Chapter 16

Day time soon came and the book, the Andrew helped get, was already placed back on it's shelf. Nova was sleeping at the time when Alice came in to check on him and said, "Well, it looks like he stayed out of trouble this time."

Leo and Jack came in soon after and the solider asked, "Well?"

"Sleeping quietly," she said, "Nothing to note this time."

"Good," Leo said, "I don't need any more shocks."

Andrew walks in now, with a yawn and said, "Morning."

"You worked late again, I see," Alice said.

"This project on him fasinates me greatly," he said, "I never met such a mild mannered person such as this either."

"This is your first one, Andrew," Jack chuckles, "There might not be another."

"Thus my happiness."

"What have you found out so far?" the CEO asked, to get back on point.

"Well, the data shows that his mind is still improving, but is slowing down a little, to which I'm surprised slightly," he starts, "However, arm strength and leg strength are still getting stronger, even though we have done nothing after the scares."

"What is he now?"

"From yesterday, both mind, arm and leg strength were 50% stronger. Now he can use 65% of his brain and the others are 70% stronger."

"What?! Just from over night?!" Jack asked in stun.

"Seems to be this way, yes."

"Karson...what the heck did you bring me?" Leo thought, "This guy keeps getting stronger and in just hours. This is even making Jack Krauser scared out of his mind, and that's not easy to pull off. Did you just bring me a Tyrant of your own or something?" The thought was broken when he heard the clone yawn saying, "Had a good sleep?"

"Very," he said, with a sleepy look in his eyes.

"Glad you have. It seems you changed quite a bit over night."

"Did I? I didn't feel a thing."

"You...didn't?"

"Nope. Maybe I'm past that stage...I don't know," Ganondorf continues, stretching a little.

"I sure hope so, and no more scares either."

"Same here...although late last night after Andrew left...I felt someone or something was near me. Did one of you guys stay back?"

"What? I don't think so. I know Alice and Jack went home," Leo said with confusion.

"I didn't hear anyone that was staying back either," the scientest said.

Nova starts to think and said, "Nevermind then, for all I know it's voices in my head again."

This got Leo thinking before Andrew spoke, "Anyway, I think I have something to help with the phazon problem...however I want to borrow something from you Ganondorf."

"That is?"

"Your headdress."

The clone takes it off, then hears, "Now place it in the tube to your left." He places it in it and watched as it got taken by suction. Once Andrew has it in hand, he said, walking to a nearby table, "Give me a moment." Nova watches as the scientist removes the gem, water was added as part of the idea to the setting, but another chemical as well to slow the phazon's speed before putting the gem back on: making sure it was in right, before he placed it back the tube, "There we go."

It was sucked back into the tank, and to which Ganon takes and puts it back on.

"Now lets see how this works out," the scientist said and starts to drain the water in the tank. Once that was done, the chamber opens and the clone walks out, but suddenly stops and was on guard asking, "Who are you?!"

"It's only us," Jack said, now on guard himself.

"Not you guys, that person behind you," he continues pointing at the person, and they turn to see Galactic, weapons at the ready.

"Sorry for intruding, but I need to make sure he's ready," the warrior said, "I, Galatica Knight, am going to be making sure of it."

"Now do you see why I need him to learn to fight?" Andrew asked, hearing how angry Ganondorf was.

Chapter 17

The small warrior got ready for battle, while Nova wasn't at all and watches Jack take his place.

"Move human," Galactic said, "It is not you I want."

"I know that. That's why I'm not letting you have him." the solider said.

"If that's the case, I'll make you move," he said and charged in great speeds at Jack.

Jack was caught off guard to this, but Ganondorf shoves the man away and punched the creature in great speed, making it block.

"Now do you wish to fight?" the knight asked.

"I would, but not here! Leave them out of this!" he shouts.

"Did you see that?" Alice asked.

"I did and at the same time, I couldn't!" Leo said.

"Not here? OK, lets take it outside!" Galactic said and charged again with his lance. Ganondorf got ready for the attack, but was surprised as the knight smashed into him with the shield instead, sending him flying and crashing through a wall to the outdoors, before tumbling and rolling on the ground. He gets up, struggling as he did, and watches the being flew over slowly saying, "I was hoping for more."

"What do you want?" the clone asked, between coughs.

"A challenge. I sensed a great energy at this spot and here you stand. Your power is great."

"I wasn't made for your pleasure!"

"This isn't pleasure, Ganondorf..." Galactic said, shocking the clone from hearing his name, and knowing no one else knew it and got ready, "This is to test my might as well as yours."

"How did you know my name? What is going on?!" he asked in confusion.

"I'll tell you, but only if you can beat me."

"This is crazy..." the clone thought, "But if this is the only way I can get answers, I'll go with it. But I don't know how to fight for real, I only acted out to save Jack." The knight charges when he thought again, "And he has a weapon. Just my luck!" He dodges the next attack, but knew he was in a major disadvantage and that's all he could do, then remembers the fire he made appear out of his hands. He uses that to attack, but Galactic just swats it away with his shield and was about to hit the clone, when he jumps into the air to dodge again. He spooks himself when he did, as he was very high, and when he lands with both feet, he made a yelp in pain for that moment saying, "That smarts!"

"Nova's not going to last out there!" Jack said.

Aeon was watching high above and said, "I figured this would happen. Time for a little help." The man aims his weapon on the ground and a sword appears hidden in the grass.

The clone staggers a little from that jump he did, before he jumped back this time. He spots the weapon, and picks it up and quickly guards with it.

"Wait, where did that sword come from?!" Alice asked in surprise.

"Who cares?! Come on! Beat him, Ganon!" Jack said.

Galactic continues to swing the lance at the clone, and Nova continues to block and/or dodge as best he could but then he heard, "Time to end this."

In a blur, Ganondorf was disarmed and before he could react, was stabbed in the chest.

"No! Nova!" Leo shouts in horror as the weapon's tip was sticking out of the clone's back.

He slowly closes his eyes, falls sideways to the ground once the lance was removed and Galactic said, "Was that best you could do? Saying I'm disappointed is saying too much."

The knight walks away and the group looks at him in anger. Ganondorf was dead however his eyes shot back open, but now glowing red showing he was down, but not out. Galactic senses this and turns to see that the clone had disappeared.

"What?" Alice sounded and asked, "Where did he go?"

"I thought you were watching him," Leo said.

The warrior looks around, before swinging behind himself to see his weapon get caught, bare handed and Ganondorf was staring down at him, blood red eyes on him the giant wound still present.

"Gah!" Jack sounded in shock, "How is he alive?!"

"Sounds like he gave you a surprise," Andrew said, not knowing what was happening.

Galactic jumps back and said, "Impossible! This shouldn't happen! What are you?!"

Ganondorf was silent for second before saying, in a serious tone that would send fear to your heart, as his voice sounded more monstrous "Your worst nightmare."

The being charges and swings at him, but now the tables had turned and the clone kept dodging every attack thrown at him, even ones he didn't see yet, the wound healing and, at the same time, his clothing was being repaired.

"He's avoiding everything!" Galactic thought, "How did he learn that quick? I'm going to have a long talk to Aeon on this."

The clone charges, with a speed that made the knight put his shield up, but didn't count on Ganondorf jumping to get behind him then did a swift kick to the back, sending Galactic flying into a nearby tree face first, before falling on his back, dropping the weapon that he had from the shock. He tries to get up and reach for his lance, but it flies out of his hands and it's hilt was in Ganon's hands, as he was aiming his hand out at it.

"The tide has turned, stranger," Ganondorf said.

"So it has..." Galactic said with a sigh, drops his shield on the ground, and closes his eyes "Go ahead. Finish me off."

Nova looks at him in stun to this, eyes changing back to normal, before looking at the weapon in hand and started walking over. The knight waits for his fate and hears something getting stabbed, but he felt nothing. He opens his eyes again and saw it was the ground that was stabbed, not him. He looks over at the clone and watches as he just walks off, picking up the new sword while at it, before asking, "You didn't do it?"

"No. I rather not," Ganondorf said, stopping then looking over his shoulder at Galactic, "Granted you hurt me...but I just don't have the heart to do the same to you. You just wanted to test my limits."

The knight chuckles and gets to his feet again, grabbing his lance and shield again and said, "You are correct. At first I thought you had failed...but your sudden comeback made me think otherwise."

