Ness-tarday: From Smash Bro to Powerless Psychic

This is a fan-fiction tribution to Ness before Brawl.

My life hasn't been the same after the defeat of Ganon, with Lucas' arrival. Wished I knew when my psychic powers and return to bros in Brawl will come...

Prologue: The Hopelessness

Never did I think that my smash fighting days would end this way. Ever since I was holding hands with my rival psychic, Blaze the Cat, when the twilight realm dissolved from Final Destination leaving this all to be a mere dream. Turns out that this had actually happened, a few minutes towards midnight last night, neverless.

As I got dressed from my night look to the casual look, remembering that day of losing my psychic powers and having them transfered Lucas, that deranged Waluigi! Now, I'd have to prove myself to the new host that Lucas stands no chance of replacing me this time around.

The twist: he has attacks similar to my own and I don't have any psychic strength or basic movements. This was just enough to freak me out in madness if it hadn't been for Kirby's arrival.

"Hey, Ness! I want to help you gain back your spot in Brawl, if you're willing to be co-operative." With the outcoming year in less than three months, what other option do I even have?

Chapter 1:Tag teamed

We rushed over to find other unconfirmies flooding Waluigi's place to renew their smash liscenes. So, Kirby floated over to see what was posted. This was the note:

Dear unconfirmed fighters,
I will be out with several other smash bros, smashsters, and a fellow unconfirmed. So, your smash emblem will light up signaling your return. Beware, because if it goes dead...you'll be outta here! Other than that, don't try to take over smash bros 'till we get back!

With this in mind, I'm just gonna have to wait this out. Wherever purple plumber man is he'd better not pulling another prank! Really, that guy knows he should try being nice by helping fighters' confidence rather than put them down.

However..."Hey, Ice Dorks, me and Ness challenge you to a smash bros brawl!" The 'ice dorks' Kirby said are Popo and Nana... and just accepted the fight.

"Hey, people! Kirby's just called down a brawl..."

Chapter 2 (Brawl): Team Kirby vs. Ice Climbers

'The two eskimos (blue:Popo, pink:Nana) will battle the team of shapeshifiting gumball, Kirby, and child psychic, Ness!'

"We get why you challenged us, pinkie!" Popo spoke, "Yeah, you're upset that Waluigi's gonna replace Ness with Lucas. Despite the fact that some of us prefer Ness gone!" Nana added.

"Shut up!" I shouted, "I don't know why Waluigi would confirm you over me!" Once the trash talk gets out, the fight would start...

3...2...1...Go!

I only had basic atttacks, so the both of us took on an Ice Climber. This became troblesome 'cause I don't have the ability for even the basics that use psychic energy. Kirby took down Popo in a breeze and came to my rescue. "Hey Ness, look out!" Kirby activated his Final Smash, Cook Kirby, and did some damage to Nana.

I smacked her with my baseball bat ending the match for us. Somehow, I didn't enjoy the victory as much.

'I'm not gonna stand for this so I'm outta here this next chapter!' (Chapter 3)

Chapter 3: Leaving for good?

As battle entry was closed for the night, I had to go back to my place...to leave. I battle all that can be fought in my weakened state, it just didn't seem to be enough on the down side.

As I walked back to psychic place, the white hedgehog greeted me near the door. "Hey, Ness!" Silver responded,"Blaze isn't here for the night. In fact, she didn't mention where she'll be..." talk about being naive. "You want to come see what Lucas found?" he asked.

I wasn't in the mood,"Oh well, more for us!" Silver left. The only thing I wanted to do was go back home to Onett and forget this horrible experience. Grabbing my backpack wondering,'if this was meant to be,' as I open it up, this did not look like my gear...

Chapter 4:Psychic Gem Jam

After dumping the rectangle gems on the bed, I decided to try something with them. Test each one until I knew my psychic powers would return onto me. So, here's how the experiment went:

Red Sol Emerald:burst into red hot flames, good for manipulators and pyrokinetics (like Mario and Blaze). Not the one...
Blue Sol Emerald:splashed crystal clear water, ideal for super soaking types (like the Petalburg Koopa, Koops). Not it...
Yellow Sol Emerald:surged electrical force, people who tend to make sparks make great usage (like Wario). Strike out...
Cyan Sol Emerald:rush of icy wind, those who like it colder than icy freezie (a la Falco Lombardi). Uh-uh...
Silver Sol Emerald:don't think this contains any elemental powers, felt hard like a steel bar though...
Purple Sol Emerald:felt darkness around the room, the gem of darkhearted/ruthless (Mewtwo?). I put this back in a quick manner...
Green Sol Emerald:sparked a small light of hope shined, it latched on my blue-and-yellow T-shirt. This was the one...

I used PK Fire on a stool: it took form in a vertical pillar. My second taught move, PK Thunder, zapped the burnt chair to ashes. After sparking myself, I felt like a living bolt before impact on a wall...Suddenly, an energy bolt went at me, only to absorbed in a blue shield surrounding me (PSI Magnet). My final move, PK Flash, was still intact because the small spark latched itself off into a growing bolt of a shocking spark containg a lot of power.

"Ness? Ness?" a girl called out,"Ohh, where are you?" I peeked while her back was turned. That's when I fell out of balance and landed with a thud to the floor. She instantly spotted me, "Do you need any help up?" her hand reached out for mine. This WAS Blaze I had mentioned from the beginning... Her attire: she wore gloves with fuzzy linning, magenta high heels with that same fuzz, white tights with a violet-tipped lavender tail poking out the back, a purple dress-like coat, other than that...she's a kitten in a princess's outfit!

"Good thing I found you here before he arrived." Blaze sighed, "Uh, who is this 'he'?" I questioned curiously. "No time for talk." she grabbed my arm, "The others are waiting for us outside at this purple fog-like cloud closeby..."

Hey, Ness here, most of my allies, friends, and enemies come from their own hometowns and places like me and Onett. Most are humans, humanoid animals, and animals who may be hybrids of two or more creatures. I'll share the first one, the royal Sol Emerald guardian, Queen (or Princess, if you prefer) Blaze the Cat:

If I remember, despite being painfully shy, she's now friendly and outgoing once you get to know her. The reason why she can be a bit harsh was probably something that happened to her before her teen years...

Chapter 5:Trial by Darkness

Blaze informed me that the monster, Giga Bowser, has been released from Bowser as a seperate entity. Disturbing of all, formed an alliance with her nemesis, Eggman Nega."They plan to engulf the world in eternal darkness!" she explained,"To ensure this, any creature in their way will be silenced and trapped in a different dimension."

This was real...looks like leaving would doom smash bros to agony and sorrow."Wow... guess you chose to come, Ness?" a fat man sneered. "Blaze WAS able to get him here, right?" a woman in a yellow dress answered,"She's part queen and loyal pet!". These people Blaze teamed up with are all we have who DIDN'T fall victim to the Evil Ego Alliance (E.E.A.):

Kirby talked out, "So, let's go in there and kick their unlightned rears!" he claimed, jumping through the portal. Yoshi and Daisy followed him in as well, before either 'Starrio' entered also they had spoke with us.

"Ness, we're all one big 'family' meaning we each have the other to look out for when in danger" Mario replied dashing in, "Yeah, so when one wins we all win or when one needs to pee we all need to pee...Err, that didn't come out right, hee hee ha ha!" Wario agreed, fading in as well.

Blaze wondered though,"Ness, do you have the Sol Emeralds?" I handed my backpack to her, which contained six of them, as well as the green one from under my hat,"Hold on to that emerald..." she requested, putting it back under my baseball cap,"You'll need it more than I do, at least, for now..."

Hi, Ness again, I'll share you the bios of the people who are with me and Blaze. But, first here's a hidden scene not mentioned in the chapter, till now...

