Several bear traps were seen, along with a few wrecking balls attached by ropes, ready to be launched when someone would trip the wire beneath them

Ganondorf knew he could fly over the traps, but was worried he could trigger a final if he grabbed Percival.

Jafar began to wonder about this, and flew in the area to divert attention away from Ganondorf

Percival was still out cold.
Meanwhile the thieves were busy fighting Jafar, who sent fireballs at them from his staff

Ganondorf made himself whole again, once he was safe and close to Percival.
"Percival...wake up," he whispered.

He then picks her up, and flies back to the entrance.
The clone places her on the ground then uses his magic to heal her, holding back anger to this cruelty.

She nodded in thanks, and brought out her sword and headed after some of the thieves.

Ganondorf still held back his anger then got out his trident and headed for the thieves himself.

Jafar dodged arrows that flew after him, while Percival jabbed one thief in the chest several times with her sword

Percival slammed her blade into a thief's chest, sending him into his friends