The clone makes a smirk and turns to him completely now then asked, "Now I must ask this again, 'How did you know about my name?' I never met you before."

"I have a friend that keeps me updated. That's all I can say."

"A friend? Your 'friend' had better not do this to me again."

"Don't worry, this is a one time deal. However, this is a test to what's to come in the future. You won't be dealing with me again."

"Oh? Do you know what is coming?"

"I'm afraid not...but just the same, be on your guard."

Galactic makes his wings appear once more and just before he took off, he said, "Farwell."

Ganondorf watches as he vanishes, leaving a single feather behind. The clone lets it fall in his hand and looks at it thinking.

"Nova!" Alice shouts running over with the others.

"Hey guys," he simply said.

"I can't believe what I just witnessed! Are you alright?" Leo asked.

"Honestly...I'm not sure. I need time to myself if you don't mind."

"Of course, do you mind Andrew?"

"Not at all," he said.

They went through the new 'doorway' to get back inside and Ganondorf said, "I'll handle the damage." He simply aims his hand at the wall and it repairs itself before he continues with Andrew.

"Again...What did I just make?" Leo asked.

"I don't know, and I don't care. This shows he's no monster," Jack said, "I hope he continues to get stronger."

Chapter 18

A month passes, and Andrew was researching more on the clone's phazon and it's levels as well as the sword that appeared in the battle, while Ganondorf was in the study looking at history books as Jack was looking at a few files.

Leo walks in and said, "Nova, could you come with me for a moment?"

"Sure, give me a second," he said, and places a bookmark on the page he was on, before getting out of the chair and walks over, "What's up?"

"It's been a long time, but I think it's time you got in contact with the young lady," Leo said.

"If I may ask, why the long wait?"

The CEO sighs and said, "It's mostly the trust. She wasn't there when that fight happened."

"Say no more. Bad timing on my part," Ganondorf groans.

"This is why I ask you to come with me. I got an idea to make her trust you. She's in another room that has a glass wall. She can see you and you can see her, but the wall might give her a little more closure."

"Did you tell her?"

"That I did, that's why it took so long. Determined young lady I got to give her that."

Ganondorf chuckles to this and said, "This will be interesting."

"Agreed, but don't do anything to scare her."

"I...can't promise that," he said with honestly, head down, "All she has to do is just look at me to do the reaction."

"Thus the room. I'll make sure she doesn't do anything rash as well."

"Thank you," he said, a little relived.

"Now follow me."

Leo walks off, the clone following while he was thinking to himself. They came into the very area, and the girl was sitting on the floor, head down and shaking.

"This might be a tough case," Ganondorf whispered.

"I know it will, but if this is the only way to get you two together, I'll take the risk," the CEO said.

Nova nods to this and walks into the room, Leo closing the door behind him before sitting down on the floor himself. He doesn't look at her at all, but was thinking to himself. He makes a sigh then glances over to the other room then looks away again before hearing from her, "Why did I agree to this?"

He now knows she's a stubborn type, but said calmly, "So you stop fearing me. I haven't done anything."

"Yet," she said, sticking to her thoughts of him.

"Never. I won't even try."

"That's a laugh. I've seen you in the game."

"This isn't the game, miss."

"No, it's real life, and you shouldn't be here."

"You're right, I shouldn't. I'm here now...though confused as to why I am."

"So you know you shouldn't and yet here you are. My father is mad to make you exist...Why couldn't it be Mario, or Link?"

Confused by the names he asked, "Who are they?"

"Don't act dumb, you know who they are," she rudly said, now looking at the clone.

"I'm sorry, but I don't."

She turn her head away at that point, still not believing him.

He starts to think then asked, "What's your name at least?"

"I rather not say my name...if I did they would come after me."

"They?"

"The ones that cause this nightmare to happen."

"I was told about this. The loss of a loved one would make things seem like its the end of the world...but I'm sure he'll be happy that you're safe." The girl notices how calm he was and starts to look his way. Something about this felt familiar as he continued, "At least you have a dad...I'm not about myself."

"You were created."

"So? Someone had to be part of it."

She thinks and said, "I suppose Leo would be your dad."

"I didn't think about that."

She started to relax and asked, "Why are you here?"

"I wish I knew," he responds, looking at his hands, "I know I keep getting stronger..."

"Do you have it?"

"Have what?"

"The Triforce of Power?"

He looks at her in confusion.

"You...really don't know do you?" she asked in stun, now believing him, "Look at the back of your right hand." He does but then hears, with a little laughter "Remove the gauntlet first, silly." When he does, he spots a dark birth mark in the shape of three triangles.

"What the?" he sounds.

"I'm guessing that's all you have, the birthmark."

"What is a Triforce?"

She was about to answer when sirens go off around the building, making the girl cover her ears.

"What's going on?!" Ganondorf shouts, now standing and started to hear gun shots and was about to rush out when it quiets down once again. Leo was heard on the microphone, "Everything is ok. The attacker left the scene."

"They are back," the girl said.

"Sorry?" Ganondorf asked.

"The people that killed my dad...I think their boss did to finishing blow," she said, upset again.

"Did you catch a name?"

"I couldn't...I had to get out, or they would have killed me too."

The clone was starting to get mad at this. Hurting a child made his blood boil.

"There isn't many people here to help me stop them either..." she said.

"Maybe...but I think I can help with that problem. I have an idea. I heard you can change in anyone."

"From games I know and play yes. What are you saying?"

"You mentioned his Mario and Link. I think they will be part of the next step."

"But will Leo go for this?"

"I have a funny feeling he will."

Leo starts to laugh about the idea that Ganondorf asked making him annoyed, thinking he wasn't being serious, and said,"I'm serious! This might help you avoid future attacks!"

"No, no, no it's not that," he said, "It's just ironic. The young lady's father actually brought this up in the note. I'll be honest, I wasn't sure if she was ready yet."

"Wait what?" Nova looks at him in stun, while the girl laughs about this.

"I have to apologise I didn't tell you. I wanted you to get along with her first before I brought it up. It seems our last attack made you think before I got a chance to speak."

"I see."

"If you wish to start now, I'm not stopping you."

"That we will," Ganondorf and the girl said at the same time.

Another month passes and the girl was resting to all the work she had done and was playing a game at the time to relax. Ganondorf walks in the room and watches her play for a bit, before asking, "You rather not say your name right?"

"You'd be correct," she said, "Why, you want to know?"

"Oh no, I respect your choice...but I was thinking. Is there something else I can call you in the mean time?"

"You have an idea?" she asked, pausing the game to look at him, "Not being rude or anything...but I never have ideas."

He thinks and asked, "You change into many people and things right?"

"Yes, I had to do that for you...and for the others. You got something?"

"It's kind of lame, but can I call you Ganondorf2? Or G2 for short?"

She smiles at that and said, "I like both, either one will do."

"It was that or Gamer Girl," the clone teases.

This made her laugh as he roughs her hair up, by rubbing his hand on her head.

"You remind me of Dad so much. He's a joker too."

He smiles to that, knowing he's got her trust now. Sirens were heard again, making her cover her ears once more and got Nova alerted as two men bust in, weapons at the ready.

Chapter 19

"There you are! It's about time we found you kid!" One shooter said, "Now's it's your turn to suffer!"

"Who's your friend?" the second said, "Is he's supposed to be your bodyguard? He's scary, I'll give you that, but nothing more."

"Back off!" she shouts at them.

The first shooter takes aim at her, "You should have backed off too, and given the vial to us. Running off with it, is your death sentence."

The safty was turned off, and Ganondorf punches the second foe before diving and covering G2 with his body, shielding her. Both men start to fire at Nova at that point, hitting him in the back and causing him to cry out each time. They both stop and one said, laughing, "Stupid move, big man. You should have gotten out of the way."

They were both laughing now, but stopped when they hear bullets falling the ground. Ganondorf slowly gets up, before asking the girl, "Are you OK?" She nods to this before he adds, "Duck down, and don't look." She does just that, before hearing, "You dare to hurt a young girl?!"

They fire at him, but this time he had his hand out, closed now. It opens again to drop bullets onto the ground then he turns and eyes closed.

"What just happened?!" the second shooter and shock.

"Wasn't this supposed to be a cake walk?" the other said.

"Your leader must have wanted to be rid of you..." Ganon said, before opening his eyes again, now black, "Because that's what going to happen to both of you!!"

