Another Dimension: Light's Reflection (complete)

A portal opens to everyone and some of my team heads into it, questions on their mind.

"I guess not," shrugged Sam Shepard as he and the team prepares to follow in.

[Shadow Dragon]

{I'm too tired to continue this tonight, so see you two later.}

The nine men said nothing to this either and prepares to do the same.

The rest of my team head in as well and was at Popstar in a flash.

((Night Shadow!))

As James and his team made it out of the portal, they look around at the familiar world of Popstar, well, familiar to most anyway.

"This is a sight for sore eyes," Roy spoke, looking around.

[ganondorf2]

"I don't think you saw that however," I said pointing out the ship towering over us.

[The Melee Master]

"Um, no," Roy blinked, surprised to see the ship.

"Is that a ship?" asked Samus.

"Looks like one to me,"

"That's because it is a ship," smiled Kyle.

[ganondorf2]

"Now, as I said, Nova and I are going to have a little chat with the 'boss' if you will," Neutron said walking ahead.

The good clone started to think for a moment before following.

"I have a bad feeling..." I said to this.

"I'm getting it, too," Face Nemesis admitted.

"A chat, or a fight?" pondered Magnus.

"We'll find out soon enough," sighed Jordan, "in the meantime..."

"I have the same feeling..." Susie said then asked "Does everyone fly a ship?"

"Relax," my twin said, "Those that can't will be covered. Neutron always thinks ahead."

"OK, I got to ask," I start, "Dark Nova is called Neutron...what about you?"

"Me? Heh, funny you ask. Everyone calls me Raven."

[Shadow Dragon]

"Nice name," commented Trunks.

"Why do they call you that, if you don't mind me asking?" questioned the cloned swordsman.

[The Melee Master]

"I'd like to know that myself," Dunban said, "just out of general curiosity."

She laughs and said, "What do you think it means? Let's just say, the last survivor is part of it."

"Dang..." I say to that.

[Shadow Dragon]

"Last survivor?" Geralt questioned.

"I won't ask," Tikal told her.

Dunban didn't know what to say about that, so he kept his mouth shut, as did everyone else in the group.

"Death dragons became more like dead dragons when I was finished," she said, "Now I don't have to worry about them with Rugal dead."

[Shadow Dragon]

"And what a relief that is," sighed Raiden.

"Rugal may be gone, but we still have..." Neji paused.

"That Galeem and Dharkon fusion?" Cloud questioned.

"It looked like they are two beings again from that escape," the dark twin said.

"Big guy must have messed it up with the power he 'gave' them," I said with a shrug.

"About that, he did something to Rugal that made him have great pain the second time. I wanted to watch but what did he do?"

"To answer that, I must ask Geralt. What did you do to become what you call yourself? A mutant, I mean."

Everyone just listened in and kept silent.

[Shadow Dragon]

"I underwent a trial for it that caused my mutations," he replied, "I managed to resist some "changes" brought on by the Trial of Grasses better than most who underwent it, but that only caused the ones who did this to me, to perform even more dangerous experimental procedures. Caused my hair and skin to turn white...and eyes what you see now. Can't explain any better than this, but if you hear anyone call me White Wolf, well, now you know how I got that nickname."

"And right there, you lost me," Raiden shook his head, "but I can understand, to a point, what you went through, I mean."

"Your situation sounds completely different," Geralt called him out, making Raiden smirk and say, "Hm, you're probably right."

"Well take what you went through, and multiply that by ten and being forced to change into a monster and beyond it thanks to viruses and parasites," I said to that, "All thanks to you Maxwell..."

"Don't make me change my mind on sparing you," the dragon growled

"Geeze, those sound rough," said Kyle, not knowing what else to say about it all.

James didn't say anything to this, as being imprisoned and tortured at Venom didn't even begin to compare to what the others had went through.

"Wow, and people say I have it rough," Daruk said about it.

Revali just sighed said, chuckling a little, "You live around a volcano. That's normal for you."

[Shadow Dragon]

"A rough past builds up the best in all of us," Armstrong commented, "be proud of that."

[ganondorf2]

"Tell me about it..." I said.

"And for him," Link said about Nova, "We still don't know what is going on with him and his body. Getting a giant blade arm one moment to almost being blind for no reason. It was a mess."

"Don't think we didn't have problems either. We were forced to transform into beasts all thanks to a trident, Nova as well."

[The Melee Master]

"Just like the faced mechon being forced to change their bodies," Shulk stated.

"You get use to it after a while," Mumkhar told him, "all this power is exhilarating! I wouldn't trade it for anything else!!"

"Speak for yourself," Face Nemesis's pilot sighed, "but if it helps us get the job done, then I won't complain."

"Please," Mumkhar rolled his eyes, despite being inside his mechon, "you've done nothing but complain since you were converted, missy! Don't tell me you don't feel great after being given so much power! Who complains about something like that??"

"You won't hear me complain!" Xord agreed.

Gadolt kept his mouth shut.

"That's one thing...but being forced into becoming this...!" she could feel herself becoming frustrated once again.

"What? I thought you said you chose this," Shulk realized, "Or wait, didn't you?"

"Forget it, it's not important." she tries to change the subject, "What is it we're suppose to be doing again?"

"Don't tell that to our clone version of Peach," Bowser said, "Trust me, your suits would turn to mush."

I start to chuckle when the ground started to shake making everyone look around.

[Shadow Dragon]

"I won't ask," Luke said despite being curious, before being interrupted by the ground shaking, making him and the others look around.

The top of Access Arc opened up and it's core flies off as both men ran toward us and I ask, "What happened?"

"Me or you?" Neutron asked his good twin.

"I'll do it," Nova said, "It was like this..."

The two clones enter the room to see Haltmann's back turned to them.

"Max," Nova starts, "We need to talk."

"I figured you'd come to see me...and finding out what I did..." he said in a robot tone.

"So it's true," the clone thought, "Maybe I shouldn't say Haltman...but Star Dream."

He turns and showed yellow robot eyes and said, "You failed to exterminate target."

"Now that I see what your plans are, I'm happy I messed up."

"How does it feel to see two 'pawns' at your doorstep? You wanted one of us dead for a reason and now we know why!" Neutron said

"It matters not," as the robot pressed a button on the desk and floats over it's chair as the core appeared out of the floor and the robot Haltmann flies over to the 'eye' of it, "You were both imperfect yet useful, now you will be reset like the rest."

The area shakes and the top opens up before the core takes off, robot Haltman inside it.

"Shoot! It's getting away!" Nova shouts.

"No it's not, I still have it targeted by my men. The subspace ship 3.0 should be here by now, we got to get back now!" Neutron said and ran ahead.

"3.0?" Nova thought as he followed.

"What do we have?" asked Dark Pit to Neutron after he and the others heard the explanation.