Hidden Scene (before chapter 5): The conversation
As Blaze rushed out with Ness to the others,"Uh, Blaze, what's going on?" the boy asked. She stopped and let go of his arm,"It's REALLY that important, huh?" the kitten started, "Well, back at the Olympic Games, after recovering Wario's trophies, gold medals, crowns, and most of the emblems...he appeared. The decendant of Bowser used some sort of weapon to swallow the stadium."
"What had disturbed me the most..." Blaze added,"My arch-enemy, Eggman Nega, was near the tyrant." She grasped her right hand on her left arm. This was problematic for the teenagers resuming their sprint on ahead...

Uh...Wario speaking, due to the fact that now we're in a dark place, the title "Ness-tarday: From Smash Bro to Powerless Psychic" has now been changed to Chapter 5's namesake, "Trial by Darkness". It's still the same story because this is Melee's Final Chapter to close for Brawl's Ceremony... in less than a month and seven days!

Chapter 6:Out of the Black Room

We arrived in the remains of Neon Factory, a once shining palace now a violet shadow. "Grrr!" Wario growled, "This place may deserted, but the security sweepers that guards this place from beings of light." In order to not be detected, we had to stay hidden from the sweepers. Everything was going great until..."Achoo!"...Daisy sneezed, "Oh, sorry..."

A sweeper sounded its alarm and had reinforcements. However, instead of going for us, it went for four bird-like people. "Now, big guy!" the small one called out,"Let's give them what's comin' at'em!"

"Gravity-defied Flame Phoneix!"

They floated in the air...and laid waste to those three unfortunate sweepers! "So, looks like we found some other people besides than just us!" this small green bird was named Jet the Hawk, former leader of a gang. Two other birds landed on his sides, on the left was a bulky gray bird know as Storm the Albatross and the right was a slim female violet bird called Wave the Swallow...(this girl looks like she resembles Blaze).

"Huh? Looks like we spotted that punk, Mario." Storm reconized..., "Dressed up in his fancy biker outfit, but he does look like he's out of shape and BIG on the weight."...THE WRONG STARRIO! "Yeah, I noticed that hideous purple feline that resembles me named Blaze the Cat..." Wave paused, "Uh, Storm...that's Wario, Mario's reflection and childhood best friend...I've heard the rumors." she finished and redirected his finger to the plumber.

"Oh...well, our new big bossman has a score to settle with you!" he boomed, Mario stared at Jet, "He looks kinda of tiny..." he noticed. "He's not talking about him!" another bird answered, he was a blue bird dressed in a space outfit who arrived after the phoneix attack. "This guy is..." Wave pointed her thumb at him, "Star Fox's second-in-command, Falkie...err, Falco Lombardi!"

"Thanks, Wavie...uh, Wave." Falco thanked her,"Falco, why have you joined the Bab...Bab...Balogna Rouges?" Yoshi wanted to know."It's Babylon Rouges, Yoshi." Blaze corrected, "Yes, why have you joined them, Falco?" This wasn't easy for Lombirdo, "If you must know, I playin' on the odds, if I can't get confirmed back I'm joining these roughnecks as a gang member, again!" he explained, "My good friend, Fox McCloud, doesn't know about this much like me knowing he's plainning to ditch me when Brawl comes. But, I don't have time chat with you kitty, I'm gonna show Mario that second-in-commands can be just as powerful as leads, today!"

Mario stood his ground, "Let's start, Smash..." an intruder siren interrupted him, "Huh, looks like we'll have to deal this later." he left with the Rouges on a strange look board similar to his Sky Claw arwing. "Hey! Let's use these things to get out here!" Daisy jumped on a golden board she found lying around, we all got on those boards (Kirby's was an air ride and Wario's was a bike) and escaped this Factory...

Hey, Falco here, wondering how I became leader of the B.R.'s, checkout this Hidden Scene...
Hidden Scene (during Chapter 6): From second-in-command to leader
These four birds stumbled into this factory, in hopes of trying to steal something of value. Falco, hoping to get an answer, asked Wave and Storm, "Uh, how old are the both of you?" Without a doubt, Storm answered, "I'm nineteen years old and Wave's eighteen years old."
"Hmm, that's a strange question." Wave came in, "But, if you must know our leader's age, Jet is only fourteen years old." Falco thought to himself, 'These two are adults but take orders from a teenager, hmm...' That's when Falco told them, "Isn't Jet so adorable?" both Storm and Wave giggled, "Aww, our boss is smaller than us AND younger, too!" Storm replied, Falco and Wave chuckled, Jet turned but the three older birds looked away, whistling.
After Jet's head was turned around, Wave grabbed his cheeck,"Hey, boys, isn't he so precious?" Falco, Storm, and Wave laughed even harder, Jet got annoyed and took her hand off his beak. With a grim smile, "Falco, how old are you?" he questioned, "Twenty-eight, why'd you ask?" the falcon spoke.
"Well, then..." Jet started, "You're the new leader of the Rouges, then!" he finished. However, the hawk was loud it caught the attention of a sweeper...

Argh, good thing we got away from those sweepers... Now, we have to find the huge entity of Bowser's and defeat it...

Chapter 7: Giga Search

We arrived out of that crazy sparkworks...to be at a firey, dark wasteland of near extinction. "Oh, what is this place?!" Daisy exclaimed, "So...this is what happens to each consumed section." Blaze observed. Their plans must to turn Bros into wasteland like this... section by section.

"It only gets worse..." a voice spoke, "Great... now we're hearing voices. The only thing missing is a brainless zombie to complete the scene." Wario burst out. The small spark latched itself off of me to find the source of the sound."Hey! Reveal yourself, you shadow figure!" Mario pointed out. The person that came out was a small turtle with a green shell wearing blue shorts, white flats, and a cyan hoody sweater. "Ummm... Hi, there!" he spoke.

"Hey, I know you!" Daisy reconized him, "You're that other person revealed to be another host... Petalsburg's Koops." As the small spark came back after Koops was revealed."The power of Giga Bowser grows as more places become barren wastelands of water, fire, darkness, or ice." Koops continued on,"It's only a matter of time before the world...we know...dies."

I know now what we're up against: a being with untapped power striving for more domination against ANYONE."So, got a plan to stop this madness?" Yoshi asked, "Yes...the ONLY way to stop that psychopath..is to absorb him AND seal the demon in THAT realm that spawned him!" Mario and his dino buddy thought about this...Suddenly, my spark flew off into the unknown place.

"We might as well follow that spark of Ness's" Blaze suggested, "After all, I sense his dark flames..." we decide to high-tail my little spark of hope. However, it stopped near the enterance of some cave, until a familar band of thieves was in the way. "Hey, big guy!" Falco greeted us, "Fancy meeting you all here!"

"Um, hey birds." Koops called, "You people might know where Giga Bowser's residing?" Wave pointed to the cave, "This cave, seen behind us, is where he's been. In other words, you're look at a backdoor entrance!" she explained, "That fink may be plotting his next attack to ruin Smash Bros and increase his powers grades higher than his counterpart, Bowser!" Storm included.

"Good, now we can make sure to put that guy out from his reckless rampage!" Wario claimed, as Mario ran towards..."Hold it!" Falco blocked him off, "Mario, you think I was standing here for my health? You've got another thing coming!" the plumber started to catch on, "I think I know where you're going at. Sorry for making you wait, Falco!" Falco helped him up and made the call.

"Since I'm currently leading the Meteor-Shower Survivor elmibrawl tourney, let's use our championship match to determine who goes in!" he called out, "We're playing by 'Final Man, Stand, Smash' rules: The first team to knock out the opposing team's supporting members, then acquring a Final Smash KO on the leader wins!" the Rouges gasped.