He roars at them, and they take off, not before one tried to stab him, by throwing an army knife at the clone. The clone catches and threw it back, almost hitting one of them and it got stuck in the doorway and they continued to run off, the clone giving chase. Ganon hears more shots and keeps an eye open for anything. He dodges a shot coming at him from the doorway before running in. The shooter ran away fast from him, making the clone stop for a moment when he heard shouts.

"No! Get away from me!" another attacker shouts and Ganondorf looks over from a high ledge to this, showing he was on the second floor.

"You shouldn't have fired at us then, stupid! Ready to get burned?" a voice was heard as well as heavy steps before a turtle like creature was seen walking over.



"Bowser!" Ganondorf called him, making it turn to his voice, "If you don't mind, don't hurt him too much. It's best to take him to the police. Wouldn't you agree?"

It thinks and said, "Sure, man."

"Thanks," the clone said, then runs off once more leaving Bowser to handle the foe.

Nova looks around and saw another shooter ready to fire at him, only to get shot in the shoulder by an arrow, making him cry out then knocked out when he was jump kicked a moment later by someone.

"Don't worry about us!" a small man said on the ground

"We got this!" another person said, bow in hand.

"I'm glad, but did you see two men run by here?" Ganondorf asked.

"You're on the right path. Just keep going," the bowmen said.

"Thanks, Link. Oh, and by the way nice kick, Mario," he said, before running off once more.

"Thank you very much!" he said with a smile.

He continued to run, and almost got shot again, and slipped into wall and was hiding from the gunman.

"Keep going, I'll distract him!" the first shooter said to his buddy, and running steps were heard a moment later.

"Great...I can't let him get away..." Ganondorf thought and noticed a light switch near him and said, "Lights out, 'pal'." He turns it off, making the person get blind from the sudden darkness, and the clone runs an hits him once to knock him out, before thinking again, "I hope I'm not too late." He runs off at that point.

The second shooter runs towards the wooded area and heard a slam behind him a moment later. He looks back and spots Ganondorf just getting up, as he had jumped out of the window and onto the ground hard, feet first.

"You've got to be kidding me!!" the man shouts in shock and horror, running faster as a result. He looks back forward again, only to see the clone in front of him and had grabbed his jacket, "The heck?! He's fast!" He managed to free himself, slipping out of it, and ran off again. Ganondorf growls to that then felt pain in his hands at that moment then looks at the shooter. He makes a smirk, before aiming his hand at him, whom was not looking back.

"Hook, line, sinker," was all Ganon said as a snake like creature comes out of his hand and is fired at the man. It reached and bit down and the man's leg, making him cry out and trips as he was pulled back hard and fast, back in the clone's grip, before the creature went back in his hand.

"W-What are you?" the man asked.

"All I can say is, you're far too late," Nova said, "The vial you speak has been used up."

"No way...we figured it would take much longer for the being to be ready."

"Guess what? You're talking to him. Now if I were you, I'd go in an early retirement plan, because you won't last with me!"

"P-Please! Spare me!"

"Don't worry. I won't kill you, but pray that your boss won't."

"Oh no...You're right! He would!"

This got the clone stunned asking, "Are you serious?"

"I am! You have got to help me! I wasn't paid enough as it is, and he'll kill me if I don't get anything!"

He thinks at that moment and said, walking off, "Come with me."

"W-What?" the man wondered then followed.

"Are you serious? How do you know he won't try anything?" Leo asked, arms folded.

"I can sense he isn't. Fear in his tone cements this," Ganondorf said, he then turns to the attacker and asked, "What would you rather do anyway?"

He sighs and said, "Honestly, I just wanted to be a science teacher...my boss took me in for a job...but it is clearly not what I wanted."

"What's his name?" Jack asked.

He looks around quickly and said, "You want me killed?!"

"The fear that was placed on him is pretty strong," Alice said

Ganondorf thinks and said, while placing his hand on the stranger's head, "Give him time. He just needs to calm down. Wouldn't you agree?"

"I suppose so," Leo said, then walks off with the man, "Lets talk more Mr..."

The clone waits it out until the CEO was out of sight then thinks saying, "It's him again."

"What?" Jack asked then gets a clue, "Did you read his mind?!"

"That got my attention," Alice said, "Who is it?"

"Maxwell. He's the main worry. Keep your eyes and ears open as he might target this place again," the clone said, with a serious tone, both eyes glowing red for a second.

Chapter 20

"What?! What do you mean you got nothing?!" Maxwell shouts.

"They were ready sir. I heard a lot of shouts then the police came and took them away," one soilder said.

"Who talked?"

"I believe it was the girl," another said.

"Oh course...she would talk. Is she alive or dead?"

"Sadly still alive. There was a report of some dark skined man that was with her and protected her."

This made made the dragon pause and asked, "Dark skinned man?"

"Yes sir."

This made him think and said, "I didn't get any reports on that in the building...What's taking them so long?"

"We have no idea, sir," the first solider said, "Maybe they are waiting for a better time to strike?"

"That better be the case, or they are going to feel my anger."

Ganondorf walked around the hallways for a while, thinking to himself as he was finished reading old history and thought, "I wonder if there's anything else I can do..."

He glanced into another room and stopped out of interest. The very room was filled with instruments of many kinds, and he was eyeing one of them, the electric guitar. He walks in and looks around before grabbing it, getting a feel for it, thinking, "Why do I feel like I've used something like this before?" He plays a few notes and some were badly out of tune and starts change them until he was satisfied, before he started to play a little. He stops to think then remembers the music from the games G2 was playing and tries to do them, not knowing everyone in the building could hear it.

The other clones look around in confusion, one saying, "What's that?"

The girl looks around too, and said to herself, "Ocarina of Time? It's the same theme...but different."

Leo, Jack, Alice, and Andrew were surprised themselves and the solider asked, "Who's playing that?"

"It's beautiful to say that much," Andrew said.

"I agree, but it's also making me nervous. Did someone sneak in?" Alice asked.

"I'll check," Leo said, looking on all the camera's then stops at one point, "Hmm?"

"What's up?"

"It's Nova. He's in the music room."

"Is he the one playing that song?" Andrew asked, "It's nice."

"He gave us another surprise," Jack said looking at the same computer, "Looks like he just picked it up too."

Leo looks at it closely then said, before he walks off, "Stay here."

"Is Ganon in trouble?" Jack asked, "It's not a big deal."

"I don't think so," Alice said, "At least, not from the look of his eyes."

"I'm glad you can see behind those sunglasses..." the solider adds, with a blank look in his face.

She laughs to that.

Ganondorf struggles a little with the guitar, stops and said aloud, "This hurts. It's too small."

"You did well either way," Leo's voice was heard, startling the clone and almost drops the instrument, making him chuckle a little, "Sorry about that."

"Don't do that!" Nova shouts, then sighs a little worried now and said, "No, I should say sorry. I was so curious."

"It's fine, but don't you realise that we all could hear the music you played? It was wired to the speakers."

That made the clone embarrassed, head down, and asked, "Anything else I should know...?"

The CEO laughs and said, "You're not in trouble...but I noticed something. How's your hands?"

"A little sore."

"I figured as much, you're holding the neck wrong as well as it's the wrong size for you."

"Neck?"

"Here I'll show you."

"Are you seeing this?" Jack asked, watching the camera.

"That I am," Alice said, "I forgot that he played the guitar years ago. This will feel like home for him."

"This is getting better and better. I wonder what other surprises we'll get to see."

Chapter 21

Back in Leo's office, the CEO was looking through a file on Ganondorf's progress and said to himself, "I'm relieved that he's not going to act like his counterpart and he's been helping around quite a bit or rather too much. He needs a break, but everytime I say tell him he says he's fine." He sighs to this, "At least Andrew is keeping an eye on him as well as Jack."

The very scientist walks in and said, "Here's an update on Nova. This might clear things on why he doesn't tire...or rather he can't."

"Pardon?" he says then looks at the paper that was handed to him, "His energy keeps increasing?"

"That it does, but as I looked, you spoke to me that he healed himself from a fatel wound correct?"

"Don't tell me nothing can kill him."

"Actually, no, he has two major weaknesses that can. One is having too much of the Phazon in his system and the other is just like his counterpart."

"Light based attacks then..."

"Yes, but it has to be 100% pure and the person must not have any bad thoughts or actions against him. If they have those types of thoughts, it will only wound him, but not kill him."

"Interesting, but what does that have to do with the energy in him?"

