Just giving you guys a heads up. I'm creating a story about my character's life; from the time he was a baby, to the time he found this place to reside awhile. I'm trying to remember all the things I've done in the old RP boards, as well as Planet Melee itself, to add to my story. Most of it was my own ideas that weren't added to the RP. However, I'm not too good at creating stories, despite me being in RP boards, so just bear with me. The first part will be put up as soon as I'm finished with it.

Well, just a thought, you could go back to Planet Melee to look for somethings to add to the story while you're at it. At least you don't to go by memory all the time. It's just a thought like I said, you don't have to do it if you don't want to.

I sometimes go by memory because I have dreams about my RP character, too! And when I find something that's good, I add them to the battle arena, if I can remember it first. By the way, Ganondorf2, I figured I'd add Maxwell, one of your guys, to the first half of the story, where the war takes place. And since I don't own him, I must ask you. Is it ok if I can add him to my story? Its just that one part!

I don't mind. He's part of my story too. Go for it.

The reason I'm adding him to the first half only is because I don't know that much about him. If I can get more info, I might put in more often if its ok with you. Could you please give me some details on his Dragon form, first?

As Ganondorf said, he's a Demon Dragon. He has a longer lower jaw then the top jaw, stands on his hind legs all the time and has curled horns that face forward like a bull. However I can never find a pic that looks like the one I'm thinking of.

Well, why don't you try drawing him? I can't find a good pic of my character's human form because I made him up. However, despite me drawing a few Dragons here and there (Which I have yet to find the pictures), I can't draw my main character's human form that well. Basically, he looks almost like myself in real life, except with a few good changes. And don't ask for a picture because I don't give out my own profile on the web, and drawing him is harder than it seems, as already mentioned, I think.

I can't draw things out of my head. It's a down fall when it comes to my art. I got to see the person, animal, etc in front of me in order to draw it.

