I also sat down.
I stretched my legs out and leaned back into the chair. I started to close my eyes to nap, but quickly opened them again and sensed that something was wrong.
"Shadow Dragon....I'm afraid that we have larger company."I said calmly
A loud thump was heared above us on the roof of the train.

I got out of my chair and pulled Shadow dragon out of the train's front just in time to see a large scorpion claw peirce through the roof and try to grab us. I slowly and silently walked out of the room, not wanting to get it's attention.
"Shadow Dragon...we need to get that thing off the roof of the train."I said

I follow him out of the room.
"Do these kind of trains go through tunnels?" I ask, "It'll get crushed or knocked off the train if it goes through a narrow tunnel."

"I'm afraid not....their isn't any tunnels of any sort in Racoon City."I said and headed for the rear car.
I stopped when the scorpion's claw peirced through the roof directly behind Shadow Dragon, which made me jump. The claw slid out of the hole, probably getting ready to do it again.

"I'll give you a hint! Run from the claw!!"I shouted as I headed towards the rear entrance that we came in after running from the reptilian creatures.
A ladder was seen beside the door of the rear entrance.

I soon found the other part of the ladder and fused the peices together with my mind. Afterwards I started to climb up the ladder and found myself atop the train. I patiently waited for Shadow Dragon as I pulled out both Magnums.

I start climbing the ladder. I soon reach the top of the train and pulled myself up. I stood up carefully.

I aimed both of my magnums forward. Dead ahead of us was a scorpion the size of a school bus with slime dripping from it's fangs. It hissed at the two of us with a look of hunger that gleamed in it's eyes.
"You ready?!"I shouted to Shadow Dragon over the roar of the wind.

I aimed at the head of the scorpion and shot a few rounds from my magnums at it. It blocked the shots by moving one of it's enormous claws in front of it's face, and proceeded to charge right for us in an attempt to ram us off of the train.

It let out a loud screech and shook violently from the pain. It reached for Shadow Dragon, but I managed to shoot out one of it's eyes, which stopped it from grabbing Shadow Dragon. A satisfied smile made it's way on my face.

I jumped back onto it's back and stabbed my sword into it once more.

It screeched once more and tried to do the same thing, but was shot once again in the other eye. It thrashed violently once again.
It growled as it's tail aimed for Shadow Dragon with it's stinger pointed at his chest.

I rolled out of the way and tried to slash the stinger off with my sword.

However, the tail's exoskeleton was much harder than the part of the scorpion's back. The stinger flew forward, but impailed itself in the back because Shadow Dragon moved out of the way. It let out another screech, and began to buck like a bronco to get Shado Dragon off.

I lose my balance and fall off the scorpion, crashing hard onto the ground.

(I'll just assume that you mean the train and not the ground beside the train's tracks.)
I helped Shadow Dragon to his feet.
The scorpion thrashed around some more, then it started to run towards us.

It was getting closer and closer.
I however ran towards it, and at the last second, slid under it.

It swatted Shadow Dragon before this happened however, sending him behind the scorpion as it fell off of the train.
I ran over to Shadow dragon to see if he was alright.
