"Well, at first, I went to investigate the monster revivals, I'm sure I told you," he said, "next thing I know, I'm locked up in a cell, nearly beaten to death, and I overheard that guy in armor...what was his name, Onox? Anyway, I overheard him mutter something about a demon, and...well, the rest is history."
"That doesn't really help us,"
"Kouga, when you're rotting in a dungeon beaten to death, it's kinda hard to listen closely for information."

"I had to make myself 'victim' for a bit, to get you out of there," Ganon said, "I don't want people killed like that."

"Really? Wow, thank you."
"Can I ask you one more question?"
"Sure."
"I seem to recall you having a...how do you say? A disability of some sort."
"What?"
"How do you know we won't hold you back in fights? Some of us know about your...condition. So, tell me: Why should we let you help us with this situation??" the wolf asked.
"It's not so much a disability as it is an annoyance," he answered, "I know what you're talking about. You mean the poison incident?"
"What else could I mean?"
"Because I refuse to let a condition like that stop me from doing what I do best, and I absolutely refuse to have it take over my life." Samus said, plain and clear, "Samantha knows about it, of course, and I can tell she worries about me every day...yet she doesn't hold me back when it comes time to fight, for any reason. Heh, she's the one who authorized for my suit to be made exactly like hers, inside and out, in the first place, so I can tell she trusts me a lot."

"Awsome!" Bowser said.
"Can it be cured?" Andrew asked.

"Even after all these years, we're still trying to figure that out." He said with disappointment, "With the way things are going, a cure doesn't seem likely. Heh, there's not even a name for it, let alone anyone's ever heard of it."
"Uh, when this condition of yours sneaks up on you, what do you experience?" asked Eliwood.
"Chest pains, difficulty breathing, tightened muscles all around, feels like my head is spinning...the symptoms are so random on my body, I sometimes can't tell what the hell is even happening! Even the best doctors in the Galactic Academy aren't able to figure it out, let alone come up with a cure."
"Wow," was all Kouga said.

This made Ganon think to himself. Has he seen this before...?

"I'm still surprised it hasn't killed me yet." he said, "But I can't be too hopeful, can I?"
"Well...beyond all that, it's...very nice to see you again," said Marth.
"Heh, likewise,"
"OK, so now that we're all caught up with each other...what do we do now?" asked Kouga, then to Ganondorf, "What's with you?"

He snaps out of it and said, "Sorry. It's just feels...familiar...I think I suffered something like it...but it vanished..."

"Well, mine doesn't seem like it's going to go away anytime soon," he said with disappointment, "oh well, I try not to let it get to me."
"And doing a fine good job at it-"
"Kouga..." said Marth, glaring.
"No no, it's fine. Anyway," he stretched his arms and lowered them back down, "anymore catching up, or are we done?"

"For now," Ganondorf said, "And G2, I'm impressed at what you did to him. Now we have to see if he can handle both of us."
"Then me I take it?" Demise said.
"That will be great too! Ghirahim hates both of us."
"That would be amusing," I said, "Maybe you both should walk up to him and see what happens."

"Sounds dangerous," he said, "but count me in!"
"Like you haven't been in a lot of dangerous situations?" teased Eliwood.
"I just said count me in!"
He just chuckled, "I heard ya. Relax, I'm only kidding."

"But for now, I'm going to take a nap," I said, "Once that adrenaline wears off, you do get tired a bit."
"You do that," Ganon said, "Bowser would you like to come for the ride?"
"Another one? Sure can!" he said in excitement.
"I'll stay back and keep an eye you fellows," Andrew said, before Link says, "I'm coming with you guys. I want to see what happens, let alone he wants to test me too, if I remember."
I laugh and said, "Think you guys just want to bug them!"

"I wouldn't do it too often," warned Samus, "those guys are quick to anger."
"That's what makes it fun," said Kouga.
"Still, be careful."

"That's just it," Ganondorf said, "People lose focus when angry, unable to think straight."
"That demon lord guy is a little tougher to snap though," Bowser said.
"It didn't take much when I came," Demise said.

"Yeah, but now I'm not sure if the same trick will work again on him," said Eliwood.
"And what about the other four?" asked Marth, "Ayden, Yuga, Onox, and...uh...Veran? Shouldn't they be just as worrisome?"
"I agree," said Kouga, "if we spend too much time focusing on one threat, the others might sneak the upper hand, and then we're in trouble."
"You could be right," said Ephraim.

"I did notice Yuga is fascinated with me," I said.
"I did too," Ganondorf said, "You both have an 'art' background. He then thinks, and adds, "Veran had an eye on me too."
"Something tells me you two should check that out on your own," Andrew said, making Ganon and I look at each other.
"Not now," I said, walking off, "Need sleep right now, later guys, and let me know how it goes with that demon wannabe."
------------------------------------------------------------
Maxwell walks around to see if he can talk to Ghirahim, a plan in his head, that is if he can find him.
------------------------------------------------------------
Yuga and Veran on the other hand were away from the group and walked off to a clearing.
"You like that G2 character don't you?" the sorceress asked Yuga.
"The way she used this pencil. She's more then worthy of my time and I thought I was the only one!" he said, "I wouldn't mind facing her again. I can say the same for you and that Nova fellow."
"You've seen me retreat from his body. He's...I can't explain...but I heard screams inside him. Ones of sorrow, and rage."
"Interesting."
"And you've seen his power. How he just focused and the whole fortress just fell apart!"
"And that glowing blue...chemical that appeared too...I got wary of it at the start when it showed...yet I feel we could use it."