"Ah yes, one of the reasons is one of the viruses that's in him, another is the phazon and there's a third. It's one of the DNA's in him."

"Are you saying the Ganondorf in the game had a lot of energy?"

"Um...No. This DNA shouldn't be in him at all actually."

"What are you saying?"

"There's DNA on a person...whom isn't human at all. From what it says, it's called a Sayian, Legendary Super to be clear."

This confused Leo and Andrew said, "I can tell from you being silent you have no idea what that is. I'll be honest, I don't have any idea either. It just said that it is a warrior race."

"Clear enough for me."

Jack walks in and asked, "Leo, something's wrong with Nova."

"What is it?"

"He started to complain a little on his vision."

"From him reading so much I wouldn't be surprised."

"Not like this. He's having a hard time seeing...well anything. I took him back to his tank so he doesn't hurt himself."

"I better go and check this out," Andrew said, now concerned.

"I'll join you," The CEO said as the scientist walks off "Sounds to me he's changing again...but why do I feel this is different," the CEO thought before hearing shouts from the clone and ran toward it and once in the room, could see Ganondorf was covering his eyes in pain, making him ask, "What's going on?"

"I have no idea!" Jack said, "He just got this way and...what the? Is that blood coming out?!

The clone continued to scream in pain from his eyes and Leo shouts "Get him a bandage! Stop the bleeding!"

"His blood is highly curosive!" Sophia ran in, "A normal one won't work!"

"You have the ones used on me right?" Andrew asked, "They will work."

"Get them! Quickly!" the CEO shouts at nearby workers and they ran off to get them and this time G2 was worried about this and said, "Don't worry, help's coming!"

They get the bandages and the scientist said, "Get me some gloves. Ones that can handle the toxin." Once they were handed to him, he opens the tank and said, "It's ok, I'm here, but could you remove your hands. It's the only way I can cover them for the time being." He slowly removes them, shaking as they did, as Andrew wraps the cloth around his eyes saying, "There we go."

"T-thank you," Ganondorf said, shaking from the blood loss and felt around before placing his hand on Andrew's shoulder.

"I'll have to teach you early on how to handle without sight for a bit," the scientist said, chucking a little, "I have a funny feeling you'll be fine in time."

"I hope so...this is scaring me."

"I've been in your shoes as well. You just have to learn to not let it stop you."

"That's how you handled this?"

"That's right. For all I know this will be help you with getting better sight too. You keep doing great so far and you will get better in time."

A smile shows now on the clone's face saying, "I needed that."

"Nova's calmed down," Jack said, "This is getting nuts. Whatever it is, it's going to be a hinder to the project."

"Maybe not," Alice said, "I think it's part of his change."

"This better be short," Leo said, "He's suffered enough as it is."

Chapter 22

Days pass and nothing had improved on the clone's vision, and they stayed bandaged for the time being, scared they would go crazy again. Other clones have been visiting him for long periods so he didn't feel alone, hoping he would get better. He was sitting in his tank for the time being, quietly, mostly because he didn't know what to talk about or ask what's happening to him. Even more so, he doesn't want to know. Every time he wondered this, it seems he suffered from even mentioning the question. Andrew continued to work under the same stress, wanting to help Nova as much as he could and looked up something in the mean time.

"I don't understand," he finally said, "Why is your eyes taking so long to recover?"

"I wish I could answer that question..." Ganondorf said, saddened to this, turning his head to the good scientist.

"There's got to be a trigger somewhere. Got to be."

The clone looks away for a moment, and rubs his bandage a little with his hand from an itch and when he stopped, he got a flash of something in front of his face, making him lower his hand quickly. Everything around him looked purple and black all of the sudden, even though he was wearing bandages. He looks around and he saw Andrew in brighter colours of white in the center of his body to light yellows, oranges and reds going outward. He thought, "I read something on this...thermal vision right? But why?" He quickly looked away when someone walked in, and asked, "How is he?"

"About the same, sadly," Andrew said.

"That stinks. I was hoping he would get better."

Once Ganon heard the stranger's voice, it sounded familiar to him off the bat. It was the one that made the treadmill go crazy. He said nothing however, as he had to no proof to back him up to say he did the action.

"Let me know if there's changes, ok?" the man said before walking off.

"That I will," Andrew said as he disappeared, before hearing a tap on the tank glass, "Yes, Nova?"

"Who was that guy that left?"

"A worker here. Volunteer to be clear."

"Don't trust him."

"Why's that, if I may ask?"

"I heard his voice before, calling someone while the treadmill test was being done. He was laughing when it went haywire."

"Really?" Andrew said, with a surprised tone in his voice.

"Please let Leo know about this."

"That I will," he said, and finished his work, he then walks out. Just as he did, he was grabbed by the very man and pulled aside in the hallway, before the scientist felt the cold metal of a gun barrel on his head.

"You will not tell him a thing, you blind idiot," he said, "If you want to live, you better keep your mouth shut!"

Ganondorf saw the whole thing and the weapon before thinking, "I wonder if I can do this..." He started to focus on the gun.

"Please, don't shoot!" Andrew pleaded.

"Then forget this whole thing-What the? Yeow!" the man sounded quickly, dropping the weapon, glowing orange, "How did it get so hot?!" It was just enough for the scientist to fight back for a moment, as he punched the man away from him and ran off to warn the CEO. The man gets to his feet and was about to run after him, when he was tripped and fell to the ground before his back was pinned by a boot and he heard in a bone chilling tone, "You want to die that badly huh?"

"Who's there?" the man asked, as the weight was lifted. He looked at the person to see Ganondorf standing over him. The gunman grabbed his gun once more and was about to fire, when it was kicked away and the clone's foot was on his chest.

"You don't want to see me angry, boy," he said, "Either change your ways, or things will get even worse for you. This is your last warning."

"You don't scare me."

"Let's test that shall we?" he said with a wicked smile.

"Are you serious?! We have a traitor?!" Leo asked in shock.

"Yes sir," Andrew said between breaths, still in panic.

"I knew something was up," Jack said, getting ready.

"Nova was suspicious of him too. He told me he heard his voice before."

"His voice? When was this?"

"The agility test. He over heard him talking to someone on a phone."

"So it's true then," Alice said.

"I'm getting tired of this. We got to stop this here and now!" Leo shouts in anger, and as if on cue they hear a scream of horror.

"What was that?!" Jack asked in alert.

"Whatever it is, we better put a stop to it," the CEO said and ran toward the sound, a gun of his own at the ready, Alice and Jack not far behind him.

The gunman was seen on the ground shaking, the clone was no where in sight, when the trio showed up.

"Is that him?" Leo asked Andrew once he finally showed up.

"Got to be, the gun is near him...but why is he down on the ground, shaking no less?" Jack asked

"Shaking?" the scientist asked.

"Make it stop...m-make it stop," the shooter said, in fear.

"What happened here?" Alice asked him, but the man was too shook up.

"Take him away for questioning," Leo ordered to men nearby and they do so.

"I don't understand," Andrew said, "Did he have a sudden mental break down?"

"I'm not sure myself," Alice said, "He looked like he saw a ghost or something."

The scientist pieced together pretty quick to that, but said, "There's no ghosts around here. Do you think it was a drug side effect?"

"We don't know yet, but we'll let you know if anything comes up," she continued before walking off.

Andrew walked back to the lab and looked up at Ganondorf, in his tank and asked, "You did this didn't you?"

He sports a smirk and asking back, "What do you think?"

The man laughs and said, "Thank you again."

"No, thank you," the clone said with a smile.

Chapter 23

"OK, time to take those bandages off," Andrew said.

Days have passed once more and the scientist felt Ganondorf was ready. Taking the bandage off slowly so's not to surprise the clone from the sudden change of light. Once off, Ganon looks around with his gold eyes, and saw everything as it was before the sudden change making him sigh with relief.

"This took more time then needed," Leo said, "I'm not sure who has it harder: me or him."

"I take the 'got hit harder' on that one..." the clone said, putting his hand up.

"So now what?" Alice said.

"Keep close tabs on him. If he changes again at least keep him in the tank for now."

"Sir," Sophia said walking in, "Another change might come soon."

"Already?" Jack asked.

"I've noticed a trend with him. The virus's seem to attack certain parts of the senses to improve them."

"So what's the next one?" Alice asked.

"I believe it's hearing."

"OK, that one's easy to deal with," Jack said.

