Chapter 23
Later once night approached and once he took a break, Ganondorf in his modern look again drove around in his car to clear his mind. He was on the highway and the moon was shining bright.
“Ahh, a beautiful night,” he thought as he drove, “I can’t think of anything negative here.”
He turned on the radio, tries to find something to listen to. When he couldn’t, and no one was watching him, he used his mind to get out a CD and puts it in the CD player. He turned it on and listens to some heavy metal music, set on low volume, as he drove.
Justin was on patrol at the time and he soon spots Ganondorf driving on the opposite side of the road. Ganondorf does as well and looks over his shoulder to make sure he wasn’t seeing things. Justin turns his police car around and follows the clone now. Ganondorf sighs, continued to drive calmly and was still on the speed limit. Justin was annoyed, but continued to follow. He soon turns his lights on, just to see if Ganondorf will pull over. The clone was soon curious as to why the lights were on.
“What’s up, Justin?” his voice was heard in the cop’s radio, surprising him, “Why are you trying to get me to pull over?”
“He’s smarter then I thought,” Justin thought and then responded back, “I only wish to talk to you.”
“Fine,” Ganondorf replied.
He does so, turns everything off, unbuckles, and relaxes in the car. Justin walks over, prepared for anything, but Ganondorf stays in the car, with his hands behind his head, as calm he can be.
“What are you doing here?” Justin asked.
“Just driving around, minding my own business,” Ganondorf said, “Is that a crime?”
“Er...no, I was just making sure you wouldn’t do anything funny.”
“Now why would I-? Look out!” A car was about to hit Justin from behind, but Ganondorf grabs and lifts Justin out of the way just in time. Ganondorf’s car wasn’t hit as the person drove away. He placed Justin gently back on the ground.
“You all right?” he asked.
“Yes, t-thanks,” Justin said a little shooken up.
“I hope you got the number of that car,” Ganondorf said.
“I sure did, and I’m going after him.”
“I’ll come with you, you might need backup.”
“But-“
“It’s OK, I know what to do.”
Justin sighs, but nods to that. He dashes off to his patrol car, while Ganondorf buckles up then they drive off.
They quickly catch up with the man, and Justin points his gun at him.
“Put your hands behind your head, step out of the car and keep your back to me!” he shouted.
Ganondorf watches just in case as the man exits the car. The man does as he is told…at first. Suddenly the man throws a dagger at Justin, but the dagger stops when it was two feet from him. The man was shocked as his weapon fell to the ground. Ganondorf had one hand to his head, but lowers it. The man soon realised who Ganondorf was and is ready to run.
“Don’t even think about it! Get on the ground!” Justin shouted.
The man does so without hesitation and Justin handcuffs the man, and then puts him in the back of the car.
“Thanks again, Ganondorf,” Justin said finally.
“No problem,” he said, “Be careful, now.”
He soon drives away and Justin calls in.
Back at the station, he soon tells Sophia what happened.
“Wow, it makes you think, huh?” she said.
“Yeah, I can’t believe he cares for people that much,” Justin said.
Soon the chief walks over and said, “We got a large mission for you both, I’ve found Ganondorf’s hideout, and we are going to head out two days from now in the morning. Be ready.”
Once he left both of them look at each other in shock.
“Oh no…” they said at the same time.

Chapter 24
Ayden and his troops were being transported, by helicopter, to Ganondorf’s castle, Sophia and Justin being part of the group.
“Are you sure he’s way out here?” one of them asked.
“I’m sure of it,” Ayden said.
The castle is soon seen in the distance and he gets excited.
“There it is!”
“Wow, how does it float in the air like that?” another trooper asked.
Even Ayden started to think and said, “Hmm, I’m not sure myself…”
Sophia was nervous about this and Justin feels guilty.
The copter lands on a large piece of land and they head for the giant doors.
Ganondorf watched and thought, “And now the fun begins…”
Ayden tries to push the door open.
“Confirm identity,” a computer like voice is heard, making Ayden back off.
“Who said that?” he said.
“My castle,” Ganondorf’s voice is soon heard from above.
