He was in Sonic Adventure 2, but you are close. Like Metal Sonic(if you are thinking Sonic Heroes), he is the last boss in DX.

Shadow's my man, er, I mean Hedgehog. We meet up with him too, but it's a lot later in my story and I mean a lot later.
Anyway, this is the part where we meet up with the Doc, the next one I'll do later is when we fight him. It's pretty long but I hope you like it:
Part 2, Chapter 8: Total Chaos
When I got out of bed the next morning, I checked to see if Ganondorf got up as well. I looked in his room to see him sitting at a desk looking at a book and the large jewel seen in the weapon the men used earlier. I guess he’s trying to find out where this jewel came from and why the men used it. I knocked on his door.
“Ganondorf?”
He turned to see me.
“Oh, morning Ganondorf2,” he said, “Come in, I want to talk to you.”
Uh oh, is this bad? He seemed to be in good spirits.
“What about?” I ask.
“It’s about yesterday,” he continued, “About that spell…along with our fight…”
“Don’t let it get to you,” I quickly reply, “You didn’t know about it and there’s nothing more to say.”
“It’s not that.”
“What?”
“When I went into that Dark Formation thing with Rahu, I saw his past…”
“Yeah?” I say with interest, “What did you see?”
“That sword he mentioned about…I know that blade…”
Ah, that was one thing I was going to ask to him first thing in the morning. He freaked out when Rahu told us about the curse the day before.
“What is it?”
“I can’t say much more. I’m…I’m not ready yet…”
He’s scared. Really scared. I didn’t want to give him too much pressure by then.
“That’s fine, you don’t have to tell me yet,” I say quickly to calm him, “But if you feel like you want to talk to someone go ahead and talk to me anytime.”
“Thanks.” he says in relief. “Also, I want to talk about this jewel.”
“Why, what’s up?”
“I’ve been trying to find out more about this,” he said holding the jewel in hand, “As I hold it, I feel a strange power within it.”
Ganondorf holds it out in front of me.
“Touch it,” he says.
“Whoa, I don’t want to do that,” I refuse, “I’m not sure about it right now.”
“If it won’t hurt me, it won’t hurt you,” he insists, “Go ahead, touch it.”
I slowly do so. As I place my hand on the stone, he was right, I do feel a strange power inside. However, as held my hand on the jewel, I was about to black out for some reason. I let go of the stone to avoid being knocked out.
“You OK?” Ganondorf asks.
“I felt like my life was about to be sucked dry,” I say.
“Hmm, you must effected differently then,” he continues, looks at a book, and then puts it away, “I’ll figure it out but, for now, lets go for a walk for a while.”
“OK, lets go.”
We were about to leave, but one of Ganondorf’s guards opens the door quickly. The door slams into Ganondorf’s face. He yelled in pain and held his nose with both hands. Man, that’s gotta hurt.
“Oh! Ganondorf!” the guard said in surprise.
“Ever hear of knocking?!” I shout at the guard and then turns my attention to Ganondorf, “Are you alright?”
“I’m so sorry I didn’t know you were near the door,” she claims.
“No, no, forget it,” he said still holding his nose with one hand now, “What are you doing here?”
“I got this message from one of Hyrule’s guards,” she continued, “He told me to give it to you.”
Ganondorf took the letter and looks at it.
“What’s it say?” I ask.
“The king wants to see us,” he said, “Rahu, myself, and you, Ganondorf2…”
“Did the guard say why he wants to see us?” I ask the Gerudo.
“No, sorry,” she said
Great…What now?
“Is the guard still here?” Ganondorf asked.
“He left a few minutes ago,” she answered.
“Looks like we will have to find out what he wants ourselves, huh?” I say.
“Yeah,” Ganondorf agrees but not thrilled, “I guess we’ll have to skip our walk.”
Ganondorf is trying his best to be optimistic, but it looks like it’s not working. He must have talked to the king before. Oh yeah it was before he attacked Hyrule. Anyway, Ganondorf, Rahu and I headed for Hyrule Castle. We met up with some of the guards along the way and they escorted us to the castle. Once we all got there, we bowed to the king and waited for him to say something. I noticed Link standing beside him and Zelda as well.
“Ganondorf,” he began, “I heard what went on outside my castle grounds.”
“Yes?” Ganondorf said and looked up at him.
“And you wore armour and wielded weapons that even we can’t duplicate ourselves, correct?”
“Yes,” Ganondorf answered and looked down again.
“Where did you get these weapons and armour?”
“Uh, it’s a long story, but to shorten it sir, we preformed something called Dark Formation,” Ganondorf answered again.
“Dark Formation? What is that?”
“May I answer that, sir?” I ask the King of Hyrule.
“Yes, you may,” said the king.
“If you remember sir, both me and Ganondorf had a spell cast on us.”
“I do.”
“Well, Ganondorf told me that this is a rare spell and…”
I continued my story. Mostly if the person is willing to do this move with his or her partner, they can perform it. If we combine our strengths and weakness into one, we become something stronger then before. As Ganondorf and Rahu demonstrated, I’ll just call it Rahu Ganon for now; they were stronger and faster in the air then before.
