Once Zeth turned, he sees a necklace with a symbol of the Gordian(spelling?) Knot.
"Do you know what this is?" he asked.

"That's correct," he said, "And right now, you are forming such a knot in your heart. Your anger is twisting and turning, making your life forever harder. With the choices you make, the knot will either untie itself or make it worse. A bad past can also cause that knot to get worse. I always think of the Gordian Knot in my life. That's why I forgot the past and moved on. I live in the moment."
He tosses the necklace to Zeth.
"Think about it," Ganondorf said finally and walks away.

He took the armor, from the waist up, off and trained.

"Tripping me was a good workout?" Ganondorf teased and walked towards a pole nearby.
He grabs it with both hands, but doesn't pull on it.
He climbs it slightly, puts one leg out to the side.
While holding on the pole tightly, he puts the other leg out then pushes.
He continues to hold on to the pole, while keep his body straight out and not falling down.

I waved goodbye, and left.
A few minutes later Carnage entered wearing a mussle shirt and workout shorts.
He went to the bench press and started to adjust the weights.
