((It was put to a sudden stop. They were still trying to kill Naraku and get all the jewel shards when it ended, but at least the manga continued where the anime left off. I think that ended this year, also))

"Now your fates are sealed!!!" it shouted, charging another attack. It shot the attack at me.
"Shadow!!" Vormen shouted.
I felt a hard push as the energyball was shot. An explosion was later seen, but I open my eyes to see that I had been shoved to the ground. I look to my left to see the boy on the ground, who was struggling to stand.
"You...you did this?" I ask.
He shook his head, "I was mearly getting out of the way myself. Sorry."
"Someone was caught in the blast!" Vormen cried.
I turn to see a thick cloud of smoke and debrie. As it cleared, we saw that the person who shoved me, which turned out to be Zelos, who had his hand grasping tightly on his sword, which the blade had been stabbed into the ground. His teeth were clinched tightly and he sported a look of anger as blood ran down his arms and face, then he lowered his head, obviously in serious pain.
The creature was nowhere to be seen.

"D@mn, it escaped!" Inuyasha said as the Tetsaiga transformed to it's weak state. He puts it away.

Zelos tried to stand, despite being in pain. He still had his teeth chinced, and he was panting as well. He calmed down.
"Don't worry about me." he said, putting his sword away, "I'm fine."
"Yeah right." Vormen said.
"Your bleeding." the boy said.
"I can see that, thank you!" Zelos said, then collapsed back on his knees in pain.
"'I'm fine', he says." Jackie murmurs.

"Why are you here?"
"I've sensed something strange here, so I wanted to check things out. What about you?"
"We crashed here." she said.

"You mean...you haven't realized yet?"

"We stayed in the feudal era after we decided to get away from the noisy modern era." he answered, "150 years passed during that time."
"Yeah, but that doesn't-" she then realized, "Oh..."
"A human's lifespan is the same no matter what era he or she is in. Luckily, us demons can live for centuries as long as don't run into any danger."