"Not only that, the winning leader gets the meteors of the other eight fallen fighters, and the losing leader's meteor as well." Daisy hinted. "Falco," Koops said, "As leader, pick your teammates."

"I'm using the Babylon Rogues as my supporting members!" Falco exclaimed, "Oh...then, who do you want as Mario's teammates?" he thought about this, and pointed out: "I want Yoshi, Ness, and Blaze to fight on Mario's behalf!" So, the three of us approached Mario.

"Well, you heard it hear it's Mario and his team of the Princess, the Dinosaur, and the Psychic pitted against Falco and the three birds of Babylon!" Daisy cheered on, "Remember, Mario, Falco, and teammates: the leaders are invincible as long as he has at LEAST one supporter, the Final Smash will be active at the knock out of the last supporter of one team ONLY for the opposing side's leader, and if the Final Smash attacker fails to get the leader KO'd, then the reciver's teammates get to come back in the game, 'till a winner is determined!" Koops adviced.

"Get ready for the battle... at the Lylat Cruise!" The Pleiades rose from the ground we were standing on and took off...Oh, about Kirby and Wario they were on a seperate platform away from the high-speed ship. These were the last before the fight began:

Chapter 8 (Brawl): Meteor-Shower Survivor Championship Team Brawl

We all gave each other a stare down in this fashion before the signature three second start of the Brawl:

Lower plattform:Mario/Falco + Me (Ness)/Jet
Upper plattform:Blaze/Wave + Yoshi/Storm

Three...Two...One...Go!

The brawl was on, we (Mario and myself) took on Falco and Jet while our animal buddies fought the other birds. As you guessed, the damage meters of Mario and Falco stayed at 0% while the others increased. I picked up a capsle and threw at Jet send him soaring. He tried to recover...but I KO'd him with my meteor strike, however, the smash ball appeared.

Looks like this was unexpected, smash balls were the only item (besides containers + capsles) to be in the fight. As we all fought each other, the smash ball floated the stage randomly and aimlessly. Until... Yoshi shattered the orb and became Super Dragon. In this form, he spat fire at the Falco, Wave, and Storm in streams and indvidual blasts. The big guy threw a sci-fi crate at him, revaling another smash ball causing Yoshi to turn back into dinosaur form.

But to be sure not lose another smash item, Wave smacked Blaze and Yoshi with her wrench foward smash KO'ing only the dinosaur. She distracted them for Storm to break the item and activate 'Type-S Explosion'. The big guy's gear appeared in 'Bike' form, he rushed right at us putting an explosive on his OWN gear, 'This'll put those two out of the game!' Storm thought, leaping from the extreme deathtrap.

Type-S exploded, leaving Mario unharmed...while KO'ing me and Blaze in the process. Now, that Mario's by himself Falco now has a chance to win the match with HIS Final Smash. "SKY CLLLAAAWWW!" he screetched, jumping to the main hull of his arwing. However, with the Sky Claw, Mario had to survive 'till it went away...along with Storm and Wave assulting him.

"Let's smash him, so Falco gets a clear shot!" Storm suggested, "Right!" Wave agreed. They tried a charged foward Punch smash (Storm) and Wrench smash (Wave)... just to miss and be KO'd by Mario's foward Explosion 'Slap' smash. Zap! Red got blasted by the Sky Claw... but recovered. The machine started to flash, meaning Falco would have to KO him fast.

Unforunately, his time in the Sky Claw was up signaling he had to come out... and the three of us (me, Blaze, and Yoshi) get to come back... now Mario has the chance gets us the win with the fire storm, 'Mario Finale'! Falco started his assult to try keep this battle up by throw a sci-fi barrel containing...a smash ball. The bird had to be beaten before grabbing that smash ball, so Mario prepared the Final Smash... and fired.

"Come, on...Come, on!" Falco tried to activate the reflector, but it was still malfunctioning from his encounter against Mario at Nofair. "Aww, man!" he threw his hexagon device at the storm of fireballs. Unfortunately, it activated going back to him while Mario's attack came at us. "Guys, get behind me!" Blaze exclaimed, "Huh? She's grabbed the smash ball!" Yoshi examined her. With the power of the Sol Emeralds, she has become Burning Blaze. "Take this!" 'Mario Finale' has now became an unavoidable attack meaning Falco's finished.

"I hate thaaaaattt caaaaaatttt" Falco shouted, as he was KO'd by fire storm. "That last hit-and-run did the trick!" Koops called out, "Falco's now Falco a la Outta Here!" Daisy added, "That's right, he's been knocked out and the match goes to Mario's team!"

After we arrived back at the flaming wastelands, with Mario in possion of nine meteors (his own and the other fallen warriors'), the Rogues were helping the 'well done' Falco Lombardi. "Mario," he called in his weaken trance, "Take...this." Falco's meteor was now Mario's. "It's okay birdie," Mario complemented, "You and the Rogues were defeated now, if I save Bros, you'll be able to fight another day in Brawl!"

My light deattched itself and went in the cave, Mario and the others went in. Blaze stopped me before the entrance, "Ness, before we go in," she began, "I want you to realize no matter what happens, we'll defeat this creature at any cost!" we stared at each other 'till..."Hey, what are you two waiting for?" Wave shouted, "Get in there and take down THAT bloated beanbag, Giga Bowser!" Storm jumped in. This was now or never as we went inside that cave...

We're starting to something out of the end of tunnel, and it doesn't feel great...

Chapter 9: Firey ambitions

This was crazy, all found outta that tunnel is... the lair of Giga Bowser. "Umm, are you sure sending Yoshi away was a good idea?" Koops questioned, "I'm sure, besides he says he's 'not that dopey little dragon who joined since Bros.' I doubt that!" Blaze answered. We searched all over Fire Pit for the collussus, but no dice.

Until, the ground quaked very violently due to the instablity of this near active spot. "Mwa ha ha ha! Look what the fire dropped in!" That spine chilling voice... it was Giga Bowser, himself! "I knew that you and that birdbrained idiot, Falco Lombardi, would fight each other for the right to battle me!" he boomed, "The tournament was just a big setup in our next step to world conquest!"

"What's that suppose to mean..." Mario stopped, "Does this mean YOU'RE responsible for the tourney AND this...this madness?!" Giga gave a deathly smirk, "You could say that me, two friends, and Eggman Nega..." After hearing this, Blaze felt shocked... "I should have known..." she wispered to herself, "However, your charade stops here, you brute!" Wario called out.

"Yes." Mario agreed, "There's only way to do that, too! Giga Bowser, I challenge you to a Smash Bros Brawl!" The tyrant gave it a thought, "I accept, but... you MUST fight by yourself so, TAKE THIS!" All of us, but Mario, Daisy (wearing her sports outfit oppose to her princess clothes), and Giga Bowser, were blasted aside, "The barrier surrounding us keeps those losers out and all of us in!" Giga Bowser informed, "Ready for death?!"

"The only thing I'm to do..." he paused, "...is keep this from getting out of hand!" the red-hatted fool...err, hero preped himself. "Allright, this match will end when one of is unable to fight!" Daisy pointed out, "Ready?"

Hidden Scene (Before Chapter 9): Need some asisstance
"Yoshi, can I get you to make yourself useful?" Blaze asked the small dinosaur, "Sure, anything we might need. So, what do we need?" she turned away for a bit, then spoke. "I need you to find ANYONE that can be of help." Yoshi gulped, sighed, and told her, "Blaze, there's no one around... these parts any more and why? YOU think I'm a child, huh? Well, I'm that same dopey dragon who enrolled since the beginning..."
"Besides, with me gone, what other animal is gonna watch Mario?" he questioned, "I'll be here...with him until you return." she gently answered. With another sigh, Yoshi was off...'I just hope I'll be able to make back here...on time...' he thought, sadly...