{All right, here's the first half. Instead of this being in the third person, my character tells the story, which is in first person, but you may already know that}
Prologue/Chapter 1
The only thing I remember seeing is darkness. Complete darkness. I tried to move around, but I can’t, like I’m inside something and it won’t let me move an inch. I opened my eyes and I could see two shadows of creatures I didn’t know about. They were pretty large, and could easily squish me if they wanted. But one just nuzzled the case I was inside of, moving it a bit, and when I turned my head; I could see rows of bumps beside me. I guessed something was inside those things like I was, and they were all wondering the same question: where are we and how did we get here?
I let out a squeak, begging for the large beings to let me out. However, they never responded to my call. I gave up and fell back asleep.
Now, the two creatures outside of my egg turned out to be Dragons, large, black Dragons. I guessed they were my parents and they were protecting me and the others. One of them nuzzled my egg, causing me to wake up. I let out another chirp, but they didn’t seem to hear me.
Just then, one of the Dragons shot up and let out a loud roar. It shook the ground, as I could feel vibrations through my egg. I could hear yelling, and suddenly, a heard of something I have never seen before came stampeding toward us. They had sticks, called spears, in their hands. I wondered what they were going to do.
One of my parents grabbed an egg with its mouth gently and tried to escape, but a thick rope suddenly looped around its neck, causing it to release the egg. It didn't break. The Dragon roared as it struggled to get free. The other Dragon charged toward its partner, causing it to accidentally step in the nest, smashing half the other eggs. I could see the broken eggs and my brothers and sisters on the ground, dead due to being crushed.
The roars of the Dragons filled the air as they tried to get free. The spears sunk into their skins and the sounds of shooting mixed with my parent’s roars. One of them toppled to the ground. And soon, the other one crashed to the ground as well, destroying the remaining eggs.
I let out a chirp, but no answer came. Suddenly, I could feel my egg being lifted by someone. I could hear a very faint conversation going on outside.
“The two Dragons are killed sir.” a voice seems to say.
“Good.” Another said. I was handed to that person, “With those two out of the way and the other eggs crushed, I shall train this young one to be strong. I shall be its master, and if it disobeys me, I’ll make sure it’ll suffer terribly!”
I couldn’t make out what they were saying, but something beneath my scales told me that they were dangerous. However, I was too young to understand what danger was.
I then heard a loud roar. A shadow of a large cat, called a Jaguar, leaped at the humans, thus causing one of them to release my egg. As I rolled down the hill, a rock stopped my path, breaking my egg.
I crawled out of the shell, blinded by the clear, wet yoke that was inside. I lost my balance and fell on my side. I let out a squeak of surprise as I did. Just then, I felt vibrations on the ground. Something picked me up gently, and I was too curious to be scared. But I closed my eyes, afraid of what will happen to me.
----------------------
After awhile, I felt myself land on a table. I kept my eyes closed for awhile, afraid of what I’ll see if I opened them. I no longer felt the nasty yolk on me. I had been cleaned up, but how?
As soon as I found the courage, I decided to open my eyes, fearing the worst. It didn’t come. When my vision cleared, I looked around. I was in a small hut.
Then I saw a shadow approach me. A man picked me up and sat me down on the floor. I looked up at him.
“Well, your lucky I found you when I did.” he said, “Otherwise, you would’ve been killed like the others have, no?”
My brain was clouded with both fear and confusion. I was unable to figure out what will happen to me. I felt real tired, so I decided to sleep.
{19 years later}
Nineteen years have passed since I’ve hatched. I was pretty big for my age. Some Dragons age in human years, but do not become true adults until they reach 50,000 years. However, I was a teenager in both human and Dragon years. Eighteen and nineteen were considered adult ages in human years, according to my master, but in Dragon years, it was consitered a young teenager. In fact, to a Dragon like myself, teen years are from 16 to 49,999 years of age.
Sadly, I'm the kind of Dragon who never becomes an adult. I'll remain a teenager in both human and Dragon years for the rest of my life. I guess that's a good thing, because Dragons that have the same aging thing like me can live forever if we're healthy enough! We never, ever become adults, so we don't suffer from old age, and therefore, we can't die from that, but we can still be killed by a sickness or by murder. I was now so big, that I was unable to fit inside the cabin. Luckily, my master moved me outside before I became that big.
“Ok now,” he said, “try to change into a human.”
I looked down at him and turned my head in question. It was rather funny, really; years ago, I use to literally look up to him, but guess who’s looking up now? I showed my teeth and let out some short grunting noises. I was laughing.
“In order to blend in with the others, you must have a human form,” he simply said to me, “most humans don’t take to Dragons well.”
I growled softly and tried to think of what my human form would look like if I changed. I concentrated hard. Suddenly, my body tightened as I felt it changing. A bright light suddenly flashed around my body, and I was unable to see. After awhile, it faded.
