One who hungers for power will eventually starve himself into oblivion. This will especially happen to you if you continue to go down the path you're going."
"Wait a minute," now Shulk was confused, "So...how are you alive now?"
"Although I can't say whether or not you're anymore redeemable than I."
Great, he was evading questions again. Pit looked at Astor, then at Rugal, even more confused.

Rugal shakes his head and said, "Live? Given a second chance for me to copy your abilities? That's nice of who ever it was. It told me you would come here to help them. so unless you saw this coming as well, you're ready right?"

"Wait, what?!!" Sara gasped.
"Rather than interrogate me any further, I suggest you focus on completing your purpose." Astor replied to Shulk, "If I wanted to kill you and the other seer, I would've done so back in the forest, but you're still alive, yes?"
Shulk was about to speak up but was interrupted.
"Say Darkhgleem and this imbecile," he motioned to Rugal, "get their way. Say they destroy you all for revenge. If that were to occur, what do you believe will happen next?"
"Uhh..." Shulk couldn't answer, making Astor drop the tension from his shoulders in annoyance.
"That wasn't a rhetorical question." he spoke, "To allow Dharkgleem to accomplish his goal would be a foolish and deadly decision, and I'm not making the same mistake I've made with Calamity Ganon. I'm not so keen on becoming anyone's lackey only to be tossed aside once they deem an end to my loyalty," he cast his eyes downward, "and I've seen all I need to see from you people..."
"You were testing us?" Alvis asked.
He nods, "Although the outcome is still unclear. That, alongside keeping an eye on Dharkgleem, is the sole reason why I haven't, and refuse, to kill you all."
Shulk couldn't speak.
"Now then, if you're done with the questions," he turns to Rugal, "I see a useless fool WHO NEEDS TO BE PUT IN HIS PLACE!!" He summons another Link hollow and have it charge at Rugal.

"Time for a surprise," he said, before pointing his finger and said, "Dharkleem, show this imbecile."
Ten Link copies appear, five black and red five white and blue.
Two of the light ones charge at the hollow and they flash to show that they can blow on contact with the foe.

The hollow focuses on it's intended target, slashing at the light foe even at the risk of being destroyed itself.

"Tch," was Astor's only response upon seeing the hollow being destroyed due to the light beings blowing up. OK, so Rugal and Dharkgleem's men were stronger than he predicted, but the dark seer would never admit to that. Astor prepared to fight the ones that were coming for him, not showing any sign of backing down as red flame-like energy began to fire from the round scepter he had.

The number double now as two became four and they charge at him next. The fire was blocked by the shields and two of the dark version jump on their shoulder and leap at the seer, shield out and sword thrust downward at him

Astor barely manages to dodge, feeling the sword strike the porcelain mask he wore, causing it to shatter. "Gah!" he backs off, hand over his face as blood drips down, proving the blade struck quite deep. As he releases his hand, Shulk and the others could see a red wound on his face, from his forehead to his right cheek, but not enough to disfigure him.
"You'll pay for that," he hissed, a red portal appearing from the ground.

Hearing Nova's words, Astor quickly closes up the portal. Disregarding the injury to his face, he eyes Rugal with irritation, but backs down, deciding to save his energy.
"Seems you got off lucky," he told Rugal, "but one way or another, you will be taken down! That much will be ensured."

"Let me try at least," the good clone said. "Please..." he said charging and sending a dark punch, only to be caught by Nova's hand, "What?!" "And this is one of the things that makes me different from Neutron," Nova said, before hitting him hard in the chest and sending him flying, and he lands on his feet, and realised Nova is darkness based, not light, like Neutron. "You figured him out already?" Neutron asked. "Naturally." "Smooth." "You look like him, are like him yet...are...?" Rugal starts. "Mirrored," they both say. "No..." "Let's see if you can handle light and darkness, at the same time!" Nova and Neutron said at the same time. {Sorry, watching fireworks  } |

"Hm," Astor smirked at this and backed away, waiting to see what Neutron and Nova had in store for Rugal now. Shulk finally relaxed as he watches Astor dab the blood from his face with his sleeve, now knowing that he can be trusted after proving it by fighting Rugal, even though him not killing anyone in the group and explaining his goal, was proof enough.
"This will be good," Bayonetta said about Nova and Neutron.

