning any rudeness in his words despite how it sounded.

That got Zali's attention, however, "Queen?"

"I should have said they wouldn't understand the plan. The Queen and/or Nova make the shots. Archion would be alerted right away too...they are not small by any means."

"Queen what?" Athena asked.

"Apariod. She can confuse the enemy too as she gains memories of those slain and use their voices."

"Sounds like that'd come in handy," said Brian.

"You're kidding, right?" Tristan raised an eyebrow at his friend.

"I mean, what better way to cause confusion than to make those idiots hear voices of the dead?"

"Sorry, but even to me, that sounds like a crummy thing to do," Zelos replied, "even if our foes did deserve it."

"You guys are no fun," Brian crossed his arms.