My master smiled, “You’re a fast learner, Shadow Dragon.”
I looked at my body and smiled. I looked like a simple nineteen year old. I was pretty lean and I had pale skin, which was a bit tan, but not all that much. I looked in the stream. My eyes were dark brown and I had short, black spiky hair, but in the middle front of my hair, it was silver, almost like a hair tuff. Basically, I almost looked like one of those American punk rockers everyone liked, except my hair was naturally spiky without the use of gel, thank goodness; it was soft and bunched together, not stiff and parted like the humans wear their spiky hair. There’s too many bands, so I hardly know any of the punk bands. I also didn't look all that punkish. I just looked like a kind and quiet person in the face.
To add to it, not only has my body changed, but my mind has, too. I no longer thought as a Dragon, but a simple human….that is, until my instincts kicks in. Suddenly, my master threw a few things at me and I caught them in my arms.
“Put those on!” he said, “Humans these days wear cloths to cover up their bodies.”
The cloths contained a black t-shirt, tight blue jeans, white socks, boxer shorts, and some white tennishoes. I wanted to ask why I had to wear them, but my new human instincts told me otherwise, so I didn’t give it a second thought. I put my cloths on right away. Luckily, I was able to figure out what went where right off the bat.
“And to fit in with humans, you must act like a human!” my master stated.
Acting?! Don't make me laugh! My Dragon instincts were replaced with human instincts now that I’ve transformed, as if there was another side of me, as I probably mentioned before. So I didn’t need to act. However, I knew that my Dragon instinct would show if I’m not very careful.
“Will I remain like this forever?” I asked. I realized that I had a bit of a tenor voice in my human form, which suited me quite well.
“No, you can still change back whenever you feel like it.” he said, “Just don’t let the humans see you when you do.”
“I won’t.”
Actually, I really wasn’t sure how long I can keep up with the charade. Why do humans hate Dragons, anyway? I mean, we don’t try to hurt anyone unless they try to hurt us first. I never really did get my answer.
----------------------
My master later trained me to become a strong person, or however you see me. Later that day, he gave me a break by letting me sleep the rest of the afternoon. I was pretty tired anyway, so I needed it.
The sky had turned a bit cloudy and it was still in the afternoon. I was laying on a bunk bed, which was a pretty hard mattress. Suddenly, I woke up and rubbed my eyes. I thought I heard something going on outside. I threw the sheets off myself and sat up. I put my socks and shoes on quickly and I ran outside. As soon as I got out there, the air was real hot and I could smell smoke.
As soon as my vision cleared, I saw that my village was on fire. To make it worse, I heard some roaring coming from the air. I look up, and I couldn’t believe what I saw.
Four Dragons were attacking each other in my own village. I knew them very well, too. One of them was a large yellow Dragon named Thunder Lord. He was known for his intense speed. Draco was a green Dragon, a blue Dragon named Night Stalker, and there was Maxwell, the largest out of all of us, and the most powerful. He was really a Demonic Dragon. His lower jaw was longer than his top jaw, he stood on his hind legs all the time, which the rest of us can’t do, and had curled horns that face forward like a bull.
I took a step back, glaring at the raging Dragons. My master came out from behind me and placed his hand on my shoulder. I let out a sigh.
“I have to try to stop this!” I say.
My master turned to me with a shocked look.
“Shadow Dragon, are you sure?” he asked me, “I mean, those Dragons are really powerful, much stronger than you! If you fight them, you will be killed.”
I nodded, “I’ll take that chance.”
I stood still as I tried to focus. I took my mind off everything around me, and tried to bring my true instincts back. Suddenly, I could feel my body changing. There was a bright flash surrounding my body, and I closed my eyes because of it. Suddenly, I leaped in the air and crashed back to the ground. My human instincs faded. Feeling strong, I let out a loud roar, which caught the attention of the other three Dragons. They turned to me, and I bared my teeth. They were waiting for me to strike first, but I knew about their little plan.
Suddenly, I was grabbed by my neck with Thunder Lord’s tail. He wrapped it around my throat, picked me up, and slammed me into a few wood houses. Night Stalker charged at me, while Maxwell took off in the air, followed by Draco.
As the two Dragons were fighting in the sky, Thunder Lord and I were fighting each other on the ground. I struggled to get out of his grip caused by his thick tail.
Night Stalker came closer to me, and I was still trying to break free. I lashed out and slashed his face with my hind leg until he backed off.
Thunder Lord slashed my face, which caused me to shoot fire at HIS face. He roared and I felt his tail’s grip loosen on my neck.
While Thunder Lord tried to shake off the attack I gave him, I looked up in the sky. Maxwell and Draco were clawing and biting each other in midair. I continued watching for a few more seconds, until I received a hard blow to my side from Night Stalker. His ruby eyes glowed that of a fiery red. He charged at me with his mouth wide open, but I was able to dodge it, causing him to crash to the ground.
He got up, and he was drooling purple, acidic saliva. The fumes he was giving off are enough to kill at least ten Dragons with ease.