“Hmm…I see,” the king said, “So this, Rahu, helped you with that battle did he not?”
“Yes,” Ganondorf answered.
“I must thank you, for defeating those men.”
“Huh?” Ganondorf thought, “Thank me?”
“I’m still not sure if I can trust you, but your bravery has some promise.”
“How so?” Rahu asked.
“You managed to stop them from destroying Hyrule,” the king turned to Ganondorf, “And you, Ganondorf, helped us even though you are the King of Evil. I must ask this of you. Your nature has changed these few years. Did some something happen to you?”
“I cannot answer that, sir.” Ganondorf said.
“Why?”
“I can’t…I just can’t…” Ganondorf continued, trying to find a way out of the conversation.
“Father.” Zelda said, “I feel that we are making him uncomfortable. There was something else we had to talk to him about as well, right”
“Very well,” the king said and dropped the subject, “Ganondorf, I also hear about your complaint about Talon.”
A complaint on Talon? About what?
“I hear you had a fight with him about a few days ago,” the king continued, “and two weeks ago, before that, you tried to tell him something.”
“I asked if I could buy a few horses.” Ganondorf said.
“And?”
“He wouldn’t sell them to me. I’m low on horses right now,” he continued, “I had two last week that passed away. If we don’t get new horses soon, we won’t be able to…”
The king cut Ganondorf off mid speech.
“I understand,” he said, “Your guards come to my town for supplies at late hours of the night. You fear they will get killed by the Stalchids.”
“Yes,” Ganondorf answered.
“I wouldn’t worry. For helping us, we will make sure Talon gets you what you need.”
“What?”
“It’s the least to can do.”
Ganondorf was pretty shocked about all this. Then again I don’t blame him.
“Thank you, sir,” Ganondorf said at last.
“Now I will leave to your duties, I have nothing more to say.”
“Yes sir.”
Boy, now that was unusual. Ganondorf never told me about his horses, but then again he didn’t have many horses anyway.
“Well, I never had something like this before,” I say.
“Nor did I,” he admitted.
“It’s my first as well,” Rahu claimed.
Ganondorf and I got on and shared the horse, while Rahu was flying behind us. We headed back to home, but I was a little distracted. I saw something shiny near a small river that wasn’t there before.
“Ganondorf, could you slow the horse down a little?”
He does so, but asks, “Why? What’s up?”
“Look there,” I point.
Ganondorf and Rahu now know what I’m talking about. I guess I wasn’t seeing things.
“Hmm…lets check it out,” Ganondorf said.
Both Ganondorf and I got off the horse and walked toward the object. Rahu stayed behind and watched. As we got closer I realise that it wasn’t an object at all, but rather a living being. It only had two fingers and a thumb, and is completely blue in colour except for its eyes. It was small is size, but it looked strong. I wasn’t sure if it was alive or not.
“This is new creature,” Ganondorf claimed and was about to grab its arm.
“Don’t touch it,” Rahu say to stop him, “It’s still alive.”
“How do you know?” I ask.
“I have scanned it,” Rahu continues, “It is Chaos. The rumoured beast that is said to have control of all the water supplies and almost caused an Armageddon of its own.”
“Geeze,” Ganondorf said in amazement, “This guy went through a lot!”
It started to make gargling noises. It lifts its arm for a second, but it falls. It closes its eyes.
“Its life signs are weak, it may be dying.” Rahu soon says.
“Poor thing…” I say with sadness, “Is there anything we can do?”
“I hear Chaos will become strong again, if we take it to a large body of water.”
“Lake Hylia is the only place I can think of,” Ganondorf thought, “Lets go there.”
“OK, but we might cause more damage to it’s if we try to pick it up.” I say with concern.
“Not a problem. I’ll handle it,” Ganondorf said.
He used his magic to lift Chaos in the air without moving it. I forgot about that.
“Come on, let’s go,” he said at last.
Ganondorf and I got back on his horse and headed for Lake Hylia. Once there we had to get it to the middle of the lake. Ganondorf puts Chaos on my back and I walk in the lake and I swim out into the middle of it and slowly put Chaos in the water but held it waist up out of the water. It’s eyes open and it looks at me with its emerald coloured eyes.
“You’re going to be OK now, we helped you,” I say to Chaos.
It said nothing then dissolves in my hands.
“Huh? Where’d you go?” I say aloud looking for it.
Then suddenly I get shot out of the water! That’s not funny! I was taken back to shore quickly and safely, but man what a ride! When I got to shore, Ganondorf and Rahu helped me up.
“You OK?” Ganondorf asked me.
“Yeah and what a ride,” I reply, “I’m not sure if I want to do that again anytime soon.”
We soon see Chaos walking out of the water towards us.
“Thank you for helping me,” it said, “Many people pass me by, thinking I am a threat. But, you are different. How can I repay you?”
“Nothing right now,” Rahu said.
“Who hurt you?” I ask.
“A men who says I betrayed him,” Chaos continued, “but I was cursed by some evil eyed sword.”
Ganondorf was spooked again. Something about this sword makes his blood run cold.
