Protoman brings out his shield and blocks the attack, nullifying the parts of the attack, and sending the rest away from him.
He held his shield up and began to charge energy as well.

Protoman's color changed to white this time, and he began to fire what seemed like magnets attached to rockets, giving them a homing ability of some sort to follow D. Samus's armor.

She corrupts them with the same phazon, and does something to the magnets.
She turns them around and lets them go and they target Protoman now with boosted power.[/glow]

He tries to block with his proto shield, but is sent back from the powerfull explosions.
He slid across the ground.

Something catches my eye, but it was too swift to see who it was.
The shadow slashs D. Samus from behind then disappears.

Despite the pain he was in, Protoman changed to a maroon color and shot fireballs at D. Samus.
Each attack caused him more pain.

He turned to us with a sly grin, showing blood stained teeth.
He quickly coughed up another small puddle of blood, and fell to the ground on his stomach

I did so.
I opened his chest plate and began to do some rewiring.
A few seconds later, I closed the chest plate.
He coughed again, this time blood did not come out.