I backed off a bit, and I found myself drooling the same substance, but a dark green mist filled the air, which was my own poisonous breath. I roared and charged at Night Stalker, biting him in the neck. He stabbed me in my eye with his claw, and it caused me to release him.
Maxwell grabbed Draco’s neck with his sharp teeth. I was about to attack both of them, that is, until Maxwell actually TORE Draco’s head off, killing him instantly. Blood sprayed on my face as Maxwell threw the decapitated head aside, while his body collapsed to the ground. I looked at Draco’s head, his eyes were rolled all the way back, giving off a ghostly white.
My grey and black skin grew pale with fright now that I knew what Maxwell was capable of. He could easily tear ME in half if he wanted to. I backed away from him.
Night Stalker charged at him, but Maxwell was the first to react and slammed him with his tail. Night Stalker crashed to the ground and never moved again.
I couldn’t take it anymore. There has been enough destruction. I let out a thunderous roar, Maxwell and Thunder Lord turned to me. They could tell I was pissed off. My eyes were actually GLOWING and I was still giving off poisonous fumes and saliva from my mouth.
Maxwell didn’t hesitate. He charged at me with an open mouth and his claws headed toward me. I rammed him with my body, and surprisingly, he was forced back. He slammed to the ground, but had the last laugh.
As soon as he slashed my chest with his hind leg, I could feel myself changing into my human form.
“No! Please!” I thought to myself, “Not now! NOT NOW!!”
Thunder Lord then slammed his tail at my chest so hard, he knocked the breath right out of my lungs, and I was unable to breathe. Night Stalker gained consciousness and slammed his tail at my face, and I heard a wet snapping sound as my head was forced to turn due to the hit. I slammed into the now destroyed wood house, and suddenly, I heard Thunder Lord let out a painful roar. I saw him having his neck held tightly by Maxwell’s mouth. Then heard another wet snapping sound. Maxwell threw Thunder Lord, which caused part of his neck to be torn off, and he slammed right next to me.
My head was turned in an awkward position, like it was broken due to the attack I received. I looked at Thunder Lord, who was dying fast. Part of his neck was torn. Maxwell almost decapitated Thunder Lord. He let out a breath and his eyes dilated. I knew he was dead, but when I tried to make sure, I blacked out myself.
----------------------
My body was halfway under some broken wooden houses. I was in my human form. My body was dirty and bloody, my eyes were open, and my head still remained in that position. It looked as though I was dead.
However, I became conscious after several minutes. As I tried to get up, my neck started hurting. I grabbed my head on both sides and snapped it back into place. I screamed as I did due to the pain. I massaged my neck and my body was aching all over. The last thing I could remember is that I got slammed by Night Stalker’s tail. I was dizzy, but I managed to throw a piece of wood off myself as I stood up shakily. I looked around, and everything was in ruins. The fire from the destruction was still burning, and the glowing embers were flying everywhere. It burned my wounds a bit, but I have already suffered enough damage.
I turned to my left to see Thunder Lord. His neck had been broken and the wound was bloody. I also saw that his head was torn from his body. One of the Dragons must’ve tore the rest of his head off while I was unconscious. He was dead before that, anyway. Then I saw Draco out of the corner of my eye. I saw that he was lying on his side with one of his wings torn off.
I grit my teeth as I walked over to him. I saw a large wound on his side and his eyes were open and fixed. His mouth dripped with blood and so did his nose. Thunder Lord and Draco were truly dead, but Night Stalker and Maxwell were no where to be found. I couldn’t sense them, so I figured that they were dead, too. Either that or they must’ve escaped.
I looked around for my master, but he was nowhere to be seen. I couldn’t sense him, either, so I figured that he had suffered the same fate as the other two Dragons. In fact, every last living being was no longer alive. I could feel my body trembling as I fell to my knees. I felt my face screw up my eyes started to water and stream down my face. I knew exactly what I was doing. Crying is pretty common for humans, no matter how bad they are. And because I’m able to change from Dragon to human at will, I had the same emotions as they do…but as a human, of course. Being in human form makes you think you’re not an animal at all. Dragons really can’t feel any type of sadness what-so-ever.
“D@mn iiiit……!!!” I screamed as I slam my fist to the ground really hard and lowered my head, my voice echoing. I was angry at those heartless, pathetic evil Dragons for destroying my home, and everything that I have cherished. To make things worse, I was now the last of my kind. Tears continued streaming down my face as I placed my hands on my forehead, my fingers in my hair, and then I began sobbing loudly like a broken spirit.
{It took me two whole days to finish this, yesterday and today! It was worth it, let me tell ya. Some of these scenes are from the RP I was talking about, like how the Dragons died and how my character reacted to the devistation of his home. Some of the fight scenes were from the RP, but most of it was pretty much my idea for this story.
Oh, and I'd like to thank Ganondorf2 for allowing me to add Maxwell, her character, to my story. I might add him in some future chapters, but not without her permission, of course! All the other Dragons, and my characters master, belong to me! I'm currently working on another chapter. See ya then!}