“He found me and shot me so much he thought I was dead,” he continued.
“You must be pretty tough to survive that,” Ganondorf said.
“Yes, well his name is Dr. Robotnick, A.K.A. Eggman,” Chaos continued.
Ganondorf started to laugh at the name.
“Eggman?” he said in laughter, “That’s rich!”
“I know that name! That’s the guy that’s suppose to have an IQ of 300, right?”
Ganondorf stopped laughing after hearing that.
“You’re joking right?” he said in disbelief, “A guy with a lame name like that?”
“Nope,” I answered, “He is that smart.”
“And you won’t live to tell about it,” said an ominous voice.
We all turn to see the one and only Dr. Robotnick on a giant, four legged, robot.
“Lame name? How dare you say that!” the doctor said, “I’ll show you what happens when you dare defy me, Chaos! And those who steal my emeralds!”
“Wait, somebody stole your emeralds?” I ask quickly.
“Yes, little lady,” he continued, “Two men managed to get in my fortress and steal one of my seven emeralds!”
Chaos Emeralds! We found a Chaos Emerald!
“Now, I hear you found that emerald,” said Robotnick, “Now, be a nice girl and hand it over!”
“Sorry, but we don’t have such an item,” I lie to him, but he isn’t fooled.
“You can’t trick me! One of my drones said that one of you three has the emerald, now give it to me!”
“You heard the girl,” Ganondorf said, “We don’t have it.”
“You are bad liars. I will show you what happens when you lie to me!”
That big robot stomps the ground. Well, this is a fine mess. But, don’t worry. I soon showed the good doctor whose boss…

Part 2, Chapter 9: New Form- Human Chaos
The Doc wants a piece of us, huh? Robotnick soon sends out his robot minions after us all.
“So this guy wants to fight,” Ganondorf says with confidence, “We’ll give him one. Rahu! Lets go!”
“Affirmative,” Rahu quickly backs up the male Gerudo.
Rahu and Ganondorf then turns into that new form, that I call Rahu Ganon now, and attacks the robots.
“Grr…I wish I could help,” I think to myself, “But I don’t have powers or abilities like they do…”
Chaos walks up to me knowing that I have a look of concern on my face.
“You are troubled,” he said,
“I am,” I reply, “I want to just get in there and fight.”
“I noticed this form your friends have changed into.”
“Rahu calls it Dark Formation. It’s new to us.”
“I thought it looked familiar.”
“You know Rahu?”
“No, I meant the Dark Formation.”
“You can use it?” I ask in shock.
“Oh yes…If I have a Chaos Emerald it would be more effective.”
“Hmm…”
I noticed Ganondorf was getting weaker as minutes counted down. I soon got a memory flash. I remembered that Ganondorf left the Chaos Emerald back at the castle and that the quickest way to get from Gerudo Valley to Lake Hylia is through the waterway. However, that means you have to “climb” the waterfalls to get there.
“I can show you where the Chaos Emerald is if you help me,” I say to Chaos.
“Sure!” he said in excitement.
“OK!”
I point at a small river and explained to Chaos what he has to do. Chaos jumped in the water and I followed him. I giant wave carried me up the falls to Gerudo Valley. The doctor was the only one who seemed to notice that we left.
“Hmm? Where did they go?” he thought.
Ganondorf noticed as well a short time afterward, but had no time to think of what’s going on.
When I got to Gerudo Valley, Chaos gave me a boost up to the edge of the cliff.
“Thanks,” I said to Chaos, “I think I can handle the rest of the way.”
“Better think again, sister.”
Another guard who still hates me…what else could go wrong?
“I don’t have time to talk! I need to get to Ganondorf’s castle! Please!”
“You won’t be going anywhere, but down.”
“What?”
“In other words, time to say good bye to your life.”
I noticed that Ruby was trying to stop this, but the guards blocked her way. They pushed me closer and closer to the edge of the cliff and I was scared of heights as it is!
Heh, just when I thought I was dead meat, Chaos suddenly appeared and gave them a good scare.
“What is that thing?!” One of the guards asked in shock.
“I don’t know! Lets get out of here!”
They ran off and I was relived that Chaos appeared when it did.
“Thanks, Chaos, I thought I was done in.”
“I sensed you in distress. I had to help you.”
“You got those guys out of the way. Now we must quickly get that emerald.”
“Right, lead the way.”
We ran up the hill and headed in the castle. Once we got to Ganondorf’s room, I found a small box with the emerald inside. We then rushed back outside.
“OK, I got the emerald. Lets get back to Lake Hylia,” I say with the emerald in hand.
I was about to head back, but those guards came back for revenge. Can’t I ever catch a break?
“You aren’t going to scare us this time,” one of them said, “Time to take you out!”
I quickly remembered that the emerald allows me to teleport from one spot to the next. “Chaos, stay with me! I’m going get us out of here.”
“What are you going to do, little girl?”
“This! Chaos Control!”
Both Chaos and I teleported out of the area safely, thanks to the Chaos Emerald.
“Huh? Where’d she go?” the same guard said after we disappeared on her.