Chapter 10 (Brawl) Mario vs Giga Bowser
An ultimate showdown of epic proportions!

Chapter 10 (Brawl): Mario vs Giga Bowser

Mario knew that there was no room for mess-ups, because this guy's dangerous. Not only is he surrounded by a fire barrier that can damage him, there's no items in his aid! "Mwa ha ha ha!" Giga chuckled, "You're not a match for me, Mario!" he didn't move but attacked him with overwelming force.

Suddenly, Mario was hit and slammed against the barrier, the guy got badly burned. His only straegy was to damage Giga with quick attacks with minimal injuries, if neccessary. "Time to turn up the heat!" G.B. suddenly caused the temperature in the Fire Pit to increase. "Oh, boy..." Mario's energy was being sapped by the intense heat. Until... I noticed a strange looking flower blooming on the field.

"Mario! Pick up the flower." Wario adviced, "It'll turn you into Fire Mario!" Schuffling towards the item, Mario instantly morphed into his flaming form after plucking it.'What's with the switch?' he stood on top of it to activate. "Argh!" Giga grunted, "If he activates the five switches, I'll lose power and Mario may activate a stong final smash!" Knowing that spewing flame would regenerate fire boy's health, so Giga used his dark, electric, and ice powers.

Switch by switch, Mario wasn't about to give in to the big monsterous creature. When the last switch went active, the smash bros symbol lit up, Giga started to sway in a dizzy fashion. "Now's your chance!" Blaze called, "Activate Final Smash!" Instead of a Fire Storm, Mario unleashed an unseen attack.

He threw a fireball, with Giga trapped, I'm starting to feel bad for the poor guy. Mario unleashed a fury of attacks, similar to either Link's Triforce Slash/ Ike's Great Aether, after that full-steam fury he KO'd him with punch... Giga Bowser was finished.

"Allright," Mario pulled a red Chaos Emerald and a blue Chaos Emerald from his hat, "Nothing can protect you from this!" Giga Bowser, started to drift off into the red guy. Mario started to feel a strange pain for split-seconds. "Oh." he sighed, "What's keeping him from being absorbed into me?" That last attack had drained Mario's fire power turning him into an empty vessel.

Blaze went up to him, putting her hand on his shoulder, he instantly looked at the girl, "Blaze?" Mario questioned, "I'll take Giga Bowser. You don't have to worry about me, my soul's been lit with flames. I should be accepted in your place." she took the emeralds from him... How did he EVEN get those Chaos Emeralds?!

Mario backed away from Blaze, who absorbed the Giant Monster within her. "You might not want to stall. Ness, use your PK Flash... to seal us... in a different dimension." she spoke out. "No way, I can't do something like that!" I had to refuse, it's not like me to destroy anyone. "Didn't we go through this already?" Blaze reminded, "We agreed to save Smash Bros at any cost!"

I realized that and started, "PK Fla..." I stalled, "PK Fla... Fla... Fla..." the guilt got to me, "I'm sorry! I wouldn't know how to forgive myself after that! We battled side-by-side... together. We're friends, right?" she went to hug me before the unimaginable.

"You're still a very curious child." Blaze started, "But... It's what I liked about you!" she let go before... it happened. I ran to Daisy and burst into tears, while she tried to comfort me. Blaze started floating... and FADING away from our sights. Mario, who had been away, was near the edge. "Good luck, Mario!" was all she had left to say.

We all knew that the kitten... was gone from our lives. The Fire Pit had been returned to its former glory at a price. Mario went over and pat my shoulder, "It's okay, Ness!" he begun, "Don't cry. We'll still be able to save her and Smash Bros..." My light lattched itself off and seemed to vanish, now my tiny light... my day's bad and just seems to get worse!

Outta no where, Yoshi dashed towards us with a smile. "Hey,everyone...What's going on? It looks like someone died...Uh, speaking of dying, I brought some help!"
The help he brought was... Sonic the Hedehog?! "Yoshi said that you guys are trying to save Bros... How about I lend you all a hand?" Sonic adviced...

Hidden Scene (After the Brawl): Can't Let Her Go
After Blaze took the emeralds, I stepped aside from her. I sighed, what had kept the absorbtion from being a success. In an attempt to make a fireball, nothing came out of my hands. 'Oh!' I thought to myself, 'That NEW Final Smash drained me of my fire powers turning me into an empty vessel! With his pickiness, Giga Bowser WILL refuse to take empty vessels!' Meaning, Blaze would be sacrificed for nothing!
I threw my hat off, dashed past the others, and jumped over the edge (putting my OWN life at risk for hers). "Jets, don't fail me!" tapping my heels together after the leap to activate my new rocket shoes."Blaze!" I tried to call out to her, she was starting to fade. She did seem to notice, 'Mario?' Blaze thought, I wasn't gonna lose this princess NO...MATTER...WHAT! I tried to grab her hand but it just pass through.
Without fire powers, my shoes deactivated sending me to MY OWN DESTRUCTION. So, I turned and used Super Jump Punch to grab the edge. All I could do was stare as she faded away, "Good luck, Mario!" were the only words of comfort Blaze spoke. I gave her a solemn wave and told softly, "Goodbye, Princess Blaze...the...Cat." after that I smashed my fist in the ground, harshly.
'Giga Bowser better hope we don't meet in the ring again...' I growled to myself, "Cause I'm gonna make sure you NEVER live to do anything else!" I roared this out loud...

Wow, so that's the dark side of Mario...Oh, readers! Your favorite Koopa King, or not so favorite, Bowser. If you read this chapter, don't come to the conclusion that Blaze died like Ness did! Here's what REALLY happened in the Hidden Scene...

Hidden Scene (After Chapter 10): Bowser, King of Heroes
I never suspect that I'd see this place again, the Giga Dimension, a place were anything under a royal bloodline would been banished here. That acursed beast, you-know-who, had been sealed in me when I was a child. The same day my parents died, leaving me alone with the hag, Kammy Koopa, who planted an evil spell that would one day cause a beast of dark power to exsist.
I tried to remain strong, but the feeling of destruction of my image, put sorrow in my heart. Suddenly, I heard a groan, it sounded a bit...feminine. From a distance, someone was being tortured by Miser G, a dark being in Luigi's image, and the Shadow Queen, I don't know who she was because I was KO'd by Mario at the time. "Allright, little girl, WHERE'S those mangy people you where with?! TALK!" Miser G used dark missile on the poor girl. "Hmm, seems that her will is strong." Shadow Queen responded, "Well," Miser G grabbed his cape, "I have a way of forcing Blaze to talk or she's going to lose her nine lives!"
Blaze?! What's she doing here, unknown to her, anything NOT cursed with darkness becomes very weak and as if it lost its powers. To fool them, I took this potion from the Smash Bros Medic (Former fighter) Dr. Red (AKA Dr. Mario), to turn myself into Skeletal Bowser. As I approached them,"Huh, Skeletal Bowser?!" the Shadow Queen noticed, "Not like you to rise with no meaning, but here's a task. Torture the Princess 'till she confesses where those kids who plan to destroy our plans, Eggman Nega calls us both..." Miser G pointed out. I had to wait out those numbskulls to morph back to Bowser.
"Do you remember me, Blaze?" I asked, she couldn't reconize me until I morphed back to living version of myself, "That person... Bowser?" she saw through me. She was bruised up and with some rips on her clothes as I helped her up. "Did Miser G and Shadow Queen do this to you?!" I cautionly questioned. "Yes..." Blaze said her state of pain, "They were going to torture me until I reavealed where Mario and the others where. But, I couldn't do that to them from my scarifice."
Suddenly, a small green light shown itself, I was like 'What's that thing?' but Blaze could reconize it. "Ness's light..." she stared as the light went by, "Come on Bowser, maybe we can find our way out of this place." I stood by the weaken Queen (some of us refer to Blaze as Queen), the quicker we find the exit of this dark place, the better if you asked...