"Agreed," Andrew said nearby, "I was trained on sign language."

"Uh...that's not the only one he'll lose..."

"What?" the CEO sounded.

"Touch will go as well."

"Why that?" G2 asked, now worried again.

"I wish I knew...except a few things in his blood that I can't identify. A strange crystal was seen in it."

"Phazon?" Leo asked.

"Oddly enough no."

Everyone looks back at Nova and noticed he was slapping the slide of his head saying, "My hearing is gone, at least it doesn't hurt."

"Too soon..." the Ceo said, "There's got to be a way to slow the changes down some."

"All I have is time and oddly enough if you gave him fruit it will calm down the changes. I wish I knew why." she adds.

"I think it's the water that's in it," Andrew said, "Something tells me apples are best for him."

"Be sure to help with feeding him then, if he's going to lose touch..." Leo said then notice something in Ganondorf's hand, "Did you plan early?"

When Jack and Alice looked, the clone had an apple and was eating it making the solider say, "Uh, I didn't do that."

"Neither did I!" Alice said in shock.

"Don't look at me," G2 said, "I don't know how to get in the tank. It might be his magic."

Andrew laughs and asked, "Have you forgotten about that Leo?"

"I didn't get a chance to look up on that," he said, "I'm glad about that however, at least he can take care of himself."

"Ah much better," Ganondorf then thought, finishing the apple, "I can hear again at least. My ear just needed to be popped."

"How did you do that?" Leo asked to make sure it was the truth on the magic part of the story.

He turns his head then realises what he did and honestly said, "I don't know. I just snapped my fingers while thinking about something."

"Sounds like muscle memory of sorts," Andrew said, "Do you remember anything of your past in the games?"

"Don't ask him that!" G2 said in panic, thinking he would turn at that moment.

Nova thinks and said, "A little bit. I don't like what he did in the past, so I rather use it for good. I guess the sudden food in hand might be the good side. I have the bad thing too, but I won't use it."

"Bad thing?" Jack asked.

"This darkness," he continued, making it appear for a moment then made it vanish again.

"I see," Leo said, "Can I ask something? Do remember anything on his fights?"

The clone thinks again and said, "He fought with a sword a couple of times...but the opponent is the same. He was cloned here, but I don't think he's bad."

"Good, I don't want you to fight fellow clones just because of past reasons."

"What's the point anyway?" Alice said.

"Agreed," Jack said

Link was nearby and sighs with relief to this thinking, "I'm glad we are thinking the same, Ganon. I hope you never change."

"So...he got caught..." Maxwell asked a solider with him, in anger.

"Reports spoke that something scared him...badly as a matter of fact."

"Scared him?" he repeats, "What do they have in there?"

"Same story, a tall dark man. However there's more to the description, he also has bright red hair, a good muscle tone and armored."

This made the dragon think from this and said, "I think I know him...but he shouldn't be real."

"What do you mean, sir?"

"He's from a video game!" he pieced it together, "If I'm correct, I know his weakness..."

Chapter 24

Ganondorf starts laughing to something and Andrew said, "Please sit still."

"Sorry, I'm a little ticklish," he said as pads were placed on his body, as some of his clothes were removed.

"Done. Now to read your vitals. Granted you still have no heart rate to read, but you still have electrical signals that makes your body move. I need a test first so could you raise your right arm?" He does so and the scientist said, "Good. It's as it should."

"What are you trying to read exactly?"

"Mostly on your viruses and phazon. Your body is mostly that and I want to know more on this."

"But I showed a lot of things already."

"Granted, but it's confusing me that it's not causing people around you to be sick. I'm glad, but I want to know why."

"This phazon stuff has you really on edge. Panic came to me when my legs turned blue, but I haven't a clue what it is."

"It's a living toxin and is also radioactive." This made the clone worry, then calms, when Andrew said, "Relax, it's not always the cause. In living things, it's greatly reduced to nothing."

"Don't do that..."

"The viruses in you intriuge me the most as well. I've been studying you for these past few months and no changes to your appearance have been seen. Your brush with death, didn't do anything either. Normaly Viruses like the G virus would change a person right away, but with you it didn't happen."

This got Nova thinking then said, "You make it sound like they are stopping each other."

"That's what I've been thinking too," he said then noticed Ganon wasn't breathing much, just by listening, and asked, "Are you ok?"

"I'm fine, why do you ask?"

"Your breathing rate is very minimal for some reason."

"I don't think about it," he said, "I didn't think it was a problem."

"I see. It's just unusual for someone like yourself to not breathe much air and you're a big man to boot. You give me more surprises everytime."

"I didn't think it was that big of deal..." Ganondorf thought, then something came to mind and asked, "Why does people want to harm others?"

"I wish I knew the answer to that. That fight between good and evil has been going on for years. I fear the good side needs a hand...a big one."

Nova thinks about what Galactic said...

"A friend? Your 'friend' had better not do this to me again."

"Don't worry, this is a one time deal. However, this is a test to what's to come in the future. You won't be dealing with me again."

"Someone made me to stop the fighting...didn't they?" he asked.

"I sure hope so. This has been going on long enough. I'm tired of reading the news on either shootings or wars. Maybe this 'future threat' I keep hearing about."

He thinks again before saying, "I'll have to worry on one thing at a time then...Maxwell being one."

Andrew stops what he's doing and said, "About him...He is very dangerous. From cases told, he's not human at all." This opens the clone's eyes and looks at the scientist in shock, and he adds, "I'm not joking."

"What is he then?"

"A dragon by reports...a rather large one."

"Now I see why they are not scared of me at first..." he thought, "At least I made them think twice."

"Leo!" a voice was heard, Maxwell's, outside, "Your day has come! Come out!"

The CEO walks past the duo, but the clone follows him anyway, taking off the pads and placed his armor back on.

"I don't want you to go out there," Leo said, knowing he's there.

"Sorry, but I won't obey that order," Nova said, "I know that voice..."

"I see. So want to protect me as well," he said, then makes a smirk, "Thank you. If what Karson said is true...be ready."

"Understood."

Once outside, many soldiers were seen, aiming at the boss and Ganondorf clone. G2 watched out of the window worried, but was ready for anything.

"Well, well, well, I was hoping you'd be alone," Maxwell said

"What is it now, Max? I told you, you are not going to take over Umbrella. I know what you are going to do," Leo said.

"And yet, I over heard you are doing the same thing that happened years ago," he taunts.

"And I heard you killed a young girl's father!" he said back, making the dragon laugh, "Don't deny it either!"

"So it's true...you have her. I have a suggestion for that. Hand her over to me, and you won't suffer the same fate as him," he said as soldiers got ready.

"I will never give you what you want. You would be nothing behind those men."

"Stupid boy," he said, "Very well, I was ready for this."

The soldiers got ready to fire when Ganondorf shouts, "Get behind me, Leo!"

"I was ready for this as well...which you'll see first hand!" Maxwell said, as light was seen in the guns.

Chapter 25

Seeing this light, made Ganondorf nervous, unsure what's going to happen. G2 bolts off and ran to the Bowser, Link and Mario clone's and said, "Ganondorf might need your help right now! It's bad out there and there's people out there to hurt both him and Leo!"

"Did I hear right?" a woman said walking over.

"It's true, Zelda."

"If that's the case, I'll distract them. My shell will be a shield," Bowser said.

"I'll head above and try to get them to back off," Link said and ran up the stairs.

"G2," Andrew's voice was heard near the young girl, "I know you want to protect both of them, but with what you have right now isn't enough. However, I've been working on a new project in secret for you."

"What are you talking about?" she asked.

He turns to the other clones and said, "Do what you can to help Leo and Nova." They nod and let other clones know what's going on, before the scientist turns to G2 again and said, "Come with me."

"Fire!" Maxwell shout aiming his arm out at the two men and they did as told. The gerudo clone braces himself for the hits, shutting his eyes. Dust was kicked up a moment later, making the attackers stop to see what happened. Once it was quiet on Ganondorf's side, he slowly opened his eyes and spots Bowser, back the enemy and said in surprise, "You know you shouldn't have come, but I'm glad you did just the same."

"G2 told us what happened," he said, "Heads up by the way."

That gave the clue to Ganondorf and he said to Leo, "We better go! Now!"

He nods to this and he runs back inside, the clone about to follow when he got shot in the back and fell to the ground.

"Ganon!" Bowser shouts.