Everyone looks up to see him sitting on a ledge, with his legs crossed.
“Long time no see, old man,” he continued.
“You talk big, but now that we found your home,” Ayden taunts.
Ganondorf laughs and continued, “You may have found it, but can you get in it? I’m a lot smarter then I look. However, I feel nice today, and so…”
He vanishes and the doors open by themselves.
“Is this some sort of trick?” One trooper asked.
“I don’t know, but watch out anyway,” Justin said.
“I wonder if he’s waiting for me…” Sophia thought.
Once inside, they quickly notice that they can’t get any farther as the doors were too high and there was no staircase to reach them.
“We were tricked!” a trooper said and tries to head back out.
The doors shut quickly and iron bars block the outside and inside of the castle.
“You got to be kidding…” another trooper said.
The ground begins to shake and some of the floor opens up and a large staircase appears out of the ground. Once it was in place the shaking stops.
“OK, this is getting weird,” a trooper said.
“I think he’s just trying to scare us,” Ayden said.
“It’s working…” another said.
Sophia and Justin stay quiet.
They all head up the stairs and soon in a large room, which looked like it was meant for knights in the Middle Ages as statues of armor stood in different spots for decoration and torches were also seen, used from the night before.
“I don’t believe this…” Ayden said.
They spot two small staircases on the left and on the right.
“Should we split up?” a trooper asked.
“Yes, Justin you take Will, Calvin, Vic, and Marvin with you and head to the left. My team will head right,” Ayden said.
“Yes, sir!” they said and left.
Sophia wasn’t sure to go with this, and Justin was going worried as he left.
“Lets go,” Ayden said and rushes off.
Sophia follows, but doesn’t feel like she’s doing the right thing. They soon reached a room, with more armoured statues, but the doors are quickly barred up with no way out.
“We’re trapped!” a trooper shouted.
“And those statues are moving!” another said.
“What?!” Ayden said then spots two heavily armoured statues coming to life with swords and shields at the ready.
Sophia was shocked, as she never saw them come to life before. The statues walk towards the troops. Many shots were fired from the troops, but only sparks were seen on the statues bodies as they walked. Sophia started to get scared as one of them started to walk close to her…

Chapter 25
The attacks the statues, were using, were slow but powerful swings with the swords in hand.
The troopers kept backing off, but Sophia was scared stiff and couldn’t move. However, the statues ignored her and walked past.
“What?” Sophia asked in shock.
“Huh? What’s going on?” a trooper said.
“Why aren’t they attacking her?” Ayden asked.
“That’s enough!” Ganondorf’s voice is heard, “Cancel action!”
The statues stop, go back to their original spots and stay there.
“OK, what just happened?”
“Sorry about that, I forgot to turn them off,” Ganondorf’s voice is heard again.
“That’s it, I want to get out of here!” a trooper said.
“You son of a-“ Ayden was about to say.
“Language…” Ganondorf spoke again.
Ayden starts cursing under his breath.
The bars lower and the doors open.
“OK, this is scaring me out of my wits,” a trooper said.
“Ganondorf doesn’t want me hurt…” Sophia thought, “But, why?”
“Come on,” Ayden said, “I’m not letting this nut stop me!”
Once they opened another door they feel a gust of wind, as they were outside again and the wind was blowing hard at the higher altitude. One trooper loses his helmet because of it. They head up a steep slope and goes into a nearby door. The rest of the team was resting there.
“What took you so long?” Justin asked.
“Two statues attacked us,” Sophia said.
“Same thing happened to us, but once Ganondorf shouted…I seemed like that they shut themselves off.”
“Are you saying they are robots?” a trooper asked.
“I’m just taking a shot in the dark,” Justin admitted.
“I’d like to shoot Ganondorf for this,” Ayden said, “Anything else?”
“Yeah, there’s a staircase that takes us up the tower, but there’s a problem,” a trooper said.
“And what’s that?”
The trooper points at the staircase and most of it were broken or ready to fall.
“Stuck again…” Ayden said.
Justin manages to find a way as he backs up, runs, and jumps from piece to piece. The others follow, and at the next staircase it was worse.