Chapter 11: Misguided By Purple Woods

After our guilt on Blaze's demise passed away, we suddenly came to a purple forest. "Huh, looks like the Giga Dimension. Hey, Yoshi, remember this place?" Mario reconized the smog, "Yeah, it was the day, in Melee, when he was born!" he followed. "When who was born?" Sonic asked, "I'll give you the deets..." Mario took the blue hedgehog aside.

"Uhh, guys..." Koops neverously shook, "Something c-c-coming this way!" a huge flame appeared. We all stood back, in case this was another threat, a black shoe with a green bottom stomped out the fire. This guy was huge, scaly, spiky, dressed in purple pants, gray sleeve-less jacket, a flaming shirt with his face, and wore green wrist bands and an orange head band with a red serpant on each, "Aren't you all glad to see me? I'm feeling really hurt." he responded. It was G.B.'s human side (well, he's a turtle but who's to judge), Bowser, but what was he doing there and why.

"Hey big boy," Daisy told him, "You're by yourself, huh? Even without your dark feral side, you still have the ablity to cross into the Giga Realm?" Koops questioned. He explained that it was some green thing had led him out of that Dimension. "Green thing..." I thought to myself, staring at my shirt without my spark.

"Would it happen to be this?" a shadow figure of a lady was holding it, "Do you all remember me?" the light revealed her to be... Blaze the Cat?! "You're still alive?!" I shrieked, "But, we all saw you fade away, you're suppose to be dead!" Bowser reconvinced me, "Ness, did Waluigi take your brain along with your powers? Sacrificed does NOT mean the same thing as dead, you just get banished to a different dimension (in our case)!"

Despite being badly injured, I was glad to see Blaze again (along with Daisy, Kirby, Koops, and Yoshi who ran up and hugged her). "Let's get in there. We might as well save this place from being dark." Mario spoke with an evil grin, "Am I missing anything? Can someone please tell me what's going?" Bowser had no clue that Bros was under siege.

As we went further through the Giga demented Woods, shouts were heard. "What makes you think that we now know where Mario is?" that voice... it was Falco of the Babylon Rouges, Mario jumped in (something expected from Wario). "So, looks like the hero's back." Storm pointed out, "Falco's being tortured until he says where you are." Wave adviced.

"Looks like putting this birdie in harm, similar to what I did to kitten girl, would drive you out!" Miser G taunted, Mario didn't say a word. "The poor dear's too stun for words." Shadow Queen added in, the ruby hatted man smiled that evil grin from before. "For the both of you, all I have this to say..." he started, "Who do you think you are using torture for your own means, busters?" his voiced got gruff similar to... his alter-ego.

Mario threw his hat in the air, jumped up, and appeared... as Wario. "Waa ha ha ha!" he laughed at the two beings of darkness, "If you're that big slob, equal to Mario, then where's..." the Shadow Queen was trapped in a fire orb. The REAL Mario started his flurry of high speed attacks until launching her with his down Smash Kick.

"So, Miser G, you tortured Blaze until she said where me and the others are?" he uttered, "This would be a new low, even for Bowser!" The dark man gave a grimace, "Really? To me, it would be a new high, getting helpless princesses to flush you out!" the miser responded, Mario's new fuzzy, finger-less gloves lit on fire as he started another Fire Rampage entrapment fire orb.

To avoid his partner's fate, Miser G tapped his scepter on the ground, banishing the darkness of the Giga Dimension from the woods. "Consider this place a freebie." he begun, "But, you'll never be able to take back the Rocky Region to the West and the Main Plaza. Ah ha ha ha!" he dissolved along with the darkness. "Well, that was anticlimatic!" Bowser concluded.

A hand reached out for the Koopa King, "Argh, somebody help me!" he shouted, we suddenly saw who's kidnapping Bowser. "So, looks like you're still around? No matter it's only a matter of time 'till you disappear!" an old man spoke, taking away with the big guy roaring in peril.

Looks like the Rogues left, I'm starting to wonder if this is the deadly part of TOD? "Ness, we have to head for the Mountain Region." Blaze responded, "Here you'll need your small spark..." it reattached itself from her cape to my T-Shirt...

"Sonic, about Giga Bowser... How do I put this?" Mario started, "This being appeared during Melee. The Giga Dimension had consumed Final Destination for the moment Peach, Yoshi, and myself arrived. Bowser, who was KO'd, got struck by lightning and transformed into the fiend." the hedgehog seemed to listen, "Mario, was Giga Bowser always evil?" Sonic asked.
"No, he's very nice by nature as a guardian." Mario answered, "Until the unbalanced nature of darkness try to control or defuse him from Bowser. Then, he's a mindless tool of destruction." the blue hedgehog went back to the others, "We're all going to need watch for him!"
With the others in the Giga infested woods, Wario gave his counterpart a potion. "Mario, in case there's anything suspicious, let's use this to fool those demented idiots!"

Well, the last place liberation didn't take ANY effort, now we're at the Mountains of Bros. The stage setting for the FINAL SHOWDOWN will arrive anytime...

Chapter 12: Rock Rollers of Spins/ (Mount. Slam Showdown)

Mount. Slam, the region that suffers constant earth tremors, earthquakes, and earthly-elemental themes. "Nice place, huh?" Daisy adviced, "We can make this the background for the Battlefield!" a rock slide came down. We had to think fast to keep from being flatten.

Except... this place shook up, so we had jump over when the ground quaked. Daisy and Blaze had difficulties because they wore high heels, which aren't good shoes for jumps or running. Sonic used spin dash to tear up the medium-sized rocks to bits. "Get behind, I'll take care of them!" he was doing fine. Until, a giant boulder came in the way which stopped him cold. Wario, however, rammed it down with a shoulder charge.

"That should take care of the bould-" he rammed into a steel door, "Ow! Grr, mama mia. We'll need a super charge machine to break this thing!" Out of the blue, Kirby and the princesses came at high speed on a machine, the Dragoon. The rest of us were swept up before 'nother quake and boarded Dragoon.

At blinding speed, we impacted against the door, and succesfully shattered it to pieces. After our crash course, an old fiend was waiting in the wings. "So, we all meet again here at Mt. Slam?" Miser G asked, "You villian, I thought we'd never see your mug again!" Wario teased.

"Oh, sure make jokes now. But now, your problems come crashing down! TREMORE!" He called. Out of nowhere, a massive golem came out of the earth, "Wha ha! He's no match..." the biker was blasted with some beam, "What the... My oversized arms, what did you do?" he growled, rubbing his arms. "Can't punch your way out of this!" Miser G adviced, "The big arms and herculian strength has vanished. You've now gotta fight similar to your allies to break Tremore! Ah ha ha ha!"

Wario usually relies on his herculian strength, without it he must fight in a different fashion. Until, Mario saw four different orbs on the walls (two on each side), he quickly dug in his pockets for... a piece of candy?! "This is 'Final Smash' candy. Grants its user Final Smash..." Mario read on, "If F.S. is transform, gives different ablities. Wario, eat this!" the candy was chomped on. Since, Wario's F.S. is Wario-Man... he took out a clove of garlic, ate it, and transformed.

"You might want to grab an orb for temporary power!" Koops pointed out. With that, our superhero flew and over, to avoid the power dealing attacks of Tremore. After acquiring an orb, his power returned (temporarly), dealing massive damage to the big oaf before return to his power loss. He did this two more times until he was down to his final orb.