A gunner was about to finish it when he was shot in the shoulder by an arrow and drops his weapon. Ganondorf looks up for a moment and saw Link, lowering his bow arm from the third floor.

"Up there!" Maxwell shouts and points up at Link's area and they fire the area. The archer runs back in quickly as this, dodging the shots. Some gunners suddenly disappear on Maxwell too into pools of darkness, making them cry out alerting the dragon to this too saying "You got to be kidding me...What now?!"

"That was Gengar, for sure," Nova thought, slowly getting to his feet, though in pain.

"Shoot at that clone!" Maxwell shouts making Ganondorf get ready for anything, as more aim at him again, only to stop and ask, "Which one?"

The clone was confused to that and spots another clone that looks like him walking beside him.

"They made two? The weakness is the same, fire!" the dragon orders and when they do, a weapon appears in his hands that is something that video game villain never used and shield himself with it, sparks appear on each hit.

"Wait...Soul Edge? They have doomed themselves with that thing. Retreat for now! That's an order!"

They lower their weapons and they ran off, Maxwell walking off into the woods.

Once gone, Ganondorf walks back into the building, and the second version of him follows behind. Once inside, doctors run in to help the clone's wounds.

"Maxwell is too smart. He knew about this project," Leo said, "That's making me worried even more that he knows what the clone is like."

"Good call on making another clone of me," Ganondorf said.

"Actually..." G2's voice was heard as the second Ganondorf changes back to the girl. This shocks him and she said, with a sly tone, "Now we are even."

This made the clone laugh and hard to that.

Chapter 26

Ganondorf sat on the medical table once more as the bullet was removed, making him flinch a little and Sophia said, "Very creative of him to make these. It's not normal to have bullets that give off light. Thankfully, because of the fact the person doesn't have the right state of mind firing the shots, helped you greatly."

"Makes me wonder sometimes. That sudden pain doesn't help," he honestly said.

"You need better armor for that I think," Alice said.

He then reacts to something in his right arm and grabs it, "Ow!"

"Are you ok?" Andrew asked to that.

"Not really...My arm feels like jello."

"I better get you back in your tank then if it's another change."

"I better hurry...now it feels like it's going to rip apart!" he said and runs out toward the lab.

"Wait!" the scientist shouts as he did, "This is bad."

Once there, he remembers the tank's code and opens it, before running in and closing it. Just in time too as what he felt, happened. His arm tares apart and became a blade, and to this shock and sudden loss of blood, he feints in the tank.

"Nova!" Andrew shouts, hearing the slam on the ground when that happened.

Leo heard what happened and ran over, Jack and Alice following, "What in the name happened now?"

"Nova started to complain about his arm and he ran off to lab," Andrew said.

"Good thinking, at least he knew what to do."

"This brings back memories..." Jack said, about the arm, "How he has the same ability as I do now..."

"If that's the case that tells me he has more then we think...How many does he have?"

"Well I guess to you got a new sword...kind of," the hylian hero clone said, trying to cheer up Ganondorf when he heard the news. Bowser and Mario were nearby as well as G2 and Zelda with another female clone.

"Thanks, I think," he said, looking at it for a moment.

"You seem to be the only one with these changes," Bowser said, "Do you know why that is?"

"I wish I could answer that...let alone change it back."

"It's so quick," G2 said, thinking.

"I think I know how," The woman said walking over, "You know dark magic right? I know it's not that but, you know I mean."

"I don't want to use it, but yeah..." Ganon said

"Try to make it appear on the arm. Maybe it will change back."

"That's an idea," he said, getting up and started to focus a little on the darkness to the arm. Once it appeared, the arm was completely covered when Leo walked in to check on Nova.

"What's going on?" he asked.

"Peach thought of an idea for Ganondorf's arm. I just hope it works," G2 said.

The darkness vanishes and the arm had changed back to normal, but something else was on the arm now, orange crystal like pieces, making him say, "Uh, that wasn't here before."

"Another problem...it must have part of your changes," Jack said, looking at the arm.

"I don't think so," Alice said, looking on the computer, "As a matter of fact...we better find a cure and fast. It looks like it's slowly killing him."

Andrew tries to find reasons behind the crystal quickly and said, "I can't find anything! This is very worry some."

G2 stayed beside his tank now. At least he has more company now, but he was worried that this was bad. That's when Sophia ran in and said, "Andrew sir. I found something!"

"I hope it's good," he said, turning to her voice.

"It's strange too. It's from an outside source."

"Outside?" Ganondorf asked, "There's someone else that knows about this?"

"It's unknown...but the cure is simple to make and to use."

"Give me the papers on it!" Andrew said, in panic, "I'm not sure how much time he has."

"Way ahead of you sir," she said and held out a bottle with something inside, opens the tank and hands it over to the clone when he walked over, "Drink this, Ganondorf. It will help."

He opens it up, and was disgusted by the smell but it didn't stop him and drinks the liquid. He stops for a moment, saying looking at the bottle, before finishing it, "OK, the smell is bad but it's can fool you on taste."

"It better work," Jack said. Ganondorf places the bottle on the desk and watches as the crystal fall off his arm, onto the ground making G2 say, "That was quick!"

He backs away from it now as Jack picks up the piece of the crystal, Alice saying, "I wonder what this is?"

"Well at least it's not on him," Jack said then noticed Nova was rubbing the bare arm now, "OK, that's normal at least."

"It felt like it was sapping my strength to kill me," he said, stopping and turning to Sophia with a kind smile, "It's gone now thanks to you."

"I do my best," she said, shyly.

"Sir, phone call for you," a worker walks over to Leo.

"This way," he said walking off with the worker. Once out of sight he asked, "Hello? Who's this?"

"Hello Leo. I hope you had a great time," Maxwell's voice was heard on the other end.

"Why you...Don't make me send-"

"I was wondering about that man that shielded you. Ganondorf was it? I wouldn't be surprised he's dead by now."

"Time to surprise you," he now says, "He's still here. Alive and well."

"What?! His weakness should have killed him in one hit!"

"You'll have to do better then that, 'friend'. Good bye," he said, hanging up on him.

Chapter 27

Throwing the phone on the ground, he shouts, "He's still alive! You said his weakness is light!"

"You didn't listen to the rest, sir. It has to be 100% and with good intentions," a scientist said to him.

"Good...intentions?! And the cruxis crystal that was in the bullet?"

"It should be killing him," he said, "It's slow, but it should work."

"It better."

"So that's what it is..." Andrew said, looking up on the crystal that was removed. "This cruxis crystal is out of place."

"What is it?" Jack asked.

"It can kill it's host...but the cure you drank should not only not only kill off the bad crystal side effects such as death, but will help him in many ways. Strength being the top. Funny enough, Ganondorf had already experienced the problems like loss of sight...but, did any of you see wings?"

"Wings?" Leo and Jack parrot.

"I didn't see that," G2 said, looking.

"You might have stopped the change there then," the scientist said, "It might cause problems anyway."

"Let me get this straight," Ganondorf starts, "Maxwell tried to kill me with this, but didn't know that it would get me stronger once cured?"

"Seems that way," Alice said.

This made Nova laugh, "What is it called? Karma? This might turn things around for us."

Soldiers waited by for Maxwell to make an order, the dragon standing by.

"How long should this take?" he asked.

"I might take a while. The crystal can be random in spreading," the scientist said.

"If it's slow and painful, it's fair with me," he said.

Ganondorf looks up different fighting styles and starts training himself in the nearby gym on each one. Leo spots him inside and was about to ask, when Jack stops him and said, "Let him be. His attitude has changed since the attack."

"He's gotten more serious," he said, "It woke him up quite a bit."

G2 walks into the gym as well and asked, "Want company?"

"Uh...sure," he said, "You want to learn as well?"

"I think we both need it. Just take your time with me...I'm a bit slow."

He laughs a little and said, "We are both learning."

She nods and said, "The others want to join too. I hope you don't mind."

"Others?" he asked as other clones walk in and get ready as well, making Ganondorf smile and said, "Thank you. The more help the better. Let us begin."

Many clones and G2 spread to different spots then start to train with the gerudo clone.

"My word, they all trust him," Leo said, "How fast did this happen?"

"I don't know, but I don't care. They all trust him and the girl. Ganondorf has a strange aura around him that increased the trust in every clone and her on him," Jack said.

"I think it would be advisable to help them and Nova when it comes to armor wouldn't you say?" Andrew asked walking in.