Chaos and I appeared again back at Lake Hylia.
“Wow! I can’t believe I can do that!”
Doctor Robotnick saw us appear and knew that we have the Chaos Emerald. Ganondorf was tired from the fights and was injured as well. I had to help.
“Ahh, you found the emerald,” Robotnick said with happiness in his voice, “Now that you have it, I want it. Give it to me.”
“Sorry, but we have other plans with it.” I say.
“What?!” the doctor said in anger.
“That’s right,” Chaos said, backing me up, “Those emeralds don’t belong to you anyway!”
“How dare you defy me!” the doc continued, as the robot he was riding stomped the ground out of anger, “I’ll crush you with my Egg Walker!”
“Lets dance!” I say to start the battle, “Chaos! Let go into Dark Formation!”
“Huh?” the doctor thought, “Dark Formation?”
Chaos and I held on to the Chaos Emerald and disappeared for a second. At first everyone was wondering where we went.
“Ganondorf2!” Ganondorf shouted.
“You might as well forget it. She’s gone, lover boy,” Robotnick scoffed.
“Think again, Robuttnick.”
They all looked up to see me in a new look. My body was completely clear blue except for my eyes as they were emerald green. I land on the ground with my arms crossed.
“Do me a favour and hit the road before you get hurt, bub,” I say with my now mixed voice.
“I’m not afraid of you!” the doctor says, “I’ll take you out!”
He sends out missiles at me, but I turn into a puddle, just like Chaos, to avoid the attack. Then he tried to stomp me with those robot feet, but to no avail. The weather started to change as the battle went on. I couldn’t do damage to the guy for some reason.
“Dang it!” I said as a missile explosion flung me across the field.
“You don’t stand a chance against me, fool!” Eggman laughed, “You might as well give up!”
“Grr…how do I beat this guy?!” I thought in frustration, “I don’t see anything on that armor that is a weakness!”
“Might I say something?” I heard Chaos say in my head.
“Yes.”
“I see rain clouds over head, and it feels damp in the air.”
“And your point?”
“It should be raining right about now.”
After he said that it started to rain.
“That should help us now.”
“Why? What’s going to…happen?”
I looked down and noticed something. Is it just me, or am I getting…bigger? I soon towered over the Egg Walker like it was a toy.
“This can’t be happening!” the doctor said in shock.
“Alright!” I heard Ganondorf shout.
I used this to my advantage.
“Good bye, doc! Do forget to write,” I say then finish him off by hitting his machine with the back of my hand, sending him flying.
“I’ll remember this!” Eggman said at last, and disappeared in the distance.
We all changed back to normal. Ganondorf was surprised about that form we took.
“I never knew you could change into something like that!” he said.
“I didn’t either, to be honest,” I reply then turn to Chaos, “Thanks for your help.”
“It’s a pleasure to work with you,” he says with a nod.
“If you want you can stay with Ganondorf, Rahu and I,” I offered, “If that’s OK with you, big guy…”
“I don’t object to that,” Ganondorf says in approval.
“I’ll come to your aid whenever I can,” Chaos said, in joy.
“OK, lets head back to Ganondorf’s Castle then!” I say at last.
As we all headed back to the castle, we saw the rest of the seven emeralds on the ground, picked them up, and kept them from Robotnicks hands in case he came back. I was still wondering what Ganondorf is so nervous about. Twice in the last two days he got freaked out about this sword. But, it’s when we got back I got to know his past a little more…
(If you don't know the Egg Walker I'll explain)

I'm not sure if I did a good job and it's short then the rest, but here goes:
Part 2, Chapter 10: Ganondorf’s Dark Past
I noticed the Ganondorf’s mood hadn’t been all that good when we got back. When he walked up into his tower, I saw a look of sadness on his face. Something’s on his mind and is bugging him, but what is it? In my room, after I changed into my robe for the night, I couldn’t help but wonder what going on in Ganondorf’s mind. So much in fact, I couldn’t sleep. I lay in bed, with the lights off so he doesn’t have to worry about me, and stare at the ceiling as questions went by my head. I looked at the door to the room and noticed that lights were turned back on. Is he still up? Funny, it’s almost midnight and Ganondorf should be still asleep. A minute later, I saw a shadow go by the door and stop in front of it. I closed my eyes to make him think I was still asleep and waited a second for him to open the door. He did so with silence and walked in. He didn’t have a shirt on for some odd reason. It’s freezing out!
“Ganondorf2, are you awake?” he whispered.
“Yeah,” I reply and sat up in my bed, “Why are you still up?”
“I…” he paused, “I got something to tell you…”
“What?”
He sat at the edge of my bed.
“It’s what happened to me many years ago,” he continued with shakiness in his voice.
“Yeah?”
“When we talked to Rahu and Chaos, my past came to haunt me again…I…was cursed too.”
“Huh?”
“When I was a teenager, I was finally able to lead my gerudo tribe under my orders. They showed me the Spirit Temple and said I was to guard the temple to honor the tribe. I went into the temple with my troops to see what the place was like, but that’s when things didn’t go like I wanted to…”
“What happened?”
