Tikal charges at Dark Nova, weapon in hand, hoping to distract him long enough for Nova to find that weakpoint, while being careful of Bayonetta's inferno beast, trying to remain out of it's way.

Dark Nova sent a blast at Tikal, and stomps the ground, sending Nova up, before he was whipped out the air by his tail, saying, "Don't think I don't notice anything."
The good clone slammed back first to the ground and bounced across it, kicking up dust.

"Here, catch!" He said and threw the demon at Tikal.
Nova jumped out of the dust and swung his fist at the foe to be countered by dark Nova's giant one sending shockwaves. They kept countering each other, even though, Dark Nova had more arms, Nova had the speed to keep up.

Scolopendra was caught and tries to escape, making Bayonetta send it back into Inferno. Obviously, not even her 'pets' were powerful enough to stop Dark Nova. The four faced mechon, save for Egil, charge in next to try and stop Dark Nova.

Dark Nova sent his twin back again before swatting away a blast sent by Broly.
He got ready for the mechon this time and said, mocking "Just think...this is my second strongest form and you can't keep with this? Come on people.

"Second strongest??" questioned Pheromosa as she and the others watch the mechon charge at Dark Nova. Mumkhar and Gadolt fire plasma blasts at him, while Xord, Nemesis, and Egil, charge in with their weapons in hand.

Dark Nova puts his arm up at the blasts and blocks Tikal's attack while looking at the weapons.
Demise charged in as the Imprisoned at this point.

Seeing that the mechon and Infernals didn't leave a scratch and Dark Nova wasn't faltering, some of James's group were starting to wonder if this battle would all be for nothing. Sensing this from his team, James shook his head, "We've come too far to give in now!" he flags down Reshiram, who lands beside him.
"Hold on!" Jordan shouted as he sees James jump onto the Pokemon's back.
"If this doesn't work, at least we gave it one final shot," James sighed.
That's when he felt his shoulders being grabbed. James turned around, "Jordan, what are you-?"
"You won't be able to take this alone, McCloud," Jordan smiles.
James smiles back and nods, "All right, then let's go!"
Reshiram lets out a cry and flies off the ground.

((Getting tired myself.))
Reshiram dodges the tail and fires a blast of Blue Flare at Dark Nova's face to distract him, then using Turbo Blaze, he propels himself into the sky, above Dark Nova.
"All right, we only have one shot at this!" James said, "On my mark, Jordan!"
Meanwhile, those that could fly took off to battle Dark Nova.

"I don't think so, boys," Dark Nova said, hit by the attack from the pokemon and shook it off, "Did you forget?"
Despite his size, he jumped back far from everyone and starts to charge up something himself.

Reshiram follows despite.
"Now!" James commanded.
The Pokemon unleashes another a blast of fire at Dark Nova in an attempt to distract him while the two foxes jump off and head down toward him, bodies set aflame and spinning like power-drills. Jordan manages to direct himself to aim at Dark Nova's back for a sneak attack, while James aims down at his head.

"Time for a surprise..." he said.
Massive wings appear out of his back and quickly wrapped around his entire body and harden, increase his defence in a matter of seconds. His version of Protect.
Seeing this I turn into my dragon self and flew at them to try and stop them from hurting themselves.

As Reshiram flew away from the battle, the foxes see what had happened with Dark Nova, but were unable to stop in time, and after seeing Ganondorf2 coming after them, the two foxes were now concerned about the possibility of injuring her with their attacks. As the others watched, Sara shut her eyes tightly to this.

"Don't worry about me," I thought the shouts, "Protect!"
I made a barrier as well, to handle both their attacks.

They both hit the barrier, which didn't do damage to the two. Their attacks finally came to an end, they fall off the barrier and out from the sky. The two foxes spread out their bodies to slow their descent. Reshiram catches sight of this, and flies in from under them, catching them on his back once more.
"Thanks for the quick save!" Jordan spoke to him.
Reshiram nods.
"Let's head back to the others," James said.
Jordan quickly turns to him, "What?! What about your 'inability to give up?!'"
"The two of us did all we could for now, Jordan," James responded calmly, "and now I see this won't be easy. Try it again, and we may not make it back in one piece next time."
Jordan sighs to this, "All right."
"I'll give him credit for one thing," James hated to admit it as he turns back to look at Dark Nova, "he definitely knows what he's doing and how to handle us now,"
"Which makes him even more of a threat to us now than before."
Reshiram said nothing as he continued flying toward the group.
"Though I will admit, McCloud, I think you're getting better at trying to master that attack of mine," Jordan smiled, "but you're still light-years away from controlling and perfecting it. Just need to find a way to stop hurting yourself in the process."
James chuckled.

I fly with them and said, watching the enemy unwrap himself, "Good idea, but too bad Dark Nova knows of it. No wonder he was ready. He knew."
"Doesn't hurt to use a power to sense ahead of time," Dark Nova said, making the wings disappear, "The queen of the lie taught me to think ahead, always as well be ready for any change."
"That explains a lot," I say to this, "He has a solution to everything..."

James remained silent, as for once, he had no answer. Reshiram didn't say anything either as he continued flying.

"When Nova said, don't be predictable, he meant it," I said, feeling the same way in worry.
That's when a blast of darkness hit Dark Nova in the back of his head making him look around.

"I remember," James said.
"'Don't be predictable...'" Jordan sighed, "well how can we accomplish that if the enemy knows our every move anyway?! We try something, then switch tactics on a dime as we just did, and he still has the upper hand!"
"We'll figure it out, Jordan." James didn't know either, but he still felt he needed to answer his service partner.
Jordan sighed and shook his head, "That's the laziness answer I've heard from you since we were sent to this world, McCloud...but I guess I've no choice but to take it."
After Reshiram got far from Dark Nova, he stops, flapping his wings to keep him afloat and looking to see what had just happened, with James and Jordan holding onto him.

"Be random is what he's hinting, let alone don't think about it. He probably read your mind for all I know," I said.
Dark Nove turns to the area Nova crash-landed and kept an eye on it.
"Like that, I think."

"Geeze..." sighed Jordan, "yeah, NOW I remember you mentioning that a while ago. This is going to be harder than I thought."
"Sorry, I was the one who forgot," James admitted.
"Having brain damage from your earlier antics of using my own personal move incorrectly?" Jordan quipped.
James ignored his teasing words, "From now on, no more strategic acts from me." he fixes and pushes his sunglasses up, "Time for me to follow MY words and trust my instincts to finish this."
Reshiram nods to this.
Jordan smirked, "OK, NOW we're officially back in business!" then teased, "Nice of you to wake up, McCloud!"

"Wait a minute..." I thought, seeing massive wings in the cloud before a roar was heard within it. It clears to see a giant dragon arms folded.

Reshiram looked in the clouds and glared, having a bad feeling.
"What was that?" Jordan also looked up, "Wait, don't tell me...!"
James looked up, too, gripping Reshiram's back though the Pokemon didn't feel it.
