"You lead, Johnathan," Nova said, seeing a nod from the man, and ran ahead, our team following.
It didn't take long for someone to notice however and started to follow as well.

The team took off to follow Ganondorf2's team, neither of them noticing that they were being followed.

Zan stopped however and looked around, Neutron noticing right away before a charge up was heard having him shout, "Get down!"
A blast was fired, but because Sans was near her he grabbed her hand and vanished to safety, reappearing nearby.
We look around quickly now as we heard laughter

The team threw themselves to the ground to avoid the blast. While remaining on the ground, they too looked around before hearing laughter.
Standing up, Jade shouts as a spear appears in his hand, "Come out!"

Dark Sans was seen, arm out at us...problem is, he was with us as well. This meant we were dealing with a fake the whole time. Nova noticed the difference right way as he got ready.
Cell, still in larva form, looks around before running off to get a good angle to attack the fake.

"Nice trick, I admit," Armstrong scoffed, getting ready as he looked at the real Dark Sans.
"Tch," was all Tikal had to say as he, too, prepared himself, as did the clone.

"fake?! you are nothing! you're the fake!" the other said.
"of course, you would say that. that means you're the faker"
"Don't bother with lying. I can tell the difference. I have to admit, the energies are the same, as does the look, but I think you forgot something," Nova said.
"oh? i'm curious now," the first said, before the clone points at his eyes, "my eye sockets?"

"Let alone...I read both minds. You forgot the gold tooth too," Nova adds.
This made the fake mad as he didn't have one, and the real one laughed, as the fake said, "real clever."
"Also, he's not the one about to be attacked by a large bug."
"what?"
"Over here!" Cell shouts, making the fake turn before he was jumped by that very thing and tries to pull him off.

"Look!" I said after Cell was thrown off. His true colors appear as he was looked like he was from a negative photo. (like white is black if you know what I mean)
Cell changed into his first form and asked Dark Sans, energy in hand, "You need this?"
"if you don't mind," he said as it was handed over. He gained his colors back, even the red eyes, "not bad of a trick, I must admit."

"now here's the best part!" the fake said, with a smile, "they're here!" Josuke spots copies of everyone walking toward us, appearing the same way as the fake, as he said, "I hope you like to meet your 'phantoms'. this should waste time until nests are ready!"
"You fool. Do you want everything to be destroyed?!" Zero One asked in a panic.
"do you think I care? either way, this is going to be good."

"You should care!" yelled Pit, not taking his eyes off the phantoms, "If everything is destroyed, then that means you will be too!"
"No use trying to get through that thick skull of his, Pit," said Viridi.
The group of seven huddled against each other back to back as they prepared to fight off the opponents, but knew it wasn't going to be easy to decipher friend from foe in this case if the battle becomes heated.

"I WAS THINKING THE SAME. LETS MAKE IT LESS LIKELY THAT WE PUNCH THE WRONG GUY," he said to that and used right away, and sure enough, just like the fake Dark Sans, the phantoms now show a negative look too.
"Much better," Chara said.
One phantom that looked like Steven eyed Nova in anger and vice versa for the Nova phantom.
"What do you think?" Nova asked Armstrong.

Armstrong cracked his neck before slamming his fist into his palm, "I'm not going to bother making comparisons. A fake's a fake no matter what form it takes!"
"Couldn't of said it better myself," said Tikal, gripping his trident weapon with both hands.
The clone huffed, gripping his sword, "Let's just get this over with."
Luke nods and prepped his sword as well.

"It's not that, Steven," he said before getting into a stance, "I wondered how long they will last."
That made them charge when they heard that.
"Pardon me," he then said before vanishing, and reappearing in front of the fake Armstrong and kicking him straight up, before flying after him.
The rest of my team charge as well.

His phantom did the same as Pit and started to aim at him only to get hit out of the sky by Nova a second later.
"Wait a second. Big Guy is just playing with them!" I said.
"Not all of them. He's avoiding the female phantoms," Neutron said.
"His honer is still there."

"Sad to say it, but she's right," said Palutena, facing her double and preparing to attack, "there's a time and place for everything!" Pit stops in mid-air and sighs in relief, "Thanks Nova!" Alvis rushes in with his claymore in hand as Papyrus summons blasters and fires them at the opponents.

"They did well to make him the way he is," Neutron said, making his sword appear, "Least I make up for that problem."
He charged as well, just as the phantom of Papyrus fired a blaster at him, trying to dodge normal Papyrus and Sans blasts

Papyrus responds to this by throwing orange colored bones at his phantom as the blasters continued firing.
