Goku was still keeping an eye on the stranger as said man spoke, "You are hopeless. How you got out here without that power is impressive, however."

The other three men sharply turn to the stranger after hearing him.
"Talk!" demanded Armstrong.

The four turn to the source of the voice and got a good look at the stranger, before hearing him and Goku talk.
"He is your sibling?" Alvis turned to Goku, then to the stranger.
"Well, this just got interesting," said Jade.

"Great," sighed Luke, then to the stranger, "who the hell are you? Are you here to try and stop us? Because it won't work!!"
Tikal and Armstrong just studied the person for a bit.

"I've noticed Kakarot and I would mock that as weakness. However, over those years...you did more than impress me," he said arms folded, "You went beyond that. You show our race's power in your own way."
Kirby smiles to the man, seeing he wasn't going to do anything to harm us.

"You were that close by?" Nova asked, "I thought I sensed someone, but..."
"I can be sneaky too," he said, "Oh and the name is Raditz. In the line of ranks, I'm one of the lowest on the block. I don't care, at least I can go on my own and not get pushed around."

"I was last in the ranks in the past, for overall strength," he said, "I trained a lot since then."
"I don't know how you did. Did you go to the Kami house?" Goku asked.
"Funny you asked that, but no. I was thinking of many ways to get back at you and your 'friend' for killing me. However, I waited it out...and watched your events with you and your son. I couldn't be more proud."

"This old thing? It's my power scanner," Raditz said, "The name alone should be a clue. I kept it with me for a while, but from just checking my brother, it's out of power."
"May I see it? I might be able to recharge it."
"I don't see the risk," he said, taking it off and tossing it over to the clone, to which he catches.

"What do you think it does? It scans the power of living things in front of you, but also around the area," he said, getting Nova's attention.
"So say you can't sense someone nearby, you use this to do so?" Nova asked.
"Exactly," he said and this made the clone think, "If you are thinking of making one yourself, good luck with that. You'd have to get the blueprints from one of Frieza's goons to make one."
"I don't think that will be a problem for Big Guy," I said, making Raditz raise an eye brow.

Ivo didn't say much on the matter before he heard Nova, "Think you can help me with this as well?"
"But of course! I'm kind of curious about your work."
"I might need your workshop then."
The doctor nods and presses a few buttons before exiting his mech. Nova climbs in placing the scanner on the table just as he got memories from it on the worker.
"NEED MY MASK AGAIN?" Tricky asked.
"If you don't mind," he said, to this the clown gives it to him, before the clone starts to work on a copy.

Raditz watched with interest, before taking a quick glance at Broly. He was worried at first but moves on seeing that he was watching his friend as well.
"Hey, Steven. You want a scanner?" Nova asked as he worked.

Armstrong was taken aback from the question, "A scanner? For what?" Then he stopped to think, "Hmm, maybe I could get some use out of one for this nightmare. Sure, if you have some spare parts for one."

"Give me a moment then," he said as he got more parts.
This got Sans's attention, as well this brought memories of when he worked on a machine years back and asked, "need help?"
This surprised Nova and he said, "Sure, but this is small quarters."
"no problem here. give me a sec," the skeleton said. He summons one blaster to use as a chair and sat just outside the workshop table.
"Not bad."

As Nova continued to work, Raditz finally popped the question to Broly, "How long have you hung around this group?"
"With Nova, for years. Nova helped me out with my problem."
"A problem for the legendary super? You?"
"Power problem. It rose too high."
"I see. I take he has the same?" he asked, to see a nod.
"Finished, now to place something for the ear for comfort..." Nova said.
"There are ear pads in the compartment in front of you," Ivo said.
"Thanks."

He tested it on himself first, turning it on and scanning the area. Then tested it on me and said, "Seems to be in working order."
He hands it out to Steven to wear.

"Just press the button on the side," Raditz said, "If it works, I'll have to ask him to make me a replacement."

Armstrong does just that, pressing the button to try and activate it, and looked around to see if he could spot Nova.

It turns on and starts to scan the area, before picking up Nova's massive power numbers nearby. Pinning that he was to his right, but a great distance away.