"Agreed. Maxwell needs a wake up call...but I fear the worst as well..." Leo said, "Remember...he's no push over."

"From the first fight with that Galacta fellow, I don't think it's a worry," Alice said.

Chapter 28

A few months ago as Ganondorf was recovering from loss of sight:

"So that's how this game works..." the Bowser clone said, on a game G2 had, "You have to throw the foe off, after you damage them enough."

"That's right," she said, "It can get crazy when you have it in harder levels."

"I'm not sure if I can play this..." he said, looking at the controler then his claws, "My hands are too big."

"I'll help you with that," a clone said walking in, "I just have to make it custom fit for you."

"Thanks Luigi," I said as he measures the koopa's hands.

The Link clone fools around with the controller and said, "It feels wierd."

"I felt the same when I first tried it," she said, "You'll get use to it in time."

Alice walks in and asked, "What are you doing?"

"Just showing them how to play a game," she said.

"Hey!" Mario shouts at his clone partner as his game character got K.O'd

"Sorry! I thought I was teamed up with you," Peach said in panic.

"Oh! I didn't know you wanted that," the young girl said, and grabs a controler, "Hold on. I'm the one that should say sorry."

"I wish I had time to play games," Alice said, "What with these attacks these days."

G2 managed to make the game into teams and asked, "How's he doing?"

"Ganon? Could be better but as long as he stays in his tank he'll be fine. The sudden changes is really getting to us and his eyesight is the worst to me."

"I wish I knew more of father's idea. He kept saying this needs to be done, but I never understood what he was talking about."

"He wanted to make us that badly?" Bowser asked.

"I think she's talking about Ganondorf," Link said.

"Oh."

Andrew was overhearing this and was getting an idea for a clone in secret and thought, "Her life is in the clone's hands. I wonder if I should make a clone of my own." He looks at G2 and the others and said, "I have an idea, but I think I'll wait until they are back in their tanks for the night." He walks down the hallways to his lab and starts looking up the blood on Ganondorf once again for the time being. Night comes quickly and Andrew was getting a headache. He heard the desk clock sound that it was 8pm and to this Leo said his goodnights to everyone, before leaving with G2 for the night. Andrew sighs nervously and walking into the gaming room. Placing his hands on different cases and places one disk into the machine, testing them. One title screen he heard he said to himself, "Found it." He then realised a problem with the plan, "But, I can't see the weapon."

"Mind if I help with that?" new voice was heard to him making him turn quickly.

"Who's there?"

He felt someone touch his shoulder and it continued, saying, "Relax, I'm a friend."

"How'd did you get in?"

"I have ways," the voice continued, "Let me give you a hand."

"How can I trust you?" Andrew asked, remembering his touch with death.

"Hold still."

Andrew got nervous then something happened to his eyes, he was able to see again and spots Aeon, whom was talking to him the whole time. The scientist looks around and said, "I can see!"

"Only for a short time," Aeon said, "Mostly to help you on the project."

"You know about it?"

"I know a lot of things. Even what's going to happen to the world, if we aren't careful."

"I see...you worked with Karson."

"That is correct. The vail that was given to you was a product of both his and my work."

"Why are you doing this? You could be in danger."

"Not as much as you. You are under threat as well," and to this Andrew was watching his back, "Not now, in the future. However, I'm ready for this, but you will dread what I ask, but this will protect you."

"Anything to help the clone's and the young lady."

"Good. Let's get started, while you have the sight needed."

He turns on the T.V and game console and scrolls through the characters and weapons before stopping on one. "This is the weapon," Andrew said, looking at a game called Soul Calibur 2, a character was seen with a two handed sword that looked alive, an eye on both sides of the weapon, "She talks about this sword quite a bit."

"Ah that would be Soul Edge," Aeon said, "Normally that weapon is extremely dangerous, but I can help with that. I can give you what you need, I just need a little time."

"You make it sound easy."

"I've had my share of science."

"How did you help on the clone?" Andrew asked.

"Same thing I'm doing now. I had to look for many things to help make him and cures if possible."

"I see. Anything else?"

Aeon places his hand in his jacket pocket and said, handing over a flask, "This."

Andrew takes it and looks at it in shock, saying, "The G virus?! No! I will not use this in anything!"

"Calm yourself. This is the virus...but at the same time, it's not."

He does calm down, but mostly out of confusion and said, "I'm not following you."

"There was an ancient version of the 'G' virus that changes it's host granted, but it won't unless told to or is under threat."

"It...doesn't sound like a virus. A parasite more so."

"Exactly. This will help you as you are also under threat. I'm sure you know who."

"Maxwell..."

"Precisely. Now, I just need the supplies for this clone, and make it unique. I'll be back tomorrow night." Aeon then points at the flask, and added, "Keep the virus close to you, always. Use it when you are in great danger."

He looks at it then puts it in his coat pocket saying, "OK, I'll trust you, but it better not be a trick."

"I'm not that type. Sadly, you will be going back to normal for now. I'll see you tomorrow."

Aeon vanishes into the darkness and as said, Andrew's blindness returns, making him reach for his cane again and thought, "Things are getting more and more dire. I hope this stranger is more then enough help that we need."

Chapter 29

"I worry about him," Zelda said walking around, hands to her chest, talking about Nova's blindness at the time. Other clones were nearby with the same worry.

"Don't blame you," another clone said, "There's got to be something we can do."

"All I can do is pray for his safety."

"We need more then that," Mario said walking in, "I'm getting a bad vibe from outside the building."

"Something outside?" Luigi asked.

"I noticed that from recent days," Link said, "There's many shadow's outside...as if waiting for something."

"They are awfully patient," Bowser said, "Do they think we are a threat or something?"

"No..." G2 said walking in, "They want me."

"What? Why?"

"To kill me and stop my father's plan...I know it."

"Isn't that extreme to say?" Luigi said.

"Not really when your father was first to be targeted." This made everyone stop in horror and the Mario brother clone said, "I'm so sorry, I should have-"

G2 cuts him off and said, "It's ok. You guys are here, so I know it's going to be ok."

"What do we do? That's a lot of people out there," Link said.

"I know when Ganondorf recovers, he will act to protect us," the young woman said, "But I know the enemy well. His name is Maxwell and for all I know he knows Ganon's weakness. I'm not sure however."

"If that's the case, call on us if things get bad," Bowser said.

"That I will. Thank you."

Later, late at night, Andrew got ready on the new project for the weapon, Soul Edge, and waited for Aeon to return. He worried about this heavily as he only made Ganondorf and the other clones were worked by others. It's still new to him and just working on a cloned weapon, still seemed...odd. Anything to protect a young lady in this dangerous world, but he remembers that it's a two handed weapon and that means it might go against the idea he had. Aeon appears in a the lab a moment later and asked, "Having doubts?"

He was just surprised then time, getting his sight back once again, and honestly replied, "A little."

"Don't worry. Soul Edge is said to change into any weapon and any weight class. She won't have any problem lifting it, I assure you."

"You know it then?" Andrew asked turning around to the man, "You must play a lot of games."

"To tell you the truth, you'd be surprised on how I get the very objects in those 'games'." Aeon pulls out a small tube and asked, "Can you keep a secret?"

"You're talking to the right person for that," the scientist said with a smile.

"No surprise from you," Aeon smiled back then bowed, "I am Aeon. Known as father time and head of this project for Karson. I saw into the future and this world is in grave danger. This plan is to stop the very threat from coming true."

"Father time?!" Andrew said in shock, "But, why get us involved in your problems. Surly you can handle it. Not to be rude, but is it that serious?"

"Very. Maxwell isn't the only danger. That fellow is small in level compared to what I saw and he would be in danger as well."

"My word..."

"The clone sword will be needed greatly at this point in time," he continued and handed over the tube.

"How did you get the contents for it anyway?" Andrew asked, taking it and walking over to the tank.

"I have my ways of looking into the lore. Soul Edge is a dangerous weapon as well, but I changed it so it well only be deadly to her foes, not her friends or herself."

"I hope it works," the scientist said working on the machine, Aeon walking over to help. Andrew turns it on and in a flash of light the very weapon appears, eyes closed at first before opening up, looking dizzy.

"Whoa, everything is spinning..." it said.

"It talks?!" Andrew asked, hand to his head in shock.

"It happens as well," Aeon said then to the sword, "Welcome."

"Who's there?" it asked, shutting it's eyes tight for a moment before looking in Aeon's direction, "Oh hey there."

