That's when Link grabs Xemnas's arm, picks up and throws him on the ground hard.
Link goes into martial arts stance.

I slowly get back up and wipe some blood off of the side of my mouth.
I charge at him like I'm going to strike, but Ghost Lords restrains me.

Once we got to the top, we saw the stone that leads to the Twilight Realm, but no sign of C. Ganondorf anywhere nor the mirror that rests on the base in front of the stone.

We entered at the base of Death Mountain, and several Gorons spotted us and started to throw rocks at us in fear.