That's pretty long, but a good start too.
You might want to add my story to the mix too. With my reasons for taking out Maxwell. But I'm guessing you got that covered.

How would I do that again? And...do the stories really have to be Nintendo related? If so, then I'm in trouble, because my story has nothing to do with Nintendo. If I have to, I might add some Nintendo related stuff in the later parts, since my character doesn't find Planet Melee for a long time, but that's a big maybe.

The first question is a yes. As for the second one, it be like how did we met with Vormen? Did we fight him? Did Ganondorf fight him and win? That sort of thing.

Ok, I think I get what you mean. However, you meet Vormen some time after you meet me, remember? And I'm not planning on adding anything from the old arena, like my character meeting and battling you, because it might cause a bit of confusion later. I might add Vormen, Maxwell, and Ganondorf in the mix, but I'm not sure if Ganondorf and Vormen have anything to do with each other. I remember both of us talking about Vormen and Maxwell teaming up, but then they turned on each other awhile later, I think. I might add that into the mix as the story goes on, but we'll see as soon as I can come up with something.

Well, I got some bad news. I was halfway though the second part, and when I exit out, I must've clicked no instead of yes to save it, because when I went back into it to make corrections, half of the story was gone! I was pretty angry, especially since I've worked on it almost all day yesterday, to make up for the update delay! Now it's going to be even longer because I have to remember what I put down before I clicked out of it! And most of it was from a dream I had last night, so I can barley remember what it was about!
Even if I did save it, it wouldn't be posted because it was one of the parts that come much later. I like to work on bits and pieces of it so that I won't forget what scene comes next and so on. The part that was erased was kind of a tear-jerker, so it's pretty angsty. If you have a weak heart when it comes to sad scenes {Like me. lol}, then you might want to do something to keep yourself from crying. I had to dig my fingernails into one of my arms real hard just to fight back tears because it was too depressing, but it goes along with the story. I did that while typing with one hand, which wasn't my best idea, because I now have a mark on my arm, and it hurts!! I need to find another way to solve that emotional problem without the physical pain! lol! But I wonder: is it natural for people to feel upset by their own stories? If not, then I've been crying for nothing, and that's quite embarrassing to me.

