Outside, the castle, and part of the land it was attached to, started to rise off the ground.(Like Ganon's in OoT)
When the knights and Jafar looked out the window, the land appeared to be lowering.
Ganondorf sported a smirk as this happens and said, "This only the beginning."

The castle stopped shaking and had paused at a certain hight into the air.
Ganondorf got out of his chair, walked toward his throne, but stopped and started digging through his armor.
"Where are you?" he asked himself, "Ah! Found it!"
He pulls out a vial with what looks like a small bug inside.

Jafar quickly levitated

"OK, little guy, do your thing," Ganondorf said after he started to float off the ground himself.
He slowly tilts the vial and the bug drops to the ground.
Once on the ground, it looks around then it changes and spreads on the ground quickly, changing everything as it does into a robot version.

It changes everything outside as well, now battle ready as the triforce symbol appears above the castle entrance.
Ganondorf lands on the ground and said, "Done."

They began to feel the walls, marveling at the metal design.