“I found this strange sword on the ground, and I picked it up without no knowledge of its dangers, but by then it was too late. The sword I picked up was…the demon sword, Soul Edge!”
I gasped when I heard that.
“You mean the sword said to devour souls?!”
“Yes,” he said in fear, “Curse that blade…”
“I…I…I’m so sorry, I didn’t…” I was about to continue, but Ganondorf cut me off.
“My emotions couldn’t be controlled by then, and I ended up killing my own guards without any control to my body what-so-ever. As years went by, I began to lose hope if I will ever gain total control of my body again. But that’s when I saw this small boy, clothed in green…”
“Link?”
“Yes, Link. I felt great courage in his heart when I saw him for the first time…” he said with a smile, “He deserved the Triforce of Courage.”
“Wait. Didn’t he do a final blow to your head when you changed into that monster?”
“Yes, he did.”
“But, wouldn’t that…um…kill you?” I ask even though it was quite obvious.
“He only killed the curse.”
“Huh?”
“What happened was the curse is what’s known as the Evil Seed. When I grabbed the swords hilt, the seed when through my body and planted itself to the inside of my head. That’s why I lost control.”
“I see now. So when Link struck at that part of your head with the master sword…”
“No more Evil Seed,” Ganondorf said with a sly look on his face, “Just burned to ashes.”
“But, you were taken to the Dark World…”
“Ahh, that’s when it gets a little interesting,” he said, “Yes, I was down there. Not a good place to live in, I’ll tell you that. But, thanks to the Triforce of Power that I have, I got out of there with my body and soul intact. Well…minus that seed that was in my head anyway.”
“But, how did you get out?”
“Sorry, that I can’t tell you about.”
“That’s fine. At least you told me the truth,” I say after I laid my head on Ganondorf’s arm in relief.
Ganondorf put his arm around me. I felt a bit better and I think it did some good in his part too. I started think about my family as well. I still wonder if I’ll ever get back home.
“Thanks for hearing me out…” he said at last after almost a minute of silence.
“No problem,” I reply back to him.
Ganondorf puts his arm back down, looks at me, and stands up. He was about to walk out the door, back to his room, when he stopped and looked over his shoulder at me.
“You try to get some sleep,” he said, his eyes still full of tears.
“You too,” I say back.
When he left, I felt bad for him. I just wish I could help him…and I did when it comes to a horse, given to us by Talon, that nobody thought could be trained…
(Well? I'm not sure about this one to be honest.)

Part 2, Chapter 11: Horse Sense
When I got up, I wasn’t sure how Ganondorf’s mood was going to be like. I still felt miserable from that night. I changed back to my old cloth and sat down at the edge of the bed thinking of how to help him out in any way possible. I got up, headed out of my room, and walked past his room only to see that he is not there. No surprise, he’s usually up before I am so that’s fine. I sat down in Ganondorf’s throne chair and tried to relax a bit more. At first things were quiet for a few minutes, but I heard a commotion outside the castle. I decided to go outside to see what’s going on. When I did, I watched as many guards were trying to calm down a female black and white horse.
It was completely white except for its mane, tail and the hair around the hooves. It was a female, and it was really scared. About what I haven’t a clue, but I was determined to help the animal in any way I can.
I walked up to Ganondorf, to see if I can get any info on the situation.
“Hey, Ganondorf,” I said in a cheery tone, “What going on?”
“Hmm? Oh, morning Ganondorf2,” he replied, but isn’t much into talking right now.
“Something wrong?”
“Yes. The good news is we are finally getting horses from Talon. The bad news is we got his untrained one. Grr…I think he’s trying to get back at me!”
I saw Talon nearby. He was laughing his head off, that insolent! I now know how Ganondorf felt. In a since, I wished Ingo was the current owner of Lon Lon Ranch in Ocarina of Time after Ganondorf took over Hyrule.
“I see what you mean,” I say finally.
The guards were trying to keep calm the horse down by force, but it was a lot stronger then it looked.
“That’s not right,” I said aloud, “It’s just not right.”
“What’s not right?” Ganondorf asked.
“Your guards shouldn’t try to pull it down like that.”
“You know about horses?”
“Yeah, and that’s not good way to calm it down. They are only making it more nervous. It’s scared of something.”
“Hmm…” he thought, then shouts at the guards, “Let go of the horse!”
“Huh? But-” one of the guards protested, but was cut off.
“Now!” he said with a more serious tone.
I guards do as they are told. Talon continues to laugh at them.
“Let me try,” I ask, “I’m good with animals.”
“Very well,” he says to me now a little calmer, “Go ahead.”
I walked up the horse without fear. It was still scared. I showed it my open hand to say that I’m not going to hurt it. While I was watching the guards earlier, I noticed that it kept looking down on the ground. I looked down to see my shadow. I realised that it might not be used to being in a place like this and seeing its own shadow is a rare sight. I grabbed the rope that was attached to its mask, pulled gently, and turned the horse around. I rubbed its head to get it relaxed. Ganondorf, the guards, and Talon watched as I got on it and didn’t get throw off. I let the horse do what it wanted, and it walked around now with curiosity. At one point, it galloped through the Horse Archery range with gusto even though I was riding it. It stopped then threw its front legs in the air. Afterwards, I got down and rubbed its face again. Everyone, including Talon was shocked.