Well...ok. And here's the next part! It took me awhile because I had to remember what happened! I, too, go by memory from the RP's and the dreams I have! It's crazy! Its almost like an adventure with no end! I also have a second part that occurs after the events from Planet Melee, but that won't happen until much later!
Chapter 2
I decided to leave the burned village the next day. After the experience I had back there, I made a promise to myself that I wouldn’t transform unless it’s really necessary. My true form is really dangerous, and hopefully, I won’t need it for a long time. Being a human has its advantages. Other humans don’t try to hunt and kill you, and they are not really scared of you, either.
I still couldn’t figure out why the Dragons were attacking each other in the first place. I just joined in to try to stop the fight, but I ended up getting caught in the middle. I guess the four Dragons were truly evil. Luckily, I wasn’t one of them. I’m more of a laid back type, and I’m kind to anyone who is kind to me.
After an hour, I was so far away from the destroyed village that was once my home; it was no longer in sight. I was out in the wilderness. It was quiet and no one was around. I was alone once again, but I could hear a hawk screech as it soared through the air.
I heard a water brook a few feet away from where I was standing. I walked to it and looked at it. I could see a reflection of myself in human form in the still part of the water. I bent down and scooped up some water with my hands. I took a drink, added more water in my hands, and splashed it on my face. It relieved the sores I got from the battle. I splashed some on my arms and I put some on my wounded knee. The water soaked in the jeans and onto my cut. It burned a bit, but it kinda felt good in a way.
I went to the deepest part of the river and collapsed on my knees and hands. I sat down near the edge, still in deep water, and relaxed. I didn’t bother taking off my cloths; they were bloody anyway, so they needed to be cleaned. The blood began turning the water from pink to red, and it was swept away.
I sunk down a little until the slow moving water was up to my neck. I closed my eyes and allowed the cool water to clean up the rest of my body. I leaned my head back, allowing the water to go through my hair, but I made sure my face was surfaced. I almost fell asleep, but I snapped my head up the last minute. After awhile, I got out of the river completely soaked.
I took my shirt off and squeezed as much water as I could out. I put it back on and straightened it out by stretching it a bit. It was still a bit damp, but I didn’t mind. I didn’t bother doing anything to my jeans, however.
I ran my fingers through my hair a few times to dry it quicker. It was still spiky, surprisingly. I felt my stomach growl with hunger, but there wasn’t anything to eat around here, so I just kept walking. Dragons are able to survive without food for weeks, sometimes up to a month if they have to. Humans, however, can only survive without food for about a week or two, so I guess I’m not in any real danger.
Water, however, is much more essential. A human will die without water in four days or less, while a Dragon can live without water for two weeks. And because I’m in my human form, I have to be near some fresh water all the time.
I was unable to find anything to eat after an hour of walking. I really haven’t eaten anything since I got my new form, so I was very hungry.
I looked around once more, but I found nothing. I looked under some rocks and logs for a small animal or something. I even tried looking for nuts and berries, and maybe some fruit trees, but there was nothing in sight.
I soon collapsed on one of my knees as my stomach was acing with hunger pain. I couldn’t take it anymore. I had to find something to eat, and fast. Suddenly, I saw a rabbit hopping out of a shrub.
I snuck up to on it and caught it before it had the chance to escape. It struggled and thrashed to get out of my grip. Its long nails were scratching my arms. It hurt, so I grabbed its neck, but when it scratched my arm again, I flinched, almost dropping it.
Finally, I slammed the rabbit on the ground, but the struggling continued. I twisted its neck, causing it to hang loosely and the struggling stopped.
As soon as I took a bite out of its back, my mouth was filled with fur and a very disgusting taste. I spat out and dropped the carcass, ran toward a water source, filled my mouth with water, and spat it out again. I guess I was kinda use to eating raw meat as a Dragon. Humans don’t have a taste for raw flesh. I won’t make that mistake again. I walked over to the rabbit carcass and grabbed it. I tossed it in the bushes where I caught it for other animals to eat. I know building a fire would help, but I was too lazy to make one.
I tried to find something else, but there was nothing. I soon started to grow sick after awhile. I think it was because of the rabbit I tried to eat. My stomach started to hurt and it felt as though I was going to puke. I felt dizzy, so I laid down on the soft grass and tried to sleep it off.
--------
I woke up from the sounds of birds chirping. I sat up and then stood up, realizing that I was feeling better. I found out why I felt sick earlier. It was because of that raw flesh I tried to eat. I sighed.
“Maybe fire is what I need.” I thought to myself, “But…how to I make one?”
I thought for awhile, and then I slapped my head.
“Of course!”
I grabbed some twigs and dead leaves and bunched them up together. I tried to bring my Dragon instincts back, just enough to make a small ember. I shot fire on the stuff I gathered, but then I let out a scream. The fire had burned my mouth and the inside of my throat. I rushed to the river and took a drink to cool them down, but they were still hurting pretty badly.