At that point, 'Final Smash' wore off turning him back to normal. To make sure Wario would lose, Tremore tried to destroy the orb... only for it to turn black. "Ah ha ha ha ha! Come and get me, Rocky!" another voice was hear from... the orb?! "Oh, that black orb... Luigi said he'd have a Final Smash like that..." Mario noticed. The orb had morphed into... his younger brother, Luigi! "Hi!" he greeted everyone.

"Who do you think you are, Luigi? Me?" Kirby questioned. That orb attack put Tremore in a state of weakness, "Tremore's not gonna harm anyone, anymore!" Luigi used his sly kick taunt... causing the golem to come crumbling down! "My golem... Wait, if it isn't the 'little brother' of Mario's, Luigi!"

"Miser G, why are you putting my bro and his friends in danger?" Luigi was confused... "He was just a distraction for them for the grand plan! Nothing can save you all now..." like last time, he faded along with the darkness surrounding the region. 'Grand plan...It's not gonna happen as long I'm here!' the green machine murmured.

"Wario, get the others outta of here, I want to talk my bro in private." Luigi suggested, looks like we'll have to charge back to the Main Plaza. Now we've got the enemy on the ropes, they've got nowhere to hide AND not looking so go now!

Luigi: Bro, you remember Giga Bowser right?
Mario: Yeah, why?
Luigi: The one in the Fire Pit was a total fake! The real one's with some guy named Eggman Nega at the Main Plaza.
Mario: Oh dear, that means we've got hurry!
Luigi: But, I heard there's two ways to dominate a being of darkness.
Mario: Meaning he has to be sealed in the Giga Dimension...
Luigi: In my research, a Giga can be silenced by showing superior willpower over it!
Mario: Okay! Let's-a...
Luigi: However, you must be the vessel this time. Don't let Blaze sacrifice herself. If that happens, you'll never see her again...for good!

Chapter 13: The Sealing Feeling

After coming back to our Dimension, we stormed back to the Main Plaza. "Ness, look!" Kirby pointed out, "Shooting stars, let's make a wish." the both of us were dragged by Blaze, still staring at the dark skies. "We're gonna need more than just wishes to save everyone!" she quoted, "Darkness decends..."

It became full of some strange crystal-like rock, "Huh? This place is the Plaza? It's so beautiful..." Daisy eyed the place, "...as well as dangerous to be!" a huge giant brought up. "So, it took you a LOT of time? That's boring, I hate boring, it's no fun waiting!" it was Bowser... Due to his zero tolerance of waiting. "Hey Bowser, people HATE others that rush them!" Sonic pointed, "Rush? Take a look around, hedgehog! Time won't wait for ANY man, woman, kid, cat, hedgehog, puffball, or turtle!"

"I agree with my counterpart, Sonic. The timer of light has come blinking out!" a dark cloud swirled, morphing into a monsterous beast. "I'm back in town, fools!" ...Giga Bowser?! "Impossible! Mario faced off with and..." Wario started, "...had him sealed away. When the one at the Fire Pit was an obvious fake!" Miser G finished.

"Sorry, I couldn't fight you myself. But, I'm a very busy man!" G.B. explained, Miser G saw Blaze. "You must be one very lucky kitty to escape the Giga Dimension. Only that strange light on your friend may ruin us!" he boomed. My light didn't vanish away, it helps like a guide for ANY distressed person in need. "Giga, make sure that NONE of this trash hinders our plans, by any means." a portal appeared that the miser vanished in.

"This time, I want a REAL fight Giga Bowser, no tricks!" Mario demanded, "Allright, this time I'm the one who gonna murderlize you, Mario! Your friends just got themselves front row seats for your death!" Giga taunted in a menacing fashion. Suddenly, Blaze and Bowser approached the plumber. "I'm coming in at this Brawl, too!" she jumped in, "You're not gonna make me sit at the sidelines!" he added.

"...Blaze? ...Bowser?" Mario asked with a confused stare on his face, "Go ahead, have your little friends help, it would take a miracle to beat me!" Giga Bowser went back in that same position, similar from the Brawl Chapter 10. This time, the battle's three-vs-one against the demon!

Hidden Scene (during the Chapter): Help from above
"Uhh..." Falco groaned on his knees, he and the Babylon Rouges had a run-in from Miser G. They had been blasted to the Fire Pit by an unkown attack from the dark gentleman. "Falco, we need some help!" Jet shouted as he, Wave, and Storm were holding on the edge of the cliff.
In order to keep them southern-fried, bluebird quickly assisted the Hawk up, then the Swallow girl. However, when Falco tried Storm... he grabbed his leg, causing him to fall off. "I'm up, Falco... Uh, Boss?" Storm didn't reconize that... his boss was now hanging for his life. "Guys..." Falco began, "Just go on to... the Main Plaza... without me..." his hand was just about to let go of the edge, dropping him in the lava.
Suddenly, from nowhere, a hand grabbed onto Falco's sleeve. 'Huh? I thought I'd be Falco a la cer'ulian by now...' this person who saved Falco... was Fox McCloud, Leader of the Star Fox. "So Falco, had to save you in the skies... now on foot? You never change a bit!" he teased. "Fox, I haven't been honest with you these past months..." Falco confessed, "Oh, intro! Rouges, Fox McCloud; Fox, Jet, Wave, Storm."
"So, these birds you've been seeing? Babylon Rouges, am I right?" Fox questioned, "How'd... you find out... the truth?"
Someone may have tipped the leader in on how his second-in-command wasn't around often. "We'll talk later. But, first we must storm the Main Plaza, of something strange. It's only another month and four days before Brawl! Last, you've been reconfirmed to retain your second year status..."

Rematch Time! Giga Bowser's back, and this time he's real! Mario now has two royal teammates: Princess Blaze and... King Bowser?!

Chapter 14 (Brawl): Dark Diamonds and Fire
(Team Mario vs Giga Bowser)

All bets' of Bros have been turned on, because if Giga escapes this encounter, Mario and the rest of us are gonna have deep issues. "Mario, with me and the big turtle on your side, you'll have to focus on Giga Bowser." Blaze suggested, "I'll activate the five switches giving you access to Fire Rampage!" Bowser digging in the crystals for some reason and pulled... a smash orb?

"This'll get 'freak of the week's' attention!" he flashed in the orb's color, "Skeletal Bowser transformation!" lava splashed him turning the guy into a skeleton. "Hey, dummy! Come get me..." he threw bones at his 'dark feral' self. Unknown to G.B., Mario was pelting him with attacks from behind while Blaze activated the final switch signaling the Smash Bros emblem, Fire Rampage was waiting in the wings.

"Not this time!" Giga Bowser slammed his fists on the ground and then his head, resulting in a fissure, knocking Bowser and Blaze into the new barrier. It didn't do damage, however, the two were momentarly unable to move (if your shield broke or stared at Mewtwo's eyes during disable). "Time for reigns to die, NOW!" G.B. repeated the process with both royal beast between his fists. But, before he could slam his head... Giga was trapped in a fire orb.

Mario, who ran at light speed leaving after images of himself, battered the brute in a new string of his own attacks ending with an Upwards Skull Knocker Smash. Giga came crashing down, but with his last bit of energy, he reached out for Mario... then collapsed.

"Blaze, you know what to do! Absorb Giga Bowser, in his corrupted condition, even I can't get him!" Bowser handed her those very same emeralds from before, "Allright, Giga Bowser you're..." Mario grabbed her shoulder, "Mario!" Blaze stop to notice him. "I can't let you do this again!" he told the gal, taking the emeralds away, "He must be sealed away in me! I'm sure of this..."

