The cloud got bigger then entered the emperor's blood flow to his brain.
Volvagia wasn't scared at all.

The cloud disappears completely now.
The emperor 'wakes up', now under Ganondorf's control, gets up and looks around.
He looks outside and saw Kaguya still in her cell, and checks himself for anything of use, finding a set of keys.
"Can you hear me in there?" he whispered in the clone's normal voice.

He changed into his wolf form and Volvagia quickly got on his back.
