Andross: Yes, and killed everyone in the lab. She had made herself into a fighter by taking everything in sight, making her become more and more powerful. She even said she will take over and possibly destroy the world.

Andross: She thought she was not powerful enough, so when she found this world, she took the chance and is sapping each of planets power. If she continues, she could take on the whole universe and destroy it in one blast.
