Are all of the characters in the last SSB going to be in the Brawl + some new ones?

No one knows yet, but there are some that have been confirmed, like Link, Pikachu, Mario, Samus, Kirby, and Fox.

I think they should keep every one from SSB because they are so like the root of the game i mean if they get rid of any of the old characters thats like dropping a major part of what makes the game what it is but i would not mind seeing an evil Raichu to battle pikachu or evolve Jiggly into wiggly lol but other than that i think all of the old guys should stay lol

Well those guys are like the best characters in the game.
Hopefully Wolf will join Fox and Falco, and opefully they add some more fire emblem characters