“Good girl,” I said.
It was silent for a second, but I soon heard people applauding behind me. I turned to see that all, but two, guards were clapping for me. Ganondorf was clapping too! Talon was mad however and stormed off.
“Impressive!” Ganondorf said as he walked up to me, “I didn’t think you could do it.”
“I love my animals,” I said, “I just couldn’t bear to see this one suffer.”
While I was talking, the horse pushed its head into my back and shoved me into Ganondorf.
“Huh?” he said in surprise.
“Sorry,” I said also in surprise.
The horse made a short nay behind me.
“Well,” I said, “We are going to have to give it a name.”
“It’s your horse,” Ganondorf said, “You name her.”
What?! My horse?!
“You’re joking right?” I said in shock.
“Nope,” he said in amusement, “I wanted you to have one of your own.”
“Wow!”
The horse put it’s head on my shoulder and looks at me with its brown eyes.
“Rainbow!” I said, “I think it’s a good name for you.”
“Why Rainbow?” Ganondorf asked.
“White light is composed of all colours and black paint is all colours as well. So think about it.”
“Hmm…good point,” he said.
“I’ll get her some food.”
I lead the horse to her stall and she started eating right away. Later in the day, Ganondorf’s past came back to bite him from behind as we had to help one of his old creations from getting hurt…

Part 2, Chapter 12: A Shadowy Link
Instead of being messenger, Ganondorf wanted me to stick around Gerudo Fortress and help out now until things settle down a little. I carried my weapons from point A to point B for most of the day. At first, Ganondorf wasn’t sure if I could take the weight of all the weapons on my back, but it wasn’t a problem for me. If I can carry almost my weight in homework, I can handle this kind of work. Just kidding, the weight of homework is usually not that bad, but look out once I do. I was carrying a couple of quills, the carrying cases for bow and arrows, and was taking them to Ganondorf when one of his guards wasn’t even watching where she was going and crashed into me! Ganondorf saw the whole thing, rushed over, and helped both of us.
“You OK?” Ganondorf asked.
“My pride’s broken,” I reply, “But otherwise, I’m healthy.”
“Sorry about that, Ganondorf2,” the Gerudo said, “I have to tell Ganondorf something. It’s urgent.”
“What is it?” Ganondorf asked.
“I was in Hyrule Castle Town, and a mysterious shadow walked by me,” she continued.
“Yeah?” I say as I listen in.
“And that guy looked like the Hero of Time, but darker…”
“Huh?!” Ganondorf said in shock.
“You know it?” I ask him, even though I knew who it is.
“Yes,” he said, “He’s one of my creations…Shadow Link.”
“Isn’t he dead?” I ask.
“I thought he was, but I guess when I came back, he did too.”
“Well it’s going to die a second time, I saw the real Link fighting him before I left,” the guard said, finally.
“What?!” Ganondorf shouted, now in fear.
“That shadow didn’t even fight back, it is only defending itself,” she continued.
“I got to get there. Now!” Ganondorf said and ran to his horse.
“I’m coming too!” I followed close behind.
Ganondorf and I got on our horses and headed for Hyrule Castle Town. Along the way, Ganondorf explained something me that was interesting.
“I have a bad feeling that his memory is wiped clean,” he said.
“Why’s that?” I ask.
“For some reason, anything that happens to me, affects anything and everything that I make.”
“Gee, I hope we will save the guy in time.”
“I hope so too.”
Once we did get into town, we saw that Shadow Link was on the ground, tired from fighting. Link pointed his sword at him and was getting ready to finish him off.
“You are not going to cause any trouble anymore,” Link says as he raises his left arm getting ready to do the final blow.
“Link! Stop!” I shouted and ran over to him.
“What do you mean stop? He was going to hurt everyone!” he says in an angry tone.
“No, he wasn’t,” I continue and blocked his path.
“What are you doing isn’t-” Link was about to protest then he heard Ganondorf’s voice.
“That is enough. There is no need for you to fight him, Link.”
Everyone except Link, Shadow Link and I, gasped. Towns’ people turned to see Ganondorf standing before them all. He walked past everyone. The town guards tried to stop him, only to be brushed aside thanks to his great strength. Link got up and pointed his sword at Ganondorf while Shadow Link and myself watched. If there’s fight going to happen I don’t want to be in the middle of it, but I watched anyway to see what would happen. Ganondorf stopped in his tracks, but showed no fear.
“Sheathe your weapon. I only want Shadow Link,” he said.
“I don’t believe you,” Link replied, “You are only here to cause us trouble!”
“Do you really think I’m here for something like that? Now put you weapon away. I do not want to fight. I only need Shadow Link,” Ganondorf says in a calm tone, “Stop this foolishness.”
“How do I know if you speak the truth?” Link persists.
“Fine. Then you leave me no choice. Get out of my way!”
