Actually one time, a few years back, I did a drawing of Link's tunic, but I colored it black, but I put a flame like design on the shirt cuffs and 'skirt' part of the clothing. Is that possible to do that on the software you're using?

Yeah. I just have to figure out how to do it. I'm trying to remember how I was able to change Mario's clothing the first time, you know, his 'Wario' outfit or something? I can't remember how to do that anymore. Now, whenever I try to change the colors, the red or blue shows from underneath it because I've been making the color's transparent, so the features would show, if you know what I mean. I can't remember how to do that anymore.

Thanks. I'm still trying to figure out how to make the flames, so it'll be awhile before your request gets done, Ganondorf2. I got this done very quickly, though. Also, Diddy's appearance did NOT surprise me what-so-ever, as he was one of the most requested characters, besides the fact that Nintendo is adding most of the popular and classic characters to Brawl, and Diddy is no exception. And I definitely wouldn't be surprised if Dixie Kong made an appearance, too. I think she's worthy enough to be a character in Brawl.

Actually, I was saying 'Finally! He's in there!' out loud earlier.
And I can understand, take your time.

Now here's something a little more random. I'm gonna start doing designs like this pretty soon. You can tell I was really bored, can't ya? lol!

I don't think so. For some reason, I can't edit Yoshi's picture. It kept telling me 'your request can't be progressed because of a program error' or something like that. I'm getting a tad tired of Photoshop anyway. I wish I can download Open Canvas or a better paint and edit program. I don't know how my older brother was able to get me Photoshop for free. I think he owns the disk or something. I'll have to ask him if I ever see him again, but I doubt I will since he's forever banned from our house thanks to his stupidness, mostly for breaking into it and taking something without asking.

Ahahaha. That's pretty crazy. Photoshop it pretty cool. You can do a lot with it. Here's my picture of Wolf. I don't think anyone has seen it. High hopes for him being in Brawl, lol.

That's pretty good, but isn't Wolf grey? He looks blue! I'm guessing you couldn't get the grey to show up? Here's something I just now finished.

Thank you! Well, I hope (pestering) fans of a certain blue hedgehog are now happy that he finally has a spot in Brawl! At least now all the protesting about Sonic in the Nsider forums will finally stop! Unfortunately, the forums have been down since mid-September for tweaking, I suppose, so I couldn't go there to see the members’ reactions, which I can guarantee you that it’ll be one hell of a spam fest! And to celebrate his long-awaited appearance, here's what I got done! Yet again, I rushed it, but I tried to clean it up good. For the record, I personally don't hate Sonic; in fact, I'm really excited that he made it! His appearance is a good thing for both fans and haters! People who wanted Sonic in Brawl can play as him, and the people who believed that he didn't deserve to be in the game can bash the blood out of him (Even though there’s no blood in Smash, but you get my point!) So everyone wins! ;D lol!!! Me? I’m gonna do a little bit of both…. I’m gonna play as him for awhile because he’s my favorite mascot of Sega, and beat him up with Mario because I’d love to see Nintendo’s mascot go head-on with Sega’s mascot and see who wins! But before I do any of that, the first thing I’m gonna do with Sonic is try him out and get use to his moves and stuff, then beat him up with every Nintendo character for making it in the game in the first place...just for fun! I'm gonna do the same thing with other 3rd party characters. ;D This......also questions on what other 3rd party characters will join, since Nintendo said that not many of them will be in the game. I'm still crossing my fingers for Sora (Kingdom Hearts), even though his chances might not be as good. Ok, I'll shut up now.

Did you notice that the release date on the website has changed from Dec 3 2007 to TBD? (To Be Determined) I guess they put it there in case they don't finish the game in time, but I'm assuming that the game's release date is gonna be pushed back anyway, which wouldn't surprise me since they do that to (almost) every great game. I just hope they don't scrap it and start all over, which I doubt they're gonna do, but still.

Yeah. Like I said, if a delay is planned, then I wouldn't be mad since I was really expecting one. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if they delayed it until late next year, which I kinda doubt they're gonna do. I wonder how long it took them to create SSBM?

Normaly it takes about a year to make one. This one I'm not sure.

Those are pretty good. I really like Link's red and blue outfit! I don't care which character makes it into the game, really. I just accept what's there. As for the release date, unless it was a mistake, I really didn't think Nintendo would keep the Dec 3rd release. Like what Ganondorf2 said, there's a lot of things in the game, probably some of them such as levels, characters, and such might still need tweaking, and they have to test it for bugs and stuff. Or perhaps they think the game wouldn't be finished in time for the promised date, so they're planning to push it back to buy time and finish it up.

I was right about the delay! They delayed it until February next year! At least we know they're putting effort into the game. And what do you mean by that, Ganondorf2?
|
|
|
Post by ganondorf2 on Oct 12, 2007 17:33:41 GMT -5
Well, it was Dec 3rd right? That means people will go after games, machines, etc for themselves or their kids for Christmas making it harder for any of us to get it, unlike Feb 10th.

Oh yeah. That's why I started reserving games way before their release. For example, Twilight Princess came out December 12th...for the Gamecube, that is, and I reserved a copy at Gamestop in the middle of May. This year, I reserved a copy of Super Smash Brothers Brawl at GameCrazy somewhere between June and August before I heard about the previous December release date, so it's better to think ahead of things like that instead of wait until it's too late to do anything about it and miss out.

I just buy the game the day it comes out, if I have the money and someone to drive me to a nearby store. Anyway, let's get back on topic.