"Yeah, I'm feeling a little run-down myself," said Kouga.
"No one's stopping you from taking a nap, if you need one," Marth said.
"Then that's what I'll do. I'll see you guys later."
Samus watched as the wolf demon walked away and into another room. He brought his fist to his mouth as he lets out a yawn.
"You too?" asked Ephraim.
"I think my early experience is just now starting to catch up to me," he explained, "d@mn demon spirit."
***
Both the Demon Lord and the General of Darkness were scouting around the area where their fortress once stood. The entire place was now in ruins.
"Curse them," muttered Onox, then hissed at his master, "you...!!! If it wasn't for you losing your temper like that, we would've had a chance to finish them off!"
"And what would explain YOUR outbursts? I simply don't do well with flaws in my plans," he explained his sudden anger from earlier, picking up a piece of brick from what was left of the fortress.
"It can be rebuilt, you know. The fortress, I mean."
"If we're to rebuild it, next time, it must be impenetrable," he tossed the brick aside.
"In the meantime, do you have any more ideas on what we can do to get our revenge on those fools?? Obviously, taking control of that girl won't work, and Nova and his...ancestor are stronger than we once thought. I don't know about you, but giving up is NOT in my book!"
He stopped and turned to Onox, "Are you implying that I want to give up?"
"Then what do you suppose we do? Revive more monsters in hopes to bring them down? You said yourself, they've proven to be more formidable than we thought, so how do you expect we break them next time?!"
"You really are starting to sound more like a general and less like a follower. Well then, how do YOU suppose we break them, 'General'?" his tone was both mocking and serious, so it was hard to determine just which one it really was, "Anyone else got any bright ideas?"
"Testing them, we've already accomplished, and breaking them did the opposite," he said, "the only thing I can think of now...is to kill them. I don't know about you or anyone else, but I've had ENOUGH of their foolishness and just get them out of our d@mn way!!! After all, if we were to go ahead with our world domination plans, they'll surely try and stop us!"

Maxwell hears them then walks over, calmly, and said, "I do have one plan. It might be risky, but well worth it. That is if you wish to hear it."
------------------------------------------
"We should rest too," Bowser said.
"Good point," Ganon said, "I'm going to check something first."

"Ganondorf has a medallion...holding a spirit in it that he fears. He's name is Zemus," he said, "All we have to do is either use magic to release it or take the medallion from under his nose."
"How strong is he?" Ayden asked.
"He has the power to destroy the world."
-----------------------------------------------
"See you later, I'm going to stick around a bit," Andrew said.

"That powerful, huh?" asked Onox, "We want to recreate the world, not destroy it!"
"Onox, you of all people should know what comes out of the ashes once the fire has destroyed life," said the Demon Lord, "if the world is destroyed, we have a clean slate to start on."
"And what of Zemus? I suppose torturing Nova is in order?"
"Not a bad idea, but that would be up to Zemus."

"Although, I must ask of you to keep him away from me," Maxwell said in serious tone, "He used me to try and destroy the world then, but Ganon and is friends stopped him and me from doing so and released me. I thank him for that, but at the same time I still hated him."
"I like to know how...I noticed we can't just sneak up on the guy, he can sense you," Ayden said.
"I got that covered," he said, looking at the demon lord.

"This seems fishy," said Onox, tapping his fingers on his armor, "how do we know he won't try to take control of one of us? How do we know he won't get in our way in an attempt to take over our plans? The way you described him, makes it sound like he'll use and betray us at the tip of a hat!!!"
"Spirits cannot possess other spirits," said Ghirahim, then in a deathly tone, "and severe punishment is in order, should he do something out of line."
"And just how in Din's name will you do that?"

"I'm listening," Maxwell said, "He did it to me because of the fact of my mix of demon and dragon blood. Both powerful mostly I was the key. I wouldn't worry though. I can give him the 'punishment' he so deserves anyway if you like."

"Very well," said Onox to Maxwell, "but I'll be keeping my eye on that spirit, no less."
Not a word was spoken from the demon.
***
"So, while those two are getting some shut eye, what do you suppose we can do?" asked Eliwood.
"Get some quick sparring in, is my idea," said Ephraim, "I'd rather be prepared and full of energy than not, just in case any surprise attacks are being planned."
"I agree, so I'll train with you," said Marth.

"I need help however, I notice you vanish without anyone knowing," Maxwell said to the demon lord, "I need you with me."
"What about you?" Ayden asked.
"I'll will knock him out. It's easy because he's more human then you think."

"I can't really show it well, but..." he said, then points just bellow his ear, "There's a soft spot here. Hit that spot and it knocks humans out."
"That explains things," Ayden said, making Maxwell turn to him, "He keeps doing that to me."
The dragon gets out a small computer and it quickly shows Ganondorf doing something, on the screen, making Maxwell say, "Perfect."

"Huh?" Onox moved over to see what Maxwell was doing. Viewing the screen, he says, "What is that? And what are you planning?"
It was obvious that modern technology was still a little foreign to Onox and Ghirahim, who didn't speak, but watched what Maxwell was doing, out of sheer curiosity.