"Hello. What do you think of the world?"

Looking around it said, "Confusing."

"It's called a lab," Andrew said.

"Lab? I don't see a dog..."

The scientist chuckles to that and Aeon corrects, "Science lab, silly."

"Now I feel dumb..." it said, the look in it's eye showed embarrassment.

"All good. We just made you, but I need you to be up to speed."

"Oh? What's the problem?"

An hour later:

"So that's the deal," Soul Edge said, hearing the story of the danger, "I don't know how I can help. I can't move if left behind."

"You can," Aeon said, "You just need to focus a little and you'll change into a different form."

"OK, I'll make note."

"I can't believe this. This will startle her and the others because of the fact it's a sword that talks," the scientist said

"I'm sure she knows about this as well. Now it's just a waiting game for the right time. Once you give this to her, you'll have to explain to not only the young lady, but the other clones as well."

"I can handle that," Andrew said, before yawning, "I'm sorry about that."

"Hmm, it is late," Aeon said, then to Soul Edge before covering it with a sheet, "I need you to keep quiet for a little while, until needed."

"Don't worry, I will."

Chapter 30

"What is it you want to show me?" Leo asked Andrew, a couple of days later, walking down the hallway with the scientist as well as Jack and Alice.

"It's something to help the young lady," he said, "I fear that the clones might not be enough and she'll need to protect herself from anything that tries to harm her."

This made the CEO stop and said, "Please tell me it's not a weapon like a gun..."

"Not a gun, but it is a weapon."

Leo made a heavy sigh to this and said, "Not only did you make something behind my back...but a weapon to boot? I'm glad you and I are friends other wise I would have kicked you out."

"Just trust me. It will help us."

"Fine. Fine, just show me this thing..."

"Yes sir," he said going to the lab and once there he removes the covers from the tank and shows Soul Edge, it's eyes closed.

"What is that?" Jack asked.

"This is Soul Edge. It's from one of the games she plays."

"Do you expect her to lift that?" Alice said, "You're out of your mind."

"It changes weight, don't worry."

"Care to demonstrate?" Leo asked, still unsure about this.

Andrew bows and opens the tank, making Soul Edge open it's eyes, before looking at Andrew but as told, says nothing at this time. The scientist grabs it's hilt and carefully lifts it, not struggling with it in the slightest.

"Not bad, but I need to try it to believe it," Alice said as the scientist lowers the weapon.

"That's fine, I was going ask for someone else to try it next," he said with a smile, holding it out for someone to try.

"Course..." Alice said, walking over.

"This is going to be interesting," Jack said and watches carefully to help when needed. She grabs the handle carefully and feeling her hands close to his, Andrew lets go. Alice braces, but felt nothing even holding it with one hand, making him say, "That easy?"

"Incredible," Leo said, "What about the whole story behind it?"

"It won't do that," Andrew said, "And as a bonus, it can talk."

"Talk?" Alice asked, before hearing, "Yep. I'm not just a blade." This startles her and it said, "You act like you never saw something like me. Andrew was telling me stories on your work."

"It takes a bit to spook her," Jack said, chuckling a little, "Not bad, Andrew."

"So, this is to help her out, but what if she loses it?" Leo asked.

"It can change into a warrior...however, I'm not sure if it's ready yet."

"Want me to try?" Edge asked.

"Go ahead, although wait for her to let you go."

"Relax...I won't act out until I'm free," it said as it was placed onto the ground and said, "Thank you."

"Uh...You're welcome?" Alice said, still a little freaked out.

It's eyes close and it starts to glow. Everyone stood back as a figure was seen inside the light now. Once it fades out, it looks at itself and said, "I like it! I like it!"

"Calm down," Andrew said with a small laugh, "I wish I could see what you look like."

"I...might scare you actually..."

"You're doing that to us..." Leo said, slightly intimidated making Soul Edge, putting it's human hand behind it's head, feeling awkward.

"Heh, I think it's great," Jack said walking over and looking up at it, "This will make enemies think twice."

"I hope so," Leo said walking over as well.

"Anything else you need from me?" Edge asked.

"Not at this time, so you can relax for now," Andrew said.

It bows and changes back to it's sword form once more, before it was taken back to it's tank.

"I still think you're crazy," Leo said, "But if you have a reason to keep it secret, I love to know."

Andrew covers the tank once more and said, "I have been getting a bad feeling these days, and I fear for the young lady's life. I've been overhearing all the troubles happening to Nova, so I had to act."

"It's fine just...just let me know next time."

"Something tells me that's why it was in secret. So the enemy doesn't know," Jack said, "Smart move I think."

"You must not tell anyone, not the young girl either. At least for now."

"If this is for a good cause, I won't say a thing," Leo said with a smile, "You may be blind, but you see things through."

"Don't concern yourself," Andrew with a laugh.

Chapter 31

Months later and back to the main story:

Ganondorf was standing near the third floor window and watching out for anything when Link came up from behind and slowly got out his sword, before he attacks the clone. Hearing it, Nova turns quickly to block and swings his own sword back at the hylain clone making him jump back. They slowly circle before charging at each other, sparks from both weapons when they clashed. They back off slightly swinging their weapons, canceling out each attack. At one point, Ganondorf swings wide making Link put his shield up, but it knocks the only big defense, his shield, away from him, making him back off. Ganondorf waves his hand toward himself, before holding on to his weapon more tightly. Link charges again, making him get ready but got surprised when he tried to attack that the warrior got past him quickly by rolling around him, making a harder to hit and got tripped by the sword from behind, falling backwards. Just when he was about to get up, he saw the Master Sword's tip to his face. Ganondorf sighs putting his hands up, laughs and said, "You got me. Nice job."

Putting his sword away, Link said, offering his hand to help the gerudo clone up, "Thanks. I see what you mean now. That's quite the trick to learn I'll say that much."

"Anything to add a little more...flare if you want me to put it," the clone said, taking the hand before getting up, then joked, "I'll get you next time though."

"In your dreams," the warrior said, joking around as well and he gets grabbed, hat getting removed and he felt Ganondorf's hand rubbing on his head, "Hey, cut that out!"

The clone laughs to that before they hear Alice, "That's enough you two. I think you trained enough."

"I still feel I could learn more," Link said as he was let go, fixed his hair and got his hat back on, "I got this far, and what was the next thing?"

"You got the main thing at least," Ganondorf said, struggling with what's next, "I think it was...the hook shot? No, the bombs. He has so many weapons, I'm not sure."

"Skip the bomb thing please, we don't need more problems if not unexplained need for repairs," she said

"Got it."

"Wait, what about the boomerang?" Link asked.

She sighs and said, "I'll see about getting targets for that, but you need rest more then anything."

"Anyone want something to eat?" Peach walks in.

"Nothing for me on eating, but I'll take some milk," Link said.

"I'm good thanks," Ganondorf said.

"About that...You haven't drank or eaten for days and I'm worried you're killing yourself," Alice said with a worry tone as Peach leaves.

"I feel fine."

"Well, just watch your health then. Take a break now and again too, or you'll over work your body. Both of you."

"Don't worry," they said as she walked away, Link asked Ganondorf, "Did we over do it?"

"I don't think so, but she might be on to something. I kind of wonder about my eating habits too...or lack there of."

"Did Andrew say anything on that yet?"

"No, that's the thing. He might be still looking into it."

Peach comes back with the drink and said, handing it over to Link, "He is last time I looked, and he's really tired too. If it's someone who needs a break, it's him."

"He really cares that much..." Ganondorf said, with a smile, "Then again, it sort of helped when I saved him a couple of times."

"Was it hard?" Link asked, taking a sip of the drink, "I heard you had to use your mind to save him from a nasty fall."

"It was. I had a headache after that, let alone a small nose bleed."

"Yikes..."

"You're ok now right?" Peach asked, sitting in a nearby chair.

"Sometimes I wonder on that," Ganondorf said, looking at his hands opening and shutting them, "I change so much, I'm not sure if I will be 'ok'."

"That body changes, but your fire doesn't. I don't think it will ever go out," Link said.

Ganondorf makes a short laugh to that and said, "I needed that. Thanks."

A worker looks through the doorway, and on a mike, he said, "The clone is still alive."

"The Ganon one? How long does this crystal take?" Maxwell's voice was heard on the other line, "Never mind. I have an idea that will make everyone want him dead."
