Aaron and Kouga silently ate their lunch without saying a word to one another. The policeman, after finishing, gets up to wash his plate, while Kouga still had some food left that he was finishing.

"Yeah, tastes better than what I eat in the wild," said Kouga, though he wasn't sure if that was offensive or not. He hoped for his sake that it was a compliment, "thanks."