Sophia thinks of something herself. She presses her back to the walk and slides up, but doesn’t look down. The others follow her, and at the last stair case there was nothing, but two spiked tops spinning and moving up and down the walls.
“Who is this guy?!” a trooper asked in disbelief.
“There’s got to be a way up,” Ayden said.
The ground shakes again and bridge is made, but is dangerously narrow.
“We have to cross that?” A trooper asked.
“Lets go one at a time,” another said.
They did so, trying to not fall or get hit by the tops. They were at the top of the tower and a giant door blocks their path now.
“How are we going to open this thing?” Justin asked.
“I have an idea,” Sophia said, as she already opened this door before, but didn’t show it.
She grabs the bottom of the door and pushes upwards. The door opens she enters and it shuts behind her.
“I didn’t think doors would work like that,” One trooper said.
Once they all get through the door, they could see the Statue of Liberty in the distance.
“That guy must like our statue huh?” Justin said.
“Yeah,” Sophia said.
“Lets go we’re almost there,” Ayden said and ran up two staircases.
All the other troops head up as well. Sophia and Justin dreaded this, but follow.
Once at the top, they were in a large throne room. They heard music as well and when they looked they saw Ganondorf lying on a throne chair, playing an electric guitar softly to himself.
“Alright, Ganondorf! Your time is up!” Ayden shouts.
He wasn’t listening however, thus making the chief mad.
“Are you even listening?” he asked,
As an answer, even though Ganondorf wasn’t moving, barriers block the windows and the exit.
“Dang it!” a trooper said in shock.
Ganondorf laughs and looks at them by the corner of his eye. He puts both feet down and sits up properly, still with guitar in hand.
“You should thank me for helping you get up here,” he said.
“Helping us?” Justin asked.
“Of course, other wise you wouldn’t have gotten here, that or, lived to get here,” he continued.
“And now you’re coming with us,” Ayden said.
“Fraid not, Ayden,” Ganondorf said, shocking him, “You’ll have a hard getting me to leave.”
He stands up.
“I know your plans, and I’m afraid it’s not happening any time soon.”
He floats into the air and gets ready to fight.

Chapter 26
“I’m sorry I have to do this,” Ganondorf said, “I don’t want anybody hurt.”
The troopers get ready to fire, but their guns were taken away by Ganon’s powers. Suddenly he was shot by something else that caused major damage to his shoulder making him fall down to the ground. He gets up, places his hand on the wound and is shocked.
“Try that for size,” Ayden said, aiming a different type of gun at him.
“What the…? Where’d you get that gun?” Ganondorf asked, annoyed that his weakness was found.
“Don’t know him personally, but he gave this to me before he told me about this place.”
“Why do I have a feeling I know him…” Ganondorf said, “Fine, don’t play fair. You can’t kill me anyway.”
“Oh yeah? Let’s test that theory.”
Sophia had enough and blocks Ayden from Ganondorf. This surprises both the clone and the chief of police.
“Stop. This isn’t right,” she said.
“What are you doing? Get out of the way!” the chief said.
Sophia shakes her head. Ganondorf was about to protest as well, but thinks again.
“Run! Get out of here!” she said to the clone.
He nods, looks back for a moment, then runs to the back of the room, stands on a platform, still with hand on his shoulder, and disappears into a trapdoor. Sophia feels bad for Ganondorf.
“What did you do that for?!” Ayden shouted.
“It just wasn’t right…” she said.
He gave her an evil eye, and then the rest of the troops followed Ganondorf underground. Justin stayed behind to comfort Sophia.
The troops were soon underground and they catch a glimpse of Ganon getting on a black and red horse and takes off.
“Curse it! He’s getting way!” Ayden said, “After him!”
The horse gallops as fast as it can to get away as its rider heals quickly.
“Curse that clown. He wants me bad,” Ganondorf thought, “I have to do something about that gun…or make something that can take the blow…I got it! I’ll make it later. But right now I have to gets these guys out of the castle.”
He comes to a door and it scans him.
“Identity confirmed. Good luck, Ganondorf,” the computer said.