I sat down and groaned in annoyance. Then I got up and looked for something to eat. Maybe I should’ve kept that rabbit. I shook my head. It would’ve been rotted by now, and I like my food fresh.
There was nothing around me that I could cook, so I tried to find something to put the fire out. But it was dying slowly, so I just decided to leave it.
As I was walking, I found a berry bush near me. I took a piece off and ate it. It was a bit sour, so I spat it out. I sighed.
“What do I have to do to get something to eat around here?!” I complained, “I can’t eat raw flesh in this form, I’m too lazy to make a fire, and these berries aren’t sweet at all!”
A grabbed and chucked a small stone on a tree, which bounced off and landed into some tall grass. Several birds flew away from behind the grass, leaving me to wonder if there was anything in there.
I decide to take a peek. I walked over to the tall grass and looked over it, but then I looked up. There were trees with red apples hanging from the branches. I jumped up and climbed the tree, but being cautious as I did so that I wouldn’t fall. I stood up on a branch and grabbed an apple, yanking it off the branch. Suddenly, I felt the branch wobble beneath me. That thing was so weak that it couldn’t even support my own weight.
Before I got the chance to jump down, the branch broke and took me with it. I crashed to the ground on my tailbone. I groaned and got back up. I dusted the apple off with my shirt and took a bite. It was pretty sweet, and that’s the way I like it.
As soon as I finished the apple, I threw the core in some tall grass near me. It was enough to hold me off until tomorrow; at least I hope it will. I decided to walk around a bit and try to find a place to stay for awhile.
After awhile of walking, I decided to give up. I sat down on the soft grass, taking a break from walking. I started to think about that battle the other day. Why were those Dragons fighting each other?
Then I began to wonder if Maxwell was the cause of it. Was he the one who turned the others against each other? If so, to serve what purpose?
I got up and decided to find someone for answers, but the towns are pretty far away. If I wanted to go to one, I would have to fly, but how can I do that without anyone seeing me?
I didn’t want to take that chance, so I stayed in my current form. I was getting tired of walking, so I decided to run. As I quickened my pace, everything around me was getting blurry. I looked back and before I knew it, I tripped on my own two feet and rolled down a hill. As soon as I stopped, I got up and dusted myself off.
I looked around and realized that I was at an old village. It looked abandon, but despite that, I decided to look around for some help anyway. Suddenly, a man popped out right in front of me and I screamed. He seemed to have something in his hands. I couldn’t place the name, but it was a long gun-like weapon. I think it was a rifle.
“Who the hell are you?” he said in a grunt-like voice. He looked old, but I think he was in his late forties.
I had no idea what was going on, but my human instinct told me it wasn’t good, and that the weapon he was holding could really hurt me. I raised my hands to show I meant no harm.
“Answer my question, boy!” he said, sticking the rifle onto my chest.
I tried not to hesitate, but I did anyway. I tried to answer the man’s question right away before he had the chance to shoot me.
“Shadow Dragon!” I answered.
“Sounds to me like you’re one of them robbers who invaded our town!” The man said, pushing the gun harder on my chest, “You have ten seconds to tell me why you’re here before I blow you to pieces!”
“I-I-I-I’m looking for someplace to stay for awhile!” I said, terrified, “Please sir, you have to trust me!”
“And why would I do that?” he asked.
I could tell the man was getting ready to shoot. My teeth began clicking, but I stopped it.
“Dag nabit Paul!” I heard someone say, “Put that gun down!”
I saw a woman rush up to him and swipe the gun down, which caused him to pull the trigger. As the gun shot at my feet, I jumped and let out a cry. Luckily, it didn't harm me.
“See, this is why we don’t have any visitors in this dust town no more!” she yelled, “You always scare them off with your gun and they leave without saying a thing!”
“Well if they want to stay here, they shouldn’t be walking around all suspicious like!” he shouted.
“Why don’t you put a cork in it and call it quits?” she shouted back.
I was confused, and then I lowered my head and sighed. I guess what I heard about arguing like old married couples turned out to be true. Dragons are more civilized compared to those old geezers, yet I wonder if every human is like that, which makes me thankful I’ll remain a teenager in this form, no matter how old I get.
“Are you lost, boy?” the woman asked me.
“Uh…no ma’am.” I said, “I’m just trying to find a place to stay for awhile.”
“Well, why don’t you come stay with us awhile?” she asked, “We ain’t had no visitors in a long time.”
Something in my gut told me it wasn’t a good idea. I shook my head.
“No, that’s ok.”
First they try to kill me, now they want me to stay with them?! There’s no way in hell they’ll get me to change my mind! I just walked off.
--------
I kept thinking why those Dragons were fighting each other. Maybe they had some disagreements or something. Then again, I thought about that larger Dragon, Maxwell. Maybe he was the one who pitted those Dragons against each other. I kinda doubt it, but still. He seemed different than the others, and I have a feeling he had something planned for the other Dragons before they died.
And something in my gut told me that they weren’t the only victims involved with Maxwell’s plot. Before I knew it, my mind was taken over by sheer confusion.
{Like it?}