"Mario, if he didn't take you last time..." Wario started, "What makes you think that you'll be accepted, THIS TIME?!" he was in for a big surprize. Mario was burning in rage, meaning, Giga Bowser suspected that the plumber retained fire powers. The giant drifted in and took him as the vessel... our small red guy dropped the emeralds and turned around to us, eyes closed. "Mwa ha ha ha! Time for me to turn everyone's favorite hero into everyone's living nightmare!" Giga said... from inside Mario.

"Looks like we have to seal you away, Mario!" Blaze sighed, obtaining the blue emerald, "Sniff! You were a good arch nemisis up until now..." Bowser sobbed, putting the red emerald in his claw. Looks like Mario won't get to be in Brawl, if it hadn't been for Luigi. "Stop! We can't seal Mario away, that's never the answer."

(A moment and half later)

"Mario's gone and I'm still around!" Giga Bowser spoke, now in the body of Luigi's brother, "Luigi, I'm afraid we must do this!" Bowser suggested, "Blaze, give me the emerald and comfort the 'soon to be orphan'!" she put the gem in his other claw and hugged the tear filled sibling. "Wait, look!" Daisy pointed, Giga Bowser was struggling in internal pain from Mario's body, "Can't maintain... evil grasp... on him! Too much... happiness, smiles, and memories... have to... hold on! GRRRAAAAAAHHHHH!" he cried out, a dark flash concealed Mario.

When it subsided, Mario's clothes had a biker look, the jacket, pants, and hat were jet black while his shirt and gloves (Fingerless and Fuzzy) were red. His gloves had black M's and the fuzzy cuffs turned into red flames whlie the M on his remained the same (red). Mario had turned into being called 'Dark Flame Mario', but... who was superior to the other, Mario or Giga Bowser? His eyes opened to be... bright blue, meaning, our hero had conqured back in control of his mind.

"Guys and Princesses, that's not all it did!" he defused Giga Bowser, who seemed much happier. "Thanks to Mario, I'm now the guardian I was before Eggman Nega corrupted me!" G.B. annouced, "Now, if you'll excuse me..." he forged his way back to Bowser. "Mario, you must make a portal to the dark world!" he pointed, "Those accursed beings must be punished in one Final Brawl at Final Destination!"

Secret Scene Luigi Brawl Styled Tape: How to dominate a being of Darkness to good
Luigi here, if you're watching this, then you or someone you care for must be possessed by Darkness. In that case, follow these steps:
1: Stare down anyone in the eyes and try to find good memories shared with. (Relatives are inelgiable but Doupplegangers are acceptable)
2: Peek into the eyes of the person who fell victim to darkness in their own image for greater memories shared. Ex: Giga Bowser= Bowser
3: Glance into the eyes of anyone who nearly suffered and expell greatest memories. Ex: Queen Blaze the Cat
If followed right, the being who possessed you, will suffer in memories of happiness. Transforming them into beings of light as oppose to darkness. In my next tape... Oh, mashed potatoes!- Luigi

Here's what happened in the Hidden Scene...
Hidden Scene: Mario's memories vs Giga Bowser
"Luigi, get out of my way!" Bowser demanded, Master G stood in front of Mario with his arms out, "No way!" he refused. Luigi's knees trembled, he wasn't as courageous as his older brother. "You don't know what you're doing, Luigi!" Blaze assisted, "There's no other way to keep him from destruction!"
"That's right Luigi, just keep saying that to yourself!" Mario's voice changed from Italian to gruff Bronx, 'Gotcha, you big dark turtle-dragon!' Luigi wrapped his right arm around his brother... and quickly grabbed it with his left hand, putting him in a headlock. "Ohh, you're making this difficult than it has to be!" Blaze scolded, "Allright Giga Bowser, let's you survive the good times Mario had... with Kirby!" Mister G made the possessed plumber stare at the puffball.
In his (Mario's) thoughts:
Mario: I see Kirby...and we're at the battlefield...
Kirby: Bowser and Dedede don't stand a chance against our combined power!
G.B.: It's gonna take more than some pink gumball to save yourself!
"Next up, Yoshi!"
Mario: I see Yoshi... the back of his head... I'm on his back...
Yoshi: Time for the fan favorites of Nintendo to battle Sega's fan favorites!
G.B.: Are you kidding me?!? Is that the best you have, Yoshi?!?
"Ness!"
Mario: I'm patting him... making the child better...
Ness: Are you sure we'll be able to rescue Blaze... Sniff!
G.B.: Yawn!
"Uh, Sonic?"
Mario: That grin... he's shaking my hand...

"Are you sure that's going to work?" Blaze questioned, "He seems to be unaffected by our memories of him!" Everyone, stared at the plumber, "This plan has to work!" Luigi spoke, "We can't sacrifice him... we just can't!" Mario closed his menacing orange eyes. All that can be done is to see... if he can be saved...

It's come to this... one final... Showdown at Final Destination!

(Final Brawl) Chapter 15: Team D.F.M. vs Miser G

After Dark Flame got us through to this darken shadow of F.D., the others (similar to Mario) had transformed. Here's what each person of our group turned into:

Wario: Wario-Man
Yoshi: Super Dragon
Blaze: Burning Blaze
Bowser: Giga Bowser
Daisy: Fire Daisy
Koops: Aquatic Koops
Sonic: Super Sonic
Me (Ness): Burning Ness
Luigi: Green Fire Mecha
Kirby: Kirby... (unchanged)

"Aww!" Kirby groaned, "I'm the ONLY person without a noticeable alter-ego change?" Wow... Kirby's incompatible of getting new alter-ego changes, just like the E3 movie! But here's the thing... some organ was blurring that strange music from before. In front of it, was the dark Miser G, singing along with the tune. He turned as the organ disappeared, "So, like my tune?" Miser G asked, "You've been transformed into your super forms... What's with him?" pointing at the pink kid.

"Can we please start this battle?" Kirby got fustrated, "Allright, allright, can't take the fact that you can't transform?" Somehow, the four of the same familar switches were active. Hanging from his pocket was the Shadown Queen's crown and Eggman Nega's glasses. 'Those worthless wastes of darkness, got what they deserved!' he thought. "Time to fight in the cold depths of the dark!" the miser snarled, turning on the last switch.

This causes anyone with a normal transformation to turn into darker version of themselves (Ex: Dark Flame Mario and Giga Bowser). Meaning, the alter-ego contains a dark alter-ego. Confusing huh, here's the forms we're now in...

Wario-Man: Wild Wario
Super Dragon: Devil Dragon
Burning Blaze: Dark Burn Blaze
Fire Daisy: Dark Rose
Aquatic Koops: Tidal Koops
Super Sonic: Darkspine Sonic
Burning Ness: Psycho Fire Ness
Kirby: Kirby... (still nothing?)

Our attacks couldn't do anything, due to the fact he dodged everything we threw at him! Suddenly, he launched a missle, KO'ing everyone but me, Blaze, Kirby, Mario and Wario. "Your friends are gone, but their dark powers are mine!" He pointed his scepter, aborbing them into the weapon.

"Huh? Looks like he's got a weakpoint: the scepter!" W.W. pointed, "Mario, use Fire Rampage!" He threw the signature fire orb, it missed. "Ha! Where's your orb now!" it stuck him in the back, durring the flurry Kirby morphed into a being called Omni-Kirby. He became neon white, his eyes were golden, and blush marks vanished.

My light then brought me an assist trophy, "Activate its power!" it spoke, the light merged with the trophy as I raised it over my head. When Mario finished Fire Rampage, the scepter fell... and landed in the hands of... Waluigi?! "Miser G, give up!" rather than face humliation, he activate a bomb. "Let's see you try, because this bomb's thinking differently!" he laughed. We only had three minutes to defeat him or be destroyed. The others had been revived by the scepter. Without it, Miser G wasn't even a challenge.