Both men disappeared on Rugal to find that he can't fight what he can't see or rather never get a chance as he got hit hundreds of times and sent flying into a wall, both clones with their fists out at him, showing they attacked at the same time before rushing in to do more damage. Speaking a different language to each other for a moment they split up and ran around the man faster each time to the point they were making a tornado. This sent Rugal flying once again and was getting annoyed.

Luke growls at this, but said nothing as he and the others watch what was happening. Seeing the identity of the dark seer didn't surprise any of them after being told who he was anyway, but they were surprised of his true intentions and that he was on their side the whole time. They all try and keep their eyes on the fight, however.

The fusion appeared in the air and lowered before disappearing into him and a blast of energy was sent at both clone and sent them back before they see a new look.  "You will fall by my hands," he said, voice echoing, "You will never catch up with me." |

Reshiram and Zekrom let out a roar at Rugal.
"We won't give up!!" shouted Pit.
"You'll be the one who will fall!!" agreed Roy.
Hoping to spark some new-found motivation into everyone, Egil steps forward, "We've made it this far, and we can tug the rest of the way!"
"No backing out now!" Magnus agreed, swinging his bladed club.
"WE CAN DO THIS!" boasted Papyrus.
Pyrrhon nods, flames rise from his body, "Let's do this everyone!"
"Now THIS is what I like to see," smiled Jade to everyone as he prepares himself as well.

"Heh, time to show what we can do!" Rugal said and disappeared before Nova was hit in the chest by his fist so hard that it went through him before he was lifted into the air, dark energy exploding on his body, before being tossed aside and disappeared again.
"nova!" Sans shouts in horror to see Rugal was on him now.

"No problem!" Armstrong smashes his fist into his palm.
The cloned swordsman swung his blade to the side, as did Luke, but not before seeing Rugal disappear.
"Where did he-" Luke looked around.
Trunks looked up to see him and Nova, "No, dammit!!" He takes off and fires a blast of light at Rugal, hoping to not hit Nova.

He had grabbed Sans and and tried to use him as a shield, but he wasn't having it and vanished. Didn't matter as he tilt his head to the side, before rushing at Trunks, green fire in hand.
Neutron tries to run in as well with Iggy as his side.

Just for using Sans like that, Papyrus and Gaster summon one of their respective blasters and had them fire at Rugal. Pit and Dark Pit rush in and fire arrows of light and dark at the foe.

He vanished again and appeared in front of Papyrus only to almost get blasted from behind from Sans. He dodged this then tries to grab Pit ignoring the arrows.

That's when Face Nemesis, inside her mechon, rushes in and tries to swipe at Rugal with her twin blades to rescue Pit.

Dharkon's tentacle appears and blocks both, before trying to swat them away.
Peac0ck fires Argus Agony at him, but he vanished on her before getting kicked out of the way from him and blocked all of Dante's bullets.

Nemesis was swatted away, sending her flying far from the team.
"No!" shouted Sam.
"Aw geeze!" Pit said as he saw Peac0ck being kicked away.
The guardian of ideals began charging a Terravolt, enveloping him in a ball of blue electricity as he prepared his Cross Thunder attack, and charges at Rugal. Flames surrounded Pyrrhon and Reshiram in preparation, and fly toward Rugal in hopes to strike him all at once.
"Wait, shouldn't we go after Dharkgleem first?" asked Lucina.
"Focus on the more annoying first!" Bayonetta told her, summoning Madama's fist and having her throw said punch at Rugal.
Astor summons the 5 Champion hollows and sent them at Rugal to aid Bayonetta. Egil summons more mechon to do the same.

"Heh, your getting desperate," he said the limb disappearing and saw the giant fist as well the two guardians and said, "They are inside of me, idiots!"
Crossing his arms across his chest, he lets Dharkon and Galeem take over as they punch anything away from the man with great power.

"Wait, what?!" Pit stopped as he sees Zekrom and Reshiram being punched away, hard.
"Did you forget?" Snake asked them.
Pit kept his mouth shut, however.
"If Rugal is destroyed, then maybe we can succeed in destroying Dharkon and Galeem at the same time!" said Roy, fire blazing around his sword.
"As if he deserves to live anyway," Magnus agreed.
Xord rushes over and tries to swing his hammer at Rugal now.