I'm here early because I'm bored out of my mind! I'm normally busy, but I won't be for the next few days, so I'll have time to come here! All right, the next part is currently being worked on. I use my real first and last name on one chapter. I really don’t care if you find out, but I still want you guys to call me Shadow Dragon! Please?

Good. Thank you! Here's the next chapter.
Chapter 3
I tried to look for a place to stay awhile, but there was nothing; no caves, no houses, not even a ditch. It was starting to get cloudy as well. I smelt something in the air. It was getting ready to rain, so I had to find shelter and fast, but I had already felt a water drop on my arm.
Before I was able to begin searching, the rain began pounding on me, soaking my cloths. I let out a frustrated sigh as I covered my head with my bare arms. I then saw a small cave near by and ran toward it.
I ran inside and placed my back against the wall. I ran my fingers through my wet hair a few times, trying to dry it. I sat down. The cave was pretty dark, and I was unable to see a thing!
I got up and decided to move to another spot, but in doing so, I stepped in a hole and fell to the ground. I tried to get up, but I let out a yelp and fell back down. The hole I fell in sprained my ankle. I got back up and limped toward a large rock. I leaned my back on it and sat down slowly. As I listened to the rain pounding on the cave roof, I fell asleep.
------
The rain stopped an hour later. I woke up and realized that it had grown quiet. I got out of the cave and looked around, and I saw
I always thought of my human form as a shell, but after that experience I just had, I found out that the human form is a part of me, a secondary form. No wonder I had the mind of a human when I’m in this form. I’m like a real human when I take on this form, body and mind! But even though I have a human form and instinct, I’m still a Dragon at both the heart and spirit, and nothing is ever going to change that. However, I had found out that because I had taken another form, my true features seemed to have vanished. It felt as though my true self faded away from existence. I guess it didn’t matter since I didn’t oppose anything as a threat. I hope it stays that way, too!
I walked aimlessly for awhile, and I saw another person. I grew curious, so I wanted to introduce myself, but when I took a step, I tripped on my own two feet and rolled down the hill. I crashed into him, and both of us crashed to the ground. The kid was about my age. He had pale skin, dark brown eyes, spiky blue hair, a red t-shirt, white teenishoes, and dark blue jeans. I got up.
“Sorry about that.” I said.
I held out my hand to help the kid up, but he swiped it away. I pulled back.
“Get away!” he growled.
He stood up and dusted his jeans off.
“Why don’t you watch where the hell your going?!” he asked.
“I’m sorry!” I said, “I really am!”
“Yeah, you should be!”
I raised an eyebrow in question while the kid turned his back toward me.
“Rude much?” I thought to myself.
“Like your not?” he said, “I’m not the one who runs and crashes into people!”
I flinched, big time. Did that kid just read my mind?!
“Just leave me alone!” he said.
I backed away from him. How did he know what I thought just now? Then I remembered that I read something about people learning telekinesis and other psychic abilities. Maybe he was one of them.
“So…what’ your name?” I asked.
“Vormen!” he said, “Why do you care?”
“Because you need a name to be addressed by, don’t ya?” I asked, smiling, “My name’s…uh…”
If that kid found out my real name, he would think I’m a complete idiot or something! I had to come up with another name, fast.
“My name’s Eric…uh….I mean….erm….Parker! Eric Parker!”
I snapped my head up in surprised. That name completely came out of nowhere! But hey, at least he bought it!
“Look, if your trying to be my friend, it isn’t working!” he said, “I’m a loner, so get the hell away from me!”
Vormen swiped his hand at me, but I ducked. He walked away, but I decided to follow him, secretly, of course. However, that didn’t work as well as I thought.
“Stop following me!” he said.
“How did you know that I was…”
“Because I can hear you!” he said.
I backed away from him. Vormen turned around to me quickly, grabbed my hand, and slammed something in it. It turned out to be fifty dollars.
“I hate your kind, yet I feel sorry for you!” he said, “Anyway, that’s all the money I have. Now would you please stop following me?!”
I looked at the wad of cash he gave me and raised an eyebrow.
“What is this and what am I suppose to do with it?” I ask.
“For crying out loud, it’s money, you low life!” he answered rudely, “You use it to buy stuff! I take it you were born in a cave?”
I wanted to punch him in the jaw so d*mn bad, but I held back. My face was red with anger.
“What?!” he said, “I gave you the money; I don’t have anything else to give you!”
“It’s not that.” I said. I walked toward Vormen, grabbed his hand, and gave him back his money. I don’t need it for anything, anyway. He put the money in his pocket.
“Then why are you following me?” he asked.
“Curiosity, I suppose.” I answered.
The kid raised an eyebrow, “You don’t get out much, do you?”
I didn’t answer to that.
“Well, nice talkin’ to ya!” he said, “Later, Eric!!”
I could tell he was being sarcastic. Vormen walked off. I looked at him with an evil look.
“Creep.” I said to myself.
I shoved my hands in my pockets and walked off. I never knew humans could be so rude. Then again, I wasn’t the one to really blame them. I was little off the edge myself. I followed him again, and Vormen turned around. I could’ve sworn I saw a white claw on his finger. He swiped it at me, striking my left eye. I shouted in pain and covered my eye with my left hand. Blood seeped through my hand, and I saw a puddle and ran toward it. As I washed it out, I looked into a puddle and saw that my left eye was red with blood.
I tore a piece of cloth from my white sock and wrapped it around my head and over my eye. It wasn’t much, but it’ll do for now. As I tightened the knot, my eye began pulsing painfully, and I flinched every time it did that. I decided to replace it with my Dragon eye, and the pain stopped. At least the cloth will hide it for now.
“I told you not to follow me!” he said.
“I’m sorry, I was just curious!” I said.
“Ya know, there are plenty of girls around, you should go follow them.” he said with a freaked look. I knew exactly why he said that, but for the record, I’m a straight guy...or Dragon…or…anyway, I have no interest in finding a mate! Man, my personality really DID change from Dragon to human!
“It’s not what you’re thinking.” I said, “It’s just that…you seem different than all the others I’ve met.”
Vormen flinched, “What do you mean?”
“I don’t know.”
“Uh…look, I really have to leave.” he said, running off.
I didn’t bother saying anything. I just walked off, though something seemed strange about him.
Then I realized something. The pain in my eye suddenly vanished. I unwrapped the cloth, and when I opened my eye, I couldn’t see out of it at all. I rushed toward a water source and looked at my reflection, and saw that it was pitch black. It took me a few minutes to realize that I was blind in my left eye. That scratch must’ve been infected quickly for awhile without me knowing. I sighed and wrapped the cloth over my eye again. I tightened the knot.
I saw Vormen walk up to me. I backed away.
“Hold it!” he said.
I stopped and decided to let him talk to me.
“Boy, he changed his ways quick.” I thought sarcastically. I didn’t care if Vormen heard me.
“Look, I’m sorry I was so rude back there.” he said, “I just had a bad day.”
“That’s fine.” I answered.
Vormen took a good look at the cloth that was on my eye.
“Sorry about that.” he said.
I gave him a cold stare, but it didn’t phase him one bit.
“I’m not use to anyone being around me, that’s all.” he said.
“That’s ok, I guess.” I said, “Answer me this, I could’ve sworn I saw a claw on your finger. What was that about?”
“Claw?!” he asked, “You must’ve been seeing things. I don’t have claws.”
“Never mind then.”
“I think I stayed for far too long.” Vormen said. I could tell he was being defensive about something, but what? As he walked away, I decided to follow him, while trying to keep my mind as empty as possible.
Vormen suddenly took off with a fast start. I ran to catch up with him, but I ran into a dead end, and he was no where to be seen. I heard the sound of flapping wings and wondered if I was just hearing things. Still, there was something suspicious about that guy, but I wanted to forget it.
----
{By now, you should know who Vormen's true identity really is, especially if you were a member at the old board and fought with him *Hint hint* Oh, and remember when I said that I use my real name in a chapter? This was pretty much it, but remember what I ask you on my last post.}

And, obviously, Night Stalker doesn't know who I am. I wanted to add Night Stalker's POV {Point of View} in one part and have him see that Eric is really Shadow Dragon in human form, just as Vormen is really Night Stalker who's doing the same thing with his true form. Remember in the old battle arena when Vormen knocked me out and did something to prevent me from changing back? Then after awhile, he revealed his true form? I never explained how he knew that I wasn't human in the first place. I'm still working on that!
Sometimes I speak of my character in the third person, and sometimes I speak of him as if I myself is him! Sorry if it gets confusing. I tend to switch out like that. It's a habbit I sorta gained awhile back. You'll have to get use to it.

Another part is currently in the making, but rather slowly because I haven't been working on it much anymore. I need to come up with a title for it.
