As we walked farther, the trees got more thick and the sunlight was slowly fading due to the thickness of the forest.
"Whatever you do, don't stop." the man said as he continued walking, "No matter how dark it seems to get. The longer we walk, the closer we'll be to getting out of here."
"I don't think I'm gonna find the exit after all." the boy said as he stopped.
"...What do you mean?" I ask.
"You feel it too, do you not? It's coming from somewhere within this forest."
"Whatever it is, we must continue." the man said as he walked away.
The rest of us followed.

We continue walking. Suddenly, an errie whisper entered my mind.
"Guys, listen." I said.
The others stop, but don't hear anything.
"The only thing I hear is the breeze blowing against the trees." Vormen said.
"We can't stop." the boy said, "Keep moving!"

Melee Master kept her guard up. Inuyasha took out his sword and it changed into a large, steel fang. He swung it over his shoulder, making sure not to touch the blade, and kept walking.

I hear the whisper again, "Ok, this time I swear I heard something!"
Vormen sighed and tried to read my mind, but for some reason, he was unable to hear anything.
"That's odd, I can't get anything." he said.
"What are you hearing?" Zelos asked.
"Chanting...." I answered, "Soft chanting."
I close my eyes and stood quietly. Everyone else grew quiet as I tried to conentrate.
"Vormen, Ganondorf, do you hear that?"
"I don't hear a thing." Vormen said.
"Something must be preventing my thoughts from being read." I thought to myself.
The whispering chants grew a little louder.
"It's getting louder...and...it sounds so familiar." I said, "It's...singing...as it's chanting...but I can't make out what it's saying."
"What? I really can't hear anything!" Jackie said.
"Neither can I." the man said.
With a startling surprise, the voice suddenly entered Vava's, Melee Master's, and Ganondorf2's minds now.

{After drafting up ideas for this RP, I've decided not to add Seles or the slayer after all, so I got rid of Seles's part on the first page, and since we've already got through where the slayer was, his first appearance here is his last.
I've also changed the plot entirely, so instead of Seles looking for the two legendary Dragons, something very different is going to occur later, and it will be said in character, so keep an eye out for it}
"Strange..." the man said.
We soon see an old, vine covered temple straight ahead of us.
The boy stops, "I can feel an ominous energy coming from the temple."
Zelos continued onward, then stops suddenly and staggers back, placing his hand where his heart was.
"What? What's wrong?!" Jackie asked.
"I don't know, but...I can't go any further than this." he panted, "I'm sorry."
"That temple must be what those creatures were trying to protect." the man said.
Jackie took a step forward. Suddenly, he lets out a short gasp and staggered back, in the same condition as Zelos.
"Jackie, what's wrong??" Vormen asked.
"Hmm...I think I know why this is happening." the man said, "The temple must be protected by an ancient spell. If anyone tries to enter..."
"They would die if they try to resist the pain." the boy finished.
"There's some writing on a plaque over here." I said. I was a couple feet from the group with an old stone jetting from the ground, "But I can't read it. It's kinda faded."
Jackie walks over to the plaque.
"It...seems to be a riddle." he said. He snaps off the vines that were covering it, "It's......in Dragon language?"

Jackie said as he walked over to the plaque, "I was once flowing...with the heaven's rains for anyone...who needed life, and now, I am nothing more than a long strip of dark, brown barren of the earth who had been forgotten over the ages.......Ha! I was right. It IS a riddle!"
"But what's the answer?" Vormen asked.

"The only river I heard that dried up centuries ago and never recovered was the Kohaku river." Jackie said.
A low rumbling was heard, then a blast of wind and energy blew straight at us.
"What's going on?!"
"I think you found the answer to the riddle!" I shouted back.
A bright light shined around us, and everything went black.
{All right you guys, this is *somewhat* an event, and our secondary characters that are already in here (Ganondorf, Jackie, Inuyasha, etc) are out of the RP for awhile, but you can bring in ONE new character, if you want, but only when I say. For now, focus on your main characters!}
