Not exactly...it turns out I always was the ultimate weapon after they experimented on me.I just needed to access a program called .Ultima//exe in order to become the true ultimate weapon.

*I curl into a ball, and is then engullfed in pure bright light*

*My sword then hover right behind me*
*I take off one of my gauntalets, revealing no arm, but instead, a machine gun barrel*
*The other gauntalet comes off on it's own and float with my swords*

*A huge barrage of bullets heads straight for Jet, almost looking like two huge red lasers*
*Jet is hit, and is pushed into a boulder, and the attack continues*