The door opens and he is soon out of the castle.
The troopers’ run in and had just missed Ganondorf.
“Dang it!” Ayden said.
“Lets head back to the helicopter!” a trooper said.
“Good thinking, let’s go!” the chief said.
Sophia and Justin were back outside of the castle walls and looked at the Statue of Liberty in the distance.
“Why did you help him?” Justin asked Sophia.
“I don’t know…” she said, “I guess I just wanted to help him for some reason.”
“Are you sure it’s not something else?”
“Why do you-“ Sophia is cut off, as the castle shakes.
Another door nearby opens and Ganondorf, with his horse appears.
“What are you doing here?” Justin asked.
“Trying to get away,” he said, “I’ll give you two a lift to the main land. Quickly, before they spot you.”
They nod and get on. Ganondorf teleports himself and everyone else to dry land safely.
“Whoa, how’d you do that?” Justin asked.
“It’s one of my powers, Teleportation,” he said.
He hears the helicopter in the distance coming towards them.
“Interesting, lets have some fun,” Ganondorf said, “You two stay here. I got this.”
“You can’t escape a helicopter,” Sophia said.
“You don’t know me,” he said, “Nor my horse, Sleipner.”
“Sleipner?” Justin asked.
“Yep, see yah.”
Ganondorf takes off on his horse and, quickly afterward, the helicopter follows him.
Sophia and Justin watch them disappear into the distance, wondering if they will be all right. Little did they know that the castle had suddenly disappeared into thin air on them...

Chapter 27 Ganondorf and Sleipner continued to move ahead and the clone watched the helicopter above them.“Get closer to them!” Ayden shouted. “I can’t, unless they head for the highway,” the pilot said. The horse runs between cars in the city street, getting attention from many people. The helicopter follows from above. “Finally, something exciting to do,” Ganondorf thought.Once out on the highway, his horse speeds up, but not enough to escape the helicopter. “Give it up, Ganondorf, you can’t get away!” Ayden said on the loud speaker. “I’m just getting started,” he said.
He continued to ride off even faster then before, and then pushes in buttons on his gauntlet. Elsewhere, his Ford Mustang is turned on and disappears. A half hour later, it speeds and catches up to Ganondorf and is right beside him. “What the?” a trooper said in shock. Ganondorf kisses Sleipner on its head, whispers something in its ear. He carefully stands on top of the saddle, and then jumps into the car perfectly. Sleipner gallops off and Ganondorf gains control of the car now as it speeds off. The helicopter continued to follow as night quickly came. “Shoot the tires out!” Ayden said. A trooper does so and makes the tire almost blow. Ganondorf presses a button and said tire is suddenly repaired.“Huh?” the trooper said in shock. “I’m not surprised you would do that,” the clone said rolling his eyes, “I’m quite the inventor. Like this for example…”He presses a button then sits back and relaxes as something happens to the car. The body of it start to change and get bigger until it looked like a spaceship. s60.photobucket.com/albums/h30/Ga....nt=DSCI0002.jpg“Whoa!” the pilot said in shock. “You got to be kidding me…” Ayden said. “I like to see you catch this baby,” Ganondorf taunted, “Bye. I’ll see you later.”The jet like engine started to glow and suddenly the machine blasts off like a rocket and disappeared into the night leaving the cops eating his dust. After they were back at the station, Ayden paces back and forth in his office, waiting for any info. An officer walks in with worry on his face. “What’s wrong?” Ayden asked. “The castle has disappeared sir,” he said. “What?! Are you serious?!” “I’m sorry, sir, but it’s true.” “Grr…is there any traces of it?” “We tried, but there’s nothing to be found.” Sophia and Justin walk into the station and they quickly get bad stares from everyone. Sophia looks away at that point. Ayden comes out of his office, points at Sophia, and motions his finger towards himself. She became nervous and realises her choice was a bad one, but takes it in. Justin felt bad for her as she entered the chief’s office. “What were you thinking?” Ayden asked as soon as the blinds and door were shut tight from everyone. “I’m sorry, sir, but-“ Sophia started, but is cut off.