We combined our powers, for one last rampage one the helpless being. During our ambush, the bomb was down to its last thirty seconds. After the final blow, the Miser disappeared along with our 'dark super' forms. The bomb was getting ready to blow, with these final words:

Waluigi: Kirby, throw the bomb in the air!

The explosion was minimized to a flash from some scepter blast from Waluigi. "Didn't think I let you be killed in this point?" he started, "That light was me all along!" Wow, the guy that hated us (Me and Blaze) protected us through this whole experience. "Blaze, Ness, I don't... normally do this but... I'm sorry for putting the both of you down." he spoke, we stuck our hands out if Waluigi was gonna give us a handshake. He looked nervously at his own hand, extended it out a bit, grasped ours, and shook them. I guess this would be the end of those beings of the Dark, "Let's go home!" he announced.

Some details of this fight and the hidden scenes are better off left in the dark... But not this guy's bio! -Ness

Ending: Ceremonial Finale

"Hey, even though we're retiring from fighting me and Roy will still be apart of smash bros as the medic and part of the royal guard." Dr. Red announced, some fighters of this year will no longer be in active duty, "We'd like to give this moment for Mewtwo, Young Link, and Pichu." Roy suggested. After a moment, "Thank you for your time." the two had walked off stage, "That was Dr. Red and Roy!" Waluigi appeared.

After the slide show of greatest moments shared in Melee, Mario went up on stage, "Here's the champion of the Meteor-Shower Survivor tournament!" Blaze announced. He put the meteor in the ten different stands, sparks flew in a pattern with a big mushroom symbol at the end. "We'd like to thank you all for making Melee a big success!" Daisy claimed, "Me, Blaze, Daisy, and Waluigi are going to expect great things in Brawl from you smash bros!" Koops expected.

After the ceremony, Mario wanted me to come to his place. "So Ness, are you glad that you're still with us?" he asked, I felt way better than glad. "Yeah Mario, I shouldn't have gotten so frightened by the 'up until now' on Lucas' post!" I answered. "Do you still have the meteors from the tourney?" Blaze wondered, they shined in strange colors: Red, Gold, Lilac, Light Green, Blue, Dark Green, Violet, and Gray.

They all went up to the night's sky and flashed, the stars had rearranged themselves in a swirl. After the swirl, they had morphed into beings of the four of us. "Wow, those stars look pretty!" Yoshi had examined the skies, "Ohhh, I've never had felt this happy for a long time." Blaze looked up as well. "You see, just put hope in your heart and a smile, good things can be expected!" Mario pointed out, looks like I'll be staying here for Brawl.

It'll be a while 'till we get our own copy of brawl, but here's what happened in the afterhours of Melee...-Ness

Mario Bros.
Those two plumber brothers are still in the same status (Mario:starting; Luigi:unlockable) as the previous installments. "Don't worry about the Poltergust 3000, it was just a vaccum cleaner." Luigi claimed, he was suppose to have the gadget this year but it died moments before Luigi got reconfirmed. "So, I'll see you later, Master G?" Mario asked, "See you later, Blaze!" Luigi left, with his bro confused. That's the day Mario earned the nickname, Blaze.

Yoshi
"Mmm, that potion was sweet!" he spoke putting his glass down. Yoshi was hired by Dr. Red (AKA Dr. Mario) to sample his latest creations in the form of various foods and drinks for smash bros food items plus. "You like that? Try this." he handed him a hot dog and a green glowing drink. After he consumed them, he glowed in a stange aura. His smash bros status, he's still available at the start.

Babylon Rogues (minus Falco Lombardi)
"So, are you okay with this?" Wave asked Jet, "Yeah, now that he's the new leader, I'll be on my way as a bounty hunter!" he boarded on the Type-J and went his way. 'Falco, I hope you'll take care of my gang!' he thought to himself. Storm and Wave went back to Smash Bros, the Babylon Rogues have now been split ever since.

Falco Lombardi
"That's right Falco, let it all out!" Fox had been held tightly by the blue bird, "I can't believe the Babylon Rouges ARE GONE!" Falco wailed. "You'll see them again one day." Fox broke free from his grip, "Just remain strong until then..." he adviced. Falco had gotten light blue flame tatoos, similar to the Rouges, across his wrists and hands. He felt devastated until, "What does that fuzz brain know?" a hand was place on his shoulder, "Falco, me and Storm are staying here at Smash City with you!" known to him, only Jet had left them. Falco had form his own team, Star Falco (AKA Bablyon Rouges), with Storm the Albatross and Wave the Swallow. Falco's an unlockable fighter just like the second year, Melee.

Kirby and Blaze (the Cat)
"So, you know where he is?" Blaze asked, as she walked aside Kirby. "Yeah, Ness has been know to go to that spot, often." Kirby led her. Huh, wonder if they're going to find me. Well, they are my friends and they had patched things up between them. As they walked towards my spot near the outer limits, Kirby gave her something, "Here Blaze, it's a star I made from the crystal rock from the plaza before defeating Giga Bowser." Kirby is still available at the start of the series.

Daisy and Koops
Koops was seen... talking to an Espeon. Due to his temporary blindness after the ceremony, he confused her for the princess of fire. "Uh, Koops..." Daisy started, "Yeah, Daisy?" he wondered. "That's an Espeon!" she pointed out. They, along with Blaze and Waluigi, are the newest hosts of Brawl. She lead back to the plaza before he confused two more things together...

Waluigi
From what I heard, Waluigi's planning to make a video game from our adventure called, 'Super Smash Bros: Trial by Darkness'. He's putting exclusive things from past games, like characters, places, modes, gears, objects, etc. I think the video game industry runs through Wario's lineage or Waluigi's doing this for some unknown reason.

Wario
He was still in his room, playing Warioware Mega Party Games with Sonic. Due to the fact that it's in Brawl, he'd better practice up. We'd might not want to play at that place right away... Other than that, Wario's part of the starting cast. Whereas Sonic, is pretty much an unlockable fighter. Will Wario be patient just a little bit longer though?

Me (Ness)
As I sat by the cliff overlooking an ocean sunset in my new attire, (a yellow hoody jacket with blue rims and blue hood, red baseball cap still in tact, blue pants, and red shoes with a white stripe replacing the laces), murmuring the words to 'Dream of an Absolution' (sounds like Green Hill). "Ness?" a voice asked, it was Blaze (the Cat, not Mario). She was dressed similar to my other attire, (purple-and-yellow striped shirt, red dot, headband and fuzzy gloves still intact, white tights are a bit shorter, high heels still have fuzz, are magenta, laces replaces the white stripe).
"Hey Blaze." I greeted her, as she sat down besides me. "Ness, I'd like to give you something as a symbol of our friendship." Blaze handed me the Green Sol Emerald, "When I was young, I was teased by others for my Pyrokinetic powers. Unlike you who had made a lot of friends, I was almost destined to not have any if it hadn't been for Cream the Rabbit." that must explain why she seemed anti-social at times. "Blaze, does this mean we're..." I stalled, "You're not going to say what I think, are you?" she questioned. "I don't have to if you don't want me." I pointed out, "Then I will, Ness we're friends." Blaze put her hand on mine, I think I'm gonna like this year. I've been downgraded to being an unlockable again, but hey at least I'm not going to be replaced!

(Even though he made a minor cameo...) Silver the Hedgehog
Unknown to me and Blaze, Silver had been peeking at our conversation. 'Aww, can't believe she's moved on!' Silver murmured to himself, Silver had been Blaze's long time ally 'till the end of Sonic '06. Since the actons of Sonic and Elise had made Solaris not exsist, it's like it didn't happen. I'll have to be careful around him, since we're now rivals. Poor Silver, Blaze had moved on to me, so time for you to move on as well!