Link and Ganondorf were about to start a fight. I’m not sure if I want to stop it or not. Then I noticed something. Ganondorf isn’t attacking at all…he’s defending and avoiding all of Link’s attacks. As the towns’ people, Shadow Link and I watched in silence, Link kept trying to hit Ganondorf with his sword, but ended up only slicing air as Ganondorf continued to defend and dodge every attack. Link was starting to get tired, but still isn’t giving up.
“Link, stop this stupidity!” Ganondorf shouted as he continued to duck and weave attack after attack.
“I won’t give up!” Link shouts back.
Link soon falls down face first on the ground out of exhaustion. Ganondorf places his foot on Link’s back to pin him down for now.
“Ganondorf2. Get Shadow Link out of here and head back to my home with him.”
“Roger that,” I reply and leave with the shadow.
Link growls and tries to get up, but Ganondorf’s heavy weight kept him down. Ganondorf gets out his sword and points it at Link’s head.
“What are you going to do, you demon?” Link said in anger.
“What I wanted to do for a long time,” Ganondorf replies and lifts his sword arm.
Everyone soon shuts their eyes when they heard a metallic sound on the ground. They open their eyes again only to be shocked. Ganondorf didn’t even touch Link. The sword was stuck in the ground with no blood or anything.
“And what I wanted to do is prove my innocence,” Ganondorf continued.
He walked away leaving his sword behind. Link got up and watched him in confusion. The people in town watched in awe as Ganondorf left the area. He met up with us soon afterward.
“Is everything OK?” I ask.
“I’m fine. Lets just get out of here,” he says to me.
We rode off back to Gerudo Valley. Link rushes out of Hyrule Castle Town with Ganondorf’s sword in hand and is still confused over what happened. Ganondorf looks back for a second, but then focuses on his horse. Once we did get back, he told Shadow Link what happened in his past. I told Rahu and Chaos what was going on too. Just when things couldn’t get bad enough it got worse a few days later…

Part 2, Chapter 13: A Prime Suspect
Days had gone by without a hitch. My friendship with Ganondorf is getting stronger as each day passed and things were calm. I was taking a break from my work and thinking of home when something caught my eye. I was lying on my back, looking up into the sky in Gerudo Fortress, when I saw what looked like a comet heading my way. That’s new. I ran over to Ganondorf, sense he’s the only one that will listen to me, and told him about it.
“What?” he said, “A comet?”
“It’s heading our way!” I yelled.
He looked up too. I soon saw the expression on his turn to fear once he saw the object.
“You made your point. We got to warn the others!” he said finally.
You should have seen us. We were running around like crazy trying to find everyone and get all the people out of the area. Once we got out of there, all of us on horseback galloped towards the entrance of Hyrule Castle Town for safety. One of Hyrule’s guards didn’t approve of us blocking the bridge into town.
“Hey, what the big idea?” he said, “You can’t stand here!”
“We have a problem of our own right now,” Ganondorf replied.
As we watched, the large comet crashed into Gerudo Valley, maybe even Gerudo Fortress, with great force. Dust and sand flew out everywhere on impact. Ganondorf’s guards were scared stiff.
“I’m glad no body is hurt,” I say with relief.
“That looked like it did a lot of damage,” Ganondorf said, “I hate to say it, but we better head back. If there is anything destroyed, maybe we can get a head start on repairs.”
We all agreed and went back to Gerudo Fortress. Somehow, the buildings were untouched! Even Ganondorf’s Castle had no scratches to it! I just wish I could say the same for the Horse Archery field. Just past big boy’s castle, was a large burning trail and at the end was a giant hole.
“Whoa,” I said in amazement, “I’m so glad it missed.”
“I guess we were lucky,” one of the guards admitted.
“Lucky or not, some damage is still done we better get to work,” Ganondorf said.
We worked all day fixing things that were damaged, namely we needed new targets for the Horse Archery range. Once we were done we got some rest for the night. The next day, things were normal at least for a little while.
“OK, now I want you to take these swords over to the gate of the Haunted Wasteland. My guards will meet up with there to pick them up. Be careful will you?” Ganondorf said to me that day.
“Got it,” I said in response.
“I’m going to take these battle axes to the front gate of Gerudo Valley,” he continued, “When I’m done, I’ll meet up with you to see if you need help.”
“I think I can handle it by myself, but thanks anyway.”
We went our separate ways once again and got the jobs done. Boring, but it’s that not bad of work. Later, I was relaxing under the shade thinking about my home again. I’m I missed? What will happen to everyone? All those questions were cut off by a scream. I rushed over to see one of the guards, named Mary, was crying with fright.
“Mary! Mary, what’s wrong?” I ask, seeing if I can help.
“I saw something that hole over there!” she said.
That’s funny; we all covered that hole up yesterday. And it appeared again…strange.
“How did it happen?” I ask.
“Well, I was eating my lunch and things were fine, until I saw this…this…leg like thing came out and took my sandwich! I don’t know what it was, but it scared me so much I screamed,” She continued and looked behind herself, “I think I scared it. It’s not there now.”
“I’ll go tell Ganondorf. He might be able to help you.”