“But what? We were there to capture him and we ended with nothing because of you!” he shouted. “It just isn’t right. I mean, why is he here anyway? He hasn’t hurt anyone.”“Oh yeah? He went into a fight with a man on top of a roof! I saw him with my own two eyes.” Sophia was confused, and asked, “What did the man look like?”“A solider of some sort, but he was almost killed by Ganondorf,” Ayden said. “So Ganondorf did fight him before…he was telling the truth…” she thought, “What if it was self defence?”“Self defence? Hah! With the skills I saw, he didn’t look like he was trying to avoid. He was fighting him!” Sophia doubted this.“But that’s beside the point. Right now, because of you not obeying my orders, I’m sorry, but you’ll have to give me your badge and gun. You are not to get paid for a week, but this is only a warning.” Sophia knew this was going to happen. She did as she was told and gives up her badge and gun. Ganondorf watches this from a window, and felt awful of what’s happening. He leaves, trying to think of something. Sophia packs some of her things and gets ready to leave when Justin stops her.“I’m sorry this happened to you, is there anything I can do?” he asked. “Just keep an eye of the old man, will you?” she said then leaves the station.Ayden watches her leave. “Well at least that thorn on your side is gone,” Clown’s voice is heard from behind the chief.“You little…I almost had the freak, but you also never told me of the traps. I almost got killed!” Ayden said. Clown looked around evilly then said, “You make that sound like that’s a bad thing.”Ayden gets angry. “All right, so I forgot a small detail, no biggy. You’ll get him,” he continued.“Oh yeah? Then where is he? He suddenly disappeared without a trace, including his castle!” “Ooh…That I didn’t expect…”At her apartment, Sophia was watching T.V and was a little sad. She wasn’t sure if she made the right choices or was doing the right thing. She soon hears a tap on a window nearby and turns. She sees a large shadow at the window, but isn’t sure if it was friend or foe. She grabs a flashlight, turns it on and aims it at the shadow only to see Ganondorf shielding his eyes from the light with his arm.
“You again,” Sophia said and opens the window.“Sorry about that,” he said, “I didn’t want to be spotted.”“What are you doing here?” she asked, “I’m already in big trouble from earlier.”“I know…” Ganondorf said looking away, feeling guilty.Sophia sees this and realises that he must have been watching her.
“You saw me?” she asked.“Yes and I’m sorry this happened to you. I came here to see if you’re OK.”“I’m fine.”“Doesn’t sound like it.”Sophia said nothing after that.“Let me help you,” Ganondorf said.“I must say no on this one…” she said, “They know where you live now, and I feel like it’s my fault.”“No it isn’t,” he said, “I know the person that found my place.”“What?”“Did you hear any extra voices before you left the station? Anything unusual?”Sophia thought for a moment then remembers.
“Yes, I have.”“The second voice you heard was a demon like entity named Clown,” Ganondorf said, “He’s been after my hide for quite a while. He wants me to take some deal, but I turned him down. I think he’s following me around and trying to kill me so I won’t have a choice but take the deal.”“Oh, so that’s what Ayden is planning, huh?” Sophia said in anger.“Don’t do anything rash though,” he continued.“Why? He’s only going to keep coming to your place.”“Not when I moved it.”Sophia was shocked at this point.
“The castle moves?” she asked.Ganondorf nods and said, “When someone with a dark heart finds my castle, it will vanish the next day and reappear in a different spot somewhere in the world. It will make people think they had seen a ghost.”“That’s amazing!” Sophia said in shock.“I know,” he continued, “Humans won’t be able catch me this way.”Sophia was surprised that the clone thinks things like this and is always ahead.“Anyway, I must be going,” Ganondorf said, “Sorry, if I disturbed you.”“Wait,” Sophia said, “Um…I changed my mind…that is…”“You want to come now?”“Yes.”Ganondorf smiled and said, “OK. When do you have to be back?”“A week or so,” she said.“Meet me at later tonight then,” he said, “Later.”Ganondorf back climbs out the window and disappears into the night. Sophia still wonders about him, and if the things that Ayden is doing is true…