Later Ganondorf, Rahu, Chaos, and Shadow Link came to investigate the creature and the hole it’s living in.
“This is new,” Ganondorf admitted.
“Did that girl say anything about how big it was?” Rahu asked me.
“She said that it had a large leg like appendage, but nothing else,” I replied.
“I wonder what this thing looks like,” Chaos said in curiosity.
“I don’t,” I said, “This thing might be bad news if we make it mad.”
“Shadow Link. Can you go in there without being seen?” Ganondorf asked.
“I can try,” said the darker, deeper toned version of the hero of time, “I can’t make any promises.”
Shadow Link climbed down into the darkness with great care and silence. An hour went by and we heard nothing so far. I hope he’s all right.
“I’m worried about him,” I say aloud to Ganondorf, “He’s been gone for a long time.”
“I’m sure he’s fine,” he said, “He’s not that easy to catch.”
Next thing that happened that Shadow Link climbed back out…with fear on his face. He ran towards and looked like he was in panic mode.
“Master Ganondorf! We have a problem!” he shouted.
“Calm down, what is it?” Ganondorf answered in a relaxed tone.
“This…thing…saw me down there! And it’s not happy!” Shadow Link continued.
The ground began to shake and continued to get worse every second! I was trying to stand up, but ended falling backwards.
“I can not compute what is happening!” Rahu said looking around.
“What is this thing doing?!” Chaos said trying to keep its balance.
“Look!” I yell, “Over there!”
Something was living in that hole all right. We saw two large spider like legs come out and touch the ground. It grabbed the ground and pulled itself out of the ground. It was huge and I know it well. It’s the creature, and last boss, in Metroid Prime! It’s the first stage of this monster too. It had two glowing red eyes and black armor. It also had two short legs in the front and two large legs in the back. It looked more then mad…it was angry! It roared at the sight of us and charged with aggression. We managed to get out of the way, but geeze! Ganondorf got out that huge sword of his and was getting ready to fight this thing. It roared at him.
“Ganondorf! Be careful!” I shouted.
“Yeah, that thing has attacks I never seen before!” Shadow Link quickly said.
That’s when it sent an Ice Beam attack at Ganondorf. He managed to dodge.
“Now you tell me!” he shouted in annoyance.
“We got to help him. Lets go!” I say.
“Yes, lets,” Chaos said.
Just like in the game, parts of Metroid Prime change colour, showing its weaknesses. Chaos attacked when it changed to the colour white, Shadow Link was purple, Rahu was yellow, and Ganondorf’s was red. After a while, it was hurt so badly that it tried to retreat and dig its way back underground. However, Ganondorf wasn’t going to let that happen. He ran past Metroid Prime slashing its side as he does. He did this pretty quickly too and that thing fell hard on its side.
“That’s that,” Ganondorf said, thinking that he won the battle.
“I don’t think so,” I say as I see something happen to the creature.
Strange numerous tentacles come out of its body and pull’s itself out of the “shell” it was kept in. Great…the second stage. We can’t possibly defeat it now.
“Oh you want some more, huh?” Ganondorf taunted, “OK, I’ll give you more!”
Ganondorf charged and tried to slash it, but missed, as Metroid Prime was too quick. When it dodged, it took Ganondorf’s sword away from him.
“Huh? I didn’t see that coming!” I said in shock.
Ganondorf stood in place.
“You think you got me don’t you?” he said, “I’ll show you not to miss with me.”
He was about to charge a magic attack when I noticed something a little off.
“Ganondorf! Don’t do it!” I yelled.
“Why?” he asked in confusion.
“Just stop! I feel…I feel like it wants to tell us something.”
He stops his attack for the moment.
“What is it you want?” I ask the Metroid.
It moved close to me and looked at me with those red eyes. It slowly placed one of its tentacles on my shoulder and I heard what sounded like a female voice coming from it.
“Thank you for stopping him,” it said.
“You speak english?” I ask, but Ganondorf still didn’t catch on.
“You understand me now because I placed a drop of Phazon into your system.”
Wait a minute. Isn’t that stuff toxic?
“Will it harm me?” I ask just in case.
“Not a drop this small,” it continued, “Please, listen to my tale of sorrow.”
“You might want to do the same for the others.”
“Don’t worry.”
It did the same for Ganondorf, Rahu, Chaos, and Shadow Link quickly and painlessly. We found out that this not only a female Metroid Prime, but the last one was its brother! She told us the old version was cursed. Again, Soul Edge was the cause. She knew who killed him, but she feared that he might be revived and causing trouble for everyone again. She was minding her own business when some Space Pirates came and attacked her. She escaped by heading toward the closest planet she could find and retreat in. I guess we were that planet. She attacked us because we looked like a threat
“What are you going to do now?” Rahu asked.
“I don’t know…I have nowhere else to go,” Metroid Prime said.
“If you don’t cause us anymore trouble, I’ll let you stay at my home,” Ganondorf said and was very serious about it.
“I won’t sir,” she said.
“Good,” he continued.
That was one hard way to get someone to listen to you. That stuff that Prime put in us gave us a nasty surprise later the next day…
(I'm not sure how I did with this one.)